"But, the changeling sightings have been increasing drastically lately . I can't just wait till an invasion just happens and risk my kingdom's lives!!", replied the young Queen Twilight as she ordered her military along her borders with the Everfree.

Hijinx's time: "I'm sure this has a weird power Hijinx I can feel it.",said Color as she tapped the medallion. "How can you 'feel' it?", asked Hijinx not really believing her.

3000yrs ago: "I will make you proud of me, mother.", Chrysalis whispered in her room in the hive with a small tear. Chrysalis walked out to the balcony above the main room in the hive. "My dear changelings, The time has come to get our revenge on Equestria . With our new allies the Griffins we will crush Equestria!!", The Queen yelled out onto the now roaring crowd of Griffins and changelings. The Griffin king
Vladimir Gerik of the Griffin kingdom of Thorin(north of Equestria, aka Griffins of the cold) flew right next to Chrysalis "Since, this is the first embassy between our countries since, her would you allow us to share our knowledge and technology with you ?", asked Gerik . Chrysalis was beginning to like Gerik . "Of course that would be greatly appreciated , we too will share our knowledge and technology with you. Let the trade commence!", Chrysalis said while smiling at the king.
 
Hijinx's time: The medallion started to glow brightly . The medallion started to spin and glow brighter . Finally it let out a strong sphereicle pulse that knocked out the power grid of PonyCity. "I believe you know. ", said Hijinx with wide green eyes. "Guess it proved it's power to you?", asked Color . Hijinx nodded , still having the wide eyes. After about a minute Color was starting to get creeped out by the wide green eyes that was staring at her in the dark. "Equestria to Hijinx .", Color said as she tapped his forehead . After a few minutes of furious tapping Hijinx finally shook his head. "Sorry, I guess  I spaced out for a litte bit heh he.", Hijinx said not remembering what he saw when he spaced out.
 
   3000yrs ago: Chrysalis was leading the charge on their first target. The Crystal Empire , was the first great raid of the invasion since it was closest to the kingdom of Griffins that Gerik ruled over. Chrysalis was attacking from south west and Gerik from the north.at the castle:  "Candence we have spotted changeling legions, do we alert the 3 other queens?", Alerted the guard to King Shining and Queen Cadence.
     This came as shocking news to the couple. They knew changelings still existed , but they didn't they didn't know they numbered in the thousands!. With the amount of evidence they had they thought they might have only a few hundred. "Yes we must alert them at once!", The king finally said.

Hijinx's time about 2 hours later: Most of the power grid was back up but, the small riots didn't stop until the riot unit came. The night was quite peaceful after the blackout. "So, wait you called all us over here for that?", asked a suspicious Windy who was pointing with her forehoof at the Medallion." Yes.", replied Color calmly."By the power radiating from it alone , I can tell it's very ancient and powerful .", said Dismor ."Dismor can you please tell how old is it?", Hijinx asked a bit curious but, he remembered the specis Dimor belongs to. " it feels almost as old as the universe itself. Even before equestria .", Dismor informed . The rest of the chapter is the invasion of The Crystal Empire.  
  As Chrysalis marched her legions towards The Crystal Empire she noticed that Gerik was genius. Gerik was using a ancient spell that cloaks his army from his enimies but, not allies. ( I know Griffins don't naturally have magic but, Gerik is different he was born by magic just like Discords decendants oops I said to much.)
 
Gerik was waiting till the defenses turned towards the great legions of changelings to attack. Sure enough the grudge the king and queen had between Chrysalis made them order all defenses on Chrysalis. It is a few minutes before the actual battle will begin both armies are staring at each other while they marched. The Griffin military was waiting to pounce from almost all directions.
 
  Finally Chrysalis's legions met the defense. It was a easy battle for the changeling Legions (14 in all) because of shear numbers. Gerik had already started his invasion by the time the defense fell. Alarms sounding and screams could be heard all through out the Empire . Cadence knew one day she would get invaded by the changeling army so, she created underground tunnels that led straight to Canterlot. She ordered each house to have a secret connection to the tunnels. She ordered the evacuation realizing Her empire has fallen. But still some of her subjects were captured.
 
  The Griffins were a total surprise to Cadence and Shining Armor. The invasion was a surprising success considering Shining Armor didn't use his force field spell and the Crystal Heart not acting up. With the Crystal Heart being harvested by her army nothing could stop her legions and her ally had also tried using love as power. The allies were impenitrible just by one invasion that surprisingly worked.
 
A dark time was ahead for equestria and the lands around it. Hope you all like this chapter have a great day! !
