Beep-Beep

I woke up because of the sound of alarm beeping right next to me, I groaned and lazily reached to shut it. Who gifts an alarm to someone on their birthday? I looked at the ceiling. I frowned and sat up straight.

''Shoot! I am going to be late on my first day of the interview!''

I quickly left my bed and rushed to the bathroom to fresh up.

After taking a bath I came out with a towel wrapped around me, I quickly went through the wardrobe to look for a decent yet impressive outfit.

''Dang, I don't have clothes!''

I said and found jeans and a hoodie,

''Ugh, this should do!''

I quickly pulled up the jeans and wore them. I got ready, took my car keys and the portfolio that was needed with all the information. I dashed and went straight towards the car.

''Shit, the door''

I went towards the door and locked it after I got settled in the car I drove off to the Yomiyama North Academy. (I searched the name please don't ask me where it is!)

I drove the car with most of the thoughts whirling in my head. I hate it when this happens, I can't help it but my mind fills different thoughts on its own. Sometimes I feel like I don't have control over my mind, it is almost filled with sad thoughts. I shook my head and sighed, I don't want this thought anymore. It's disturbing. I stopped my car because at the red signal.

''Fuck''

I swear I am going to get late. I looked at the signal that changed to yellow in 5 minutes. I squinted my eyes and counted because a dude right behind my car was honking loudly, I swear if this kid doesn't shut his trap, I will yell at him. I looked at the lights, it was still yellow and the guy didn't shut yet. I saw a man getting of his car and went towards the dude and yelled at him. Okay very good! I looked at the lights and

''GREEN!''

The car in front of me dashed and I turned my wheels to the right of the road.

''10 minutes to Yomiyama North Academy.''

The GPS spoke, I smiled and increased the speed of the car and GPS spoke again.

''2 minutes away from Yomiyama North Academy''.

I pulled up the car and stare at the University.

''Damn''

The words only left my mouth.

I quickly grabbed everything and opened my car doors, I locked the car and fixed myself. I went straight to the gates and opened the double door gated entrance, I looked at the students walking happily around here and there and a couple kissing. I sighed and went in.

I looked here and there to find the reception table and saw a middle-aged man sitting on his chair. I took in a long breath and went towards him. I tapped at the table and smiled. The man looked at me with no interest and sighed. Rude -__-

I saw the man sighing before saying,

''Good Morning, hello and welcome to Yomiyama North Academy, I am Nick Ray, how can I help you, ma'am?

He said in an unamusing tone, I faked a smile and said,

''Hello and good morning to you too, I am Solaris Hart, I came here to interview for the college application, could you help me by telling me where is the interview room?''

He sighed again and said that he will let me know in a moment, he dialled someone and asked them if I can come in.

''You will be called in 5 minutes, a girl is giving an interview, someone will come from the room to call you, till that time you can sit in the waiting lounge.''

I nodded and went towards the lounge and sat there. I fiddled with my fingers. I heard heels clapping against the floor and coming directly towards my direction, I looked up to see a woman with black straight hairs coming. She smiled and greeted me.

''Hello and Good morning, I am Alice, are you Solaris Hart?''

''Yes, I am and good morning to you too.''

She nodded and told me to follow her, I was led into a room that was spreading a scent of lavender, I breathed in the smell and it calmed me. I finally felt another presence in the room and I saw the guy from earlier who yelled at the dude. He looked at me and I panicked, he had deep brown eyes and black mullet hairs.

I looked at his visuals, and Alice chuckled. Am I that obvious to read? I saw the guy blushing and coughing.

"Alice, could you go out so I could interview her?" Alice nodded and smiled at me. My legs almost gave up when the guy spoke. He had a deep Australian accent that almost made me lose my innocence because my brain started to think of something else.

He smiled at me and gestured to take a seat. I shook my head and quickly sat before falling.

"Hello, Solaris! I am Vincent George! Nice to meet you!"

Vincent George~ the name whirled around my mind like it's the only thing I am living for. I look down at his hands and shook my hands with him. His hands were soft and gentle against mine.

He left my hand to continue speaking. Nooooo, wait I wanted to hold a little longer! FOCUS!

Coughs "So, Miss Solaris Hart, I read your information that you answered our questions. I would like to say that I loved your answers"

Why do I feel like there is a "but" coming in?

"But they aren't good enough to give you an application to this University. I am sorry for that."

Dang, I knew it! I knew there was a but! But I want this application!!!

"Uhm, is there any chances where I can please you with any more questions?"

He looked at me for a while and spoke again.

"What do you think, when you are sitting ideal?"

The fuck? Who asks this?

"Uh, fantasy! Like fantasy creatures! Magics! Like Fantastic Beast and Harry Potter!"

He looked at me weirdly and chuckled. What? What else is a fantasy about? There are unicorns and stuff. I can't say I am interested in unicorn, he would have looked at me weirdly.

"Well, Miss Solaris, you can rest for a moment and then can leave!"

"I-"

"If you want to use the restroom it's before this room. Thank you for coming"

He said and rung the bell. I sighed and went out of the room. Who thought that a good-looking guy can be such a jerk?

I went inside the restroom and turned on the faucet, I pushed my hands in the water and looked at the mirror. There it's again...the thoughts are back. I sighed when I looked at my reflection. I saw another reflection in the mirror, it looks exactly like mine, its eyes, nose, lips. Just the hairs are different. It has short brown hairs, and I have long brown hairs.

The curiosity took the best of me, I touched the mirror and it made few rings.

''Holy shit. What is this?''

I touched it again and I felt a tuck at my hand from the mirror, I saw the reflection again and it was grinning. It came forward, it holds my hand and pulled me into the mirror.

The next thing I knew I was underwater, my eyes shot open and I struggled to swim, I saw the reflection again looking at me and grinned, I was about to lose my consciousness but I felt two strong arms pulling me out of the water.

I gasped for air after I got pulled out. I looked at the person who helped me. He smiled at me, he had black eyes with brown hairs and few bangs that scattered on his forehead. I smiled at him.

''Thanks for saving me!''

''Yeah, of course, no problem!''

He had a sweet voice that melted away my thoughts. I nodded and finally look at the surroundings.

''Uh, I think I-WOAH''

I screamed as I felt a lick on my cheeks, I turned to see a weird creature flying and it looked straight into my eyes.

''W-What is this? Since when animals started to fly?''

The guy looked at me weirdly and I saw the animal tilting its head. A girl in brunette straight medium hairs walked in the scene grabbing the animal.

''I am sorry! Christine licks people whom she finds cute.''

With that she went away and I shook my head, I looked up at the sky and my eyes widened.

''HOLY CRAP!''

''What?''

''BROOMS ARE FLYING!?'' The guy looked up and smiled.

''Yes, they are!''

I looked at him weirdly and checked the surrounding. I am sure I am somewhere else.

''Where are the gates of Yomiyama Academy?''

''The what?''

He looked at me confused and I blinked. He...doesn't know what that is?

''A college, you don't know?''

''There is no such college in the whole Wizarding world!''

I sighed and nodded, wait WHAT?

''WHAT? WIZARDING SCHOOL? AS IN WITCHES AND WIZARDS?''

He got shocked by my sudden yelling, he nodded and smiled again.

''You are right now in Grey Academy!''

I looked at him even more confused, so it is real!

''You seriously don't know about Wizarding world?''

He said as he looked at me totally assumed.

''No, I-''

''Move freshie!''

I looked behind me and the guy who I was talking to frowned. I looked at the new guy, he had dark brown hairs and brown eyes with tinted cheeks. I hesitated to speak at first because of the thought of him being cold.

''I said move!''

''You can go from somewhere else too Beckett, there is enough space for you to walk.''

The guy who saved me earlier spoke.

''I didn't ask for your opinion, Griffin!''

So the saviour is Griffin and the rude guy is Beckett.

''It's alright Griffin.''

I moved to the side, he bumped his shoulders with me and walked away.

''Sorry for that, Beckett doesn't have manners to talk to people.''

I nodded and looked at Beckett's back as he walked away.

''I am Solaris!''

''Nice name!''

I smiled and he led me inside the college. I looked at the university in awe, it is so pretty! I stopped when I saw Griffin stopping me as well. I looked at him and we heard a loud noise from a room.

''Where is it coming from?''

''Follow me''

He commanded and I followed him, we went into a room where mirrors were kept everywhere. I gasped at all the mirrors but Griffin pulled me to a girl who was stuck in a mirror.

''Help me please!''

The girl cried out, Griffin and I looked at each other and pulled her out by grabbing her hands. After coming out I saw her fixing herself, she had pinned her brown hairs into a ponytail and her eyes were grey. ''Thank you!'' I nodded and smiled at her.

''I am Loren Viotto, what about you?''

''I am Solaris Hart!''

''Griffin Hale''

Loren smiled, and we three went out of the room.

''Okay, so...thank you for helping me, now I will take my leave!''

I blinked and nodded, she left the room and Griffin poked my cheeks.

''Solaris, I am sorry to leave you here, but I have to go and practice for Thief!''

''Wait! You can't leave me alone here! I don't know anything!''

Griffin chuckled and looked at his side and nodded. I looked at my side and saw a double copper door, I tilt my head and Griffin spoke.

''I am not leaving you here to wander anywhere by your own, that is why I walked us to the main hall, Dean must be giving her speech, go and listen to her!''

I looked at the gate and blinked.

''Uh, okay but where- huh? Griffin?''

I looked here and there to find no one

''Now where will I have to go after this?''

I whined and opened the doors, I went inside and was greeted with a cold breeze, I looked everywhere and saw a man, no not a man, a woman who was speaking and had white short hairs. I looked around the room to see many people sat on chairs and had a round coffee table in front of them, the curtains were coloured in yellow/white shade, I looked at the woman who was speaking, I averted my eyes to see a man all hairy, and a man with perfect height and body shape. My eyes finally fell over a painting that had two twins, one with a sun mark on her shoulder and one with a moon mark on her shoulder, I frowned.

Another painting caught my eyes, it had different elements.

''EY MATE!''

I looked at the owner of the voice, a guy with curled black hairs waved at me.

''Me?''

''Yes, you! Come here!''

I nodded and made my way to his table and sat down next to him.

''You aren't from here are you?''

''No...''

''I could say that you were easy to read, and also nervous?''

I nodded, and he chuckled.

''You are a fresh piece here! Welcome to Grey Academy! I am Samuel Levisay!''

''Solaris Hart''

He smiled again and leaned in,

''People here are wicked, be alert!''

''What do you- AAH!''

I looked at Samuel with anger, I rubbed my forehead because it got slammed with the table.

''What the hell? Why did you do that?''

He shrugged and looked at me while grinning,

''I told you that people here are wicked, didn't I?''

My mouth didn't dare to fight back, and I nodded.

''Hehe, sorry for that tho, I was just making you alert.''

''It's okay''

I looked around me and saw the dean still talking and people not interested.

''Amused?"

"Kind of yeah, shouldn't they be afraid of her or something?"

He shrugged and shake head as no. Well pretty amusing, they aren't scared of Dean.

The speech was boring and went away quickly because Sam kept on distracting me. We both stood and walked from the main hall to the corridors painted all in yellow and white.

"Say, why is everything painted in a yellow-white colour?''

He looked at me for a moment and spoke again

''So you really are stupid.''

''Rude''

He chuckled and told me the main reason why is it so, I nodded and walked more.

''So you are saying that- this is all because of the two rare and most powerful attunements that are sun and moon?

He nodded and we went ahead to the reception hall.

''Yo, I already know my room number, you know yours?''

''Not yet- I just came right now''

''You want me to wait?''

''No it's alright you go ahead''

''Okay then, see ya!''

I nodded and went ahead to the reception lady. She looked at me and smiled while greeting me.

''Welcome to Grey Academy. How may I help you?''

''Hello, uh I am supposed to be a student here, Solaris Hart.''

''Give me a minute, I will check it and let you know.''

I nodded and glanced at the interiors, they are either yellow, white, blood red, iron colour, brown, blue or so on.

''Oh yes, Solaris Hart, your roommate has already checked themselves in the room, room no is 378.''

''Roommate? I have a roommate?''

''Yes, every student here has a roommate.''

I nodded and waited for her to give me a key to the room, but she didn't.

''Uh, where are the keys to the room?''

''Keys? We don't use keys here.''

I blinked and went away from the hall to my room.

''376, 377 oh there 378!''

I hope the roommate ain't weird. I looked at the door and leaned on it only to make myself fall on the next side.

''I- What just- the door is invisible? I-''

''Oh hey, how lucky I am to meet you again!''

''Huh? Oh hey, you are the girl who was stuck in a mirror.''

''Yeah not a very pleasant memory to hold.''

''So, we are roommates?''

''If I can pass in this room without knocking, then, of course, I am the roommate dummy''

I nodded and stood up from the ground.

''You look horridly confused my dear, are you okay?''

''I- am I that obvious to read?''

She nodded while I sighed and told her that how I ended up here, all the way to my journey, she listened to me carefully. When I said that I can't perform magic, she shook her head and sighed.

''So- you are not from the magical world-''

''Yes''

''But then- if you are not one of us- then how did you enter this room? Only people with magics can enter this school and dorms like this-''

Her question made me think for a while. I was born within humans, how can I join this school then?

''Let's forget about that now, why don't we focus on how to teach you magic?''

I looked at her, she had excitement written all over her face, I smiled and nodded. She grinned and clapped her hands together.

''Also, now in this school, there will be two fashionistas! One me and second obviously you since we are best friends now, I will do my best to make you another most fashionable person alive in this school!''

She winked and I shook my head and nodded nervously.

She explained to me the rules of the school. And to be honest- I never knew that rules would be so damn hard to cope up with, I let out a frustrated sigh and Loren giggled.

''Feeling frustrated on the rules too?''

''Of course- who make such rules omg.''

''I know right, waking up at 7 AM and then move to the main hall for breakfast and then tolerate damn 5 lectures straight, uff.''

''Not only that- we aren't even allowed to choose our bench mates- what the actual fuck?''

''IKR''

We both whined, and Loren looked at the ceiling and jumped up from the sofa startling me.

''I- What's wrong?''

''Let's go out!''

''Huh? Out? Aren't we not allowed to leave school premises?''

''We ain't exactly leaving it- there are some places we students can go, Grey Academy owns certain places. Like the - Violet Garden, Stella Pen Square, Violeta Park, Emerald Fountain!''

''So- we would have to take permissions?''

''No Solaris, you see that door?''

I looked at the door where she was pointing and noticed there are 4 knobs- I tilted my head and looked closely at the knobs.

''Wait- these knobs have the names that you mentioned- the garden, pen square, park and fountain-''

I looked at her and she nodded.

''These knobs when are opened takes one to the place that was opened.''

I nodded and looked at the door.

''So where are we going Loren?''

''Stella Pen Square of course!''

''What is that?''

''A place where students can buy their stationery stuff or something that school needs.''

I looked at her and nodded, she went towards the door and opened the pen square knob, I peeked from the shoulders of Loren and gasped at the sight.

She grabbed my hands and pulled me inside the door.

"Welcome to your new world Solaris! Welcome to Stella Pen Square aka SPS"
