I open my eyes to see Arian looking at me with me still on the table. "Hey your awake, thank goodness" Arian says while looking at me relieved.

"Here we need to wrap this around her, so can you pick her up a bit?" Doctor Brown says while pulling a wrap out.

"Are you sure I should be in here? Her shirt will have to be off when you do it" Arian says while looking away.

What no I don't think that's alright, I say in my head while beginning to feel my face get warm.

"It will be easier and it will be done before you know it" Doctor Brown says while beginning to lay down the wrap across my wound.

"I will tell you when" Doctor Brown says while beginning to move across my back to my left side. "Now" he says as Arian pushes up my shoulders and picks me up while looking away.

Come on hurry please. I plead in my head just wanting it to be over. Doctor Brown covers my chest and  commands Arian to lay me back down. Arian gentle lays me back down as Doctor Brown keeps going around with the extra wide wrap.

Arian has to pick me up a few more times before Doctor Brown finally finishes and hooks the wrap together.  "Okay so she should be fine but you need to rewrap it every two days and but the medicine on it" Doctor Brown commands while helping me get up. I begin to sit up on my knees and I turn to let my legs dangle off of the table.

"You sure she will be fine?" Arian says while taking the things Doctor Brown gave him for my back.

"Yes but she needs to rest" Doctor  Brown quickly says while facing me.

I begin to feel pain in my head and I rest my hand on my forehead. "She did lose a lot of blood so she may feel incredibly light headed" Doctor Brown says while cleaning up the rags covered in blood."Make sure she gets plenty of rest and you need to get some very nutritional food" Doctor Brown commands.

"Trust me I will watch her" Arian says while rolling his eyes slightly. "Come on let's go" Arian says while giving me his coat to cover up in. I look at the coat a little surprised he would give it to me and I slowly reach for it. I grab the coat from his grasp and pull it towards me trying to put it on. The coat consumes my small body and is incredibly long on my arms. While I finish putting the coat on I get a strong scent of herbs.

The smell swarms through my nose masking the awful pungent smell of the medicine. I start to drift off with the earthy smell in my nose when I feel a tap on my forehead. "Are you okay?" Arian ask with a concerned look in his eyes. "Yeah..just..just tired" I say while trying to hold open my heavy eyes. Arian holds his hand out allowing me to use it for balance while stepping to the side of me. I look down out his hand and set my hand on his massive hands. My hand looking petite I continue getting up feeling my hand completely covered by Arian's.

Why are my hands so small?, I have never really noticed till now. I say in my head still feeling my hand being consumed by his. I slide off the table and stand up. I look up closely at Arian and see his that his face is still bleeding and he has some bruises getting darker.

"Arian have him check over you" I say getting slightly worried that they could get worse.

"I'm fine he has worse patients to look after" Arian says while I begin to walk towards the door.

"I'm sure he can make room" I say while rolling my eyes at the stupid assumption.

"I can make room let me just check on the marks" Doctor Brown says while his accent gets a bit stronger on some of the words.

"I'm fine really don't worry about me" Arian quickly says his voice getting a bit agitated.

This is the most stubborn man I have ever met, I say in my head while taking a deep breath in and letting it back out annoyed.

"What's up with you?" Arian ask while looking down at me with one eyebrow raised.

"Nothing I'm fine let's go I'm tired" I say a bit annoyed that he won't let the doctor check on him.

Arian drops the question and his raised eyebrow then begins to push me forward again with a little more force. I go forward faster nearly stumbling and look back at him slightly with an annoyed look. Arian swings open the door and pushes me through while holding it open for the doctor behind him. I stumble a second and wait for the doctor to go through while waiting for Arian again.

We continue walking down the cold and dark hallway to the end where everyone else is. When we come back all the people that were there before are still there, some asleep while some still doing the same thing. I keep walking the fast pace with Arian past all the sick and sleeping people to the main door. Arian opens the door for me while helping me through. When we step outside the bright sun blinds me for a moment and once I can see again I see Flynn. Flynn has all three horses tied to a post while he is sitting on the ground watching the kit walk around on the ground. It's already walking, I say in my amazed that the small creature could walk. Upon opening the door Flynn immediately looks up and quickly snatches up the kit back into the shirt.

"Are you okay?" Flynn ask while looking at me with a concerned look.

"Yeah I'm fine" I say while trying to put a smile across my face but I am immediately struck with exhaustion again.

"Come on you need to rest" Arian quickly says while wrapping his hand around my shoulders and squeezing me slightly.

"Bye I will come by in the morning and bring over some vegetables" Flynn says while doing a little strut and winking at me. Flynn jumps on the back of his horse and rides off in a direction towards more houses.

I watch as Flynn turns on a different street and woman waving at him and giggling while he waved backed and smiled. Wow he seems like such a catch, I say in my head still watching until he is completely hidden from my view.

"Come on get on your horse and we will go to my home" Arian says while walking me to my horse bobbing his head and scratching his hoof across the ground.

Arian stops me next to my horse and steps back away from me. Okay this is easy, I say in my head while putting my hands on the saddle to hoist me up. I pull up slightly a bit and feel the same sharp pain in my back. A sharp breath comes out and I hold on tightly to the saddle to help with the pain.

"Are you feeling the pain again?" Arian ask while stepping closer behind me.

"Ahh..yeah" I say while clenching my teeth together from the pain. Without another word I feel hands on my waist and a tug. I look to see Arian's hands on my waist while he pulls me up and sets me on top of my horse. I hit the saddle abruptly and feel some slight pain but Arian doesn't seem to notice or care. What's going on with him? I ask myself in my head noticing the behavior he is showing. Arian walks over to his horse and hoist himself on top in the saddle. I watch as his muscles flex and relax while he pulls up to the saddle.

"Stay close to me okay" Arian commands while he turns around his horse to look at me.

I do a quick nod and decide speaking could make him angrier for some word reason. Arian turns back around and begins to trot down the street. I speed after him staying silent and looking down at all the strange but pretty markings on the saddle.

After taking strange twist and turns, and me nearly getting lost, we stop in front of a large building with a small stable next to it. "Follow me in here" Arian says as he begins to move again towards the small stable. I click my horse forward after him and I smile a bit for finally being somewhere I can sleep.

I watch as Arian gets off of his horse and walks up to the barn door. As Arian pushes open the big barn doors a loud creak is heard from it and it echoes around the stable. I click my horse forward before Arian can get on his and go inside the stable quickly.

"You nearly ran me over" Arian yells while he grabs the reins and walks with his horse trailing behind him.

"I wasn't even near you" I say back while wishing I was somewhat near him with the horse.

"Just put your horse in that stall and I will come help you get everything off" Arian says while pointing to the far end of the stable. I get off and grab the reins to slowly walk over there. I begin to walk while slightly leaning against my horse who seems to understand. My horse curves his head around me in the front and looks at me while allowing me use its neck for support.

"Thank you" I say to the horse and brush my hand through his forelock
while he snorts and keeps his head down. I walk inside of the stall and see hay on the ground along with a bucket of water. The stall is dark and I can't see all the way into the back. I walk farther in while putting my hands out to find a wall or anything.

"What are you doing?" I hear Arian's voice behind me and it spooks me which makes me jump a bit. I quickly turn behind me to see the light of a lantern shine behind him making Arian look like a dark figure. I look to where his eyes are and I can't see anything.

"Hey are you in there?" Arian says while waving his hand in front of my face.

"What..oh yes i'm fine" I say while handing him the reins to take off of the animal. I slowly walk forward past Arian and towards the stall door. I slide my hand across the hard wood to find the door so I can lean against it. "Ow what the hell" I quickly say after feeling a sharp object hit the top of my finger. I keep my finger out and walk up slowly and wobbly to the lantern.

I look closely at my finger to see a small piece of wood jabbed under my skin. "Stupid thing" I curse under my breath while trying to pull it out.

With each pull a slight pain comes from the splinter causing me to let go each time.

"What did you do now?" Arian says sarcastically while looking down at me trying to grab the splinter.

"What do you think, I'm trying to get this splinter out" I say to him while trying to concentrate on it.

"Let me see it miss angry" Arian says while snatching my hand and hitting the splinter slightly.

"Hey hey I want to do this you have done a lot of things for me so I should do this" I say while trying to pull my hand back.

"It's fine" Arian says and pulls while I am distracted. I feel a slight pain and look to see the splinter in Arian's hand.

"Thank you" I say quietly while rubbing my finger. 

Arian opens the door of the main building after locking the stable up and walking with me towards the house. I walk inside of the house and see that there is a kitchen with a storage area for food. There is also a countertop with three stools next to it and a table with a few chairs in the same room. I look to my right and see a big window and a few chairs next to a big fireplace full of stones. "Your room is upstairs but we will go up there after you eat" Arian says while pointing to big wooden stairs in the far side of the room.

I do a quick nod and look back over to see Arian walking over to a door in the kitchen. Arian opens the door and I see a dark area with dirt that leads down to some wood along with some meat. I move slowly behind him to see what else is in there when he walks in slouched over with his head just inches from the ceiling.

I watch intently as Arian continues to move down the small hallway when he slides down and I can't see him anymore. "Arian!, are you alright?" I ask fearfully after the sudden disappearance.

"Why wouldn't I be? Arian says back his voice echoing around the dark hallway.

"I just saw you fall!" I say shocked that he didn't seem to care about it at all.

"What?! I didn't fall, haha, there is a drop down here where it goes deeper underground to keep my meats somewhat cold" Arian says while chuckling a bit at my assumption.

I rub the back of my neck feeling my face get warm at my mistake. I shake the feeling off and look back down to see Arian's hand reach up on the floor and pull. Arian pulls the rest of his body up onto the first level and begins to crawl back with meat in his hand. I slowly step to the side and turn around to look at the rest of the kitchen.

I walk up to a drawer and look inside to see forks, knives, and a few spoons. I start to grab some when I hear a heavy step behind me and a sigh.

"So.. You ready to eat"
