~Axel~

I woke up about one in the morning. I looked over towards the desk and saw Ethan sleeping at his desk. I got up from the bed and walked towards the desk. 

"Ethan  wake up," I said trying to wake him up.

"5 more minutes," He mumble.

"Fine," I said decide to carry him to bed. 

"Put me down," He demanded.  

"I will," I said placing the sleepy prince in bed. 

"Thanks," He said yawning but grabbed a hold of my hand,"Stay with me please?" he asked softly. I couldn't refused. Something inside me change from a cold hearted angel to a gentle angel.  What is he doing to me?

"Where else would I go?"I said looked at him.

"So tell me what happened to your beautiful wings?" He asked sitting up in bed. 

"I really don't want to talked about it," I said turning away from him.

"Please, I want to know more about you and your city," He pleaded. 

"I can't," I said opening a window.

"Please don't leave," he said quietly.

"And why not?" I asked angrily. 

"It's too quiet here and cold," he said with tear streaming down his face," It's been like this since I was ten. Ever since my mother died," He sobbed.

"I'm sorry to hear that," I said stretching my wings.

"I'm used to the coldness of the palaces. People think I'm the spirit of the whole kingdom or something," He said whipping away some of the tears. I walked over and sat on the bed in front of him. 

"I use to get abused pretty badly by my parents back in my city," I said  looking out the window.

"Why would they do that?" He said angrily. 

"My wings weren't the colors they wanted," I said flinching at the pain.

"What wrong?" He asked. 

"My wings are just cramped that all," I said trying to stretch them out.

"Here let me," He insisted. He gently place his hands on my wings and begin to massage them out. My eyes started to feel heavy.

"Thanks Ethan," I said before falling into a peaceful sleep that I haven't had since I was four. 

"Sleep tight Axel," was the last word I heard before I was in a deep slumber.

Will Axel tell Ethan why he there?  Will Axel disobey his order? Will Ethan fall in love with Axel?
