"Caden, come back here!" A girl with bright violet shouted running towards a boy that was running away and seemed to ignore the girl and ran even further. They were running through buildings, roofs and even in the town streets. The sky was a sunny and no clouds were no where to be seen. The girl huffed and stuck out her hand to grab his legs with plant roots. "Ow!" He said falling on the ground. "There. Now.. You're such an idiot! Why did you do that?!" She shouted cleary angry at the boy who was on the ground. He grabbed her leg so he look into her eyes angrily. "They could've killed you! You're lucky I pulled you away." The boy rolled his eyes and got up. "You're not my mom." He said getting the dust off his clothes. She slightly widened her eyes. She knew that he was sad about his mom's deaths. That's why she's staying by his side so that he doesn't feel lonely. Despite them always arguing like siblings. "I'm not, but I am older than you." She flexed which he looked unamused. "Bla bla bla who asked?" He mocked. "That's what you got? You need to find better ways of mocking someone. She said putting her hand on her hip and leaning forward a bit. He rolled his eyes once again and just stuck out his tongue which the girl did the same.

"Hey everyone! They are back!" A man yelled at a crowd which Caden and Kristina were in. "The Dark clan?" A woman shouted. "Yes!" Everyone walked and ran to see them. "We should too." The boy said running with the crowd. "Wait- i-" Kristina didn't have enough time to process that but joined him.

"What do you want now?!" A person yelled putting her weapon up. Caden and Kristina looked at the and Caden felt anger in him. He fists started to clench and Kristina notired it right away. "Don't attack them again." She said. "Alright. I won't." He said crossing his arms together. And looked away from her. "Greetings citizens. We are only here to research about a person. We are not here to destroy another town again. But if you don't tell us where he is we might have to kill you all." They said holding a picture of a man with black hair that faded into a purple tint.  He was also wearing a white eye patch. "We don't know where he is! Didn't you kill him?" The people shouted. "No, we just found out recently he was alive. And we need to find him. So, tell us. Or we'll kill you all." They said grabbing their weapons and pointing at them. Kristina eyes widened while Caden looked at her in shock. "It doesn't look like his old self." Kristina whispered to Caden "Don't you think It's a trick again?" Caden said looking at the picture once again. "I don't think so this time.. i remember how he looked before. And he didn't have that much scars. Caden looked down and thought about it. "I have to believe you on this one.." he said agreeing for once. "We need to find him." He said looking up again. "Of course we need to!" She said. "We can ask him about our parents" Kristina smiled at being in his father's arms once again. "Kristina, I don't think they are alive." She said looking at him with a serious glare.

She looked down and so did He. She knew her father's would come to her if they were alive. It's been six months since she last saw them. She missed them terribly. In her, she knew they were dead, but for Caden, it was still hard. And it was understandable since it was months ago since they were gone. But she also can't bring herself up to say that they are dead. Caden clenched his fists and looked up.

"How do you guys know he's alive? What about the others?"he asked while yelling. "That information is none of your business." They said starting to get annoyed. "It is if you're asking us!" He yelled back. "Caden!" Kristina yelled and pulled him back. "Hm? Wait.. are you guys both the kids of-" A woman asked who was behind the demons and guardians but got cut off by someone shooting them arrows.

"Yeah! It is our business if you ask u-" A man got cut off by a guardian stabbing his stomach. "We are asking one last time. Where is he?!" They all went silent and one started yelling. "We don't know!" "Now screw away!" "Yeah! Go find him somewhere else!" Everyone else also started shouting. The demons glared at them then they shot one in the head. "Alright you left us no choice." They said starting to attack and kill the people. Caden wanted to fight back but he got pulled away by Kristina running. "Get those kids!" The woman from before yelled at the two demons who was standing beside her.

Kristina heard her looked back and saw that they were getting closer. "Holy shit! They run fast!" She thought to herself. She stopped and got her axe out and ran to them. Caden turned back and also got his sword out. She threw her axe and it slip the head in half while the other grabbed her. Caden sliced their arm off and stabbed them.

They both faded away. Kristina landed on her two feet and grunted. "Thanks." She said taking her time to catch her breath. He walked up to her and put his sword away on his back. He then stuck his hand and she grabbed it. "Now. Caden, what the hell?!" She yelled. "Oh stop it! I have good reasons." He said. "Yeah, stupid reasons. You think before you attack stupid." She said walking away. Which left Caden silent. "Ugh, I wish you were here with me guys." He thought to himself. He shaked his head and followed Kristina.

"What are doing now? Since we know he is alive." He asked crossing his arms. She thought and got an idea. "We should search for him. Who knows he might be in a place where we haven't checked yet." She said starting to walk away and Caden followed up to her.

"We've been walking everywhere though. For a few months. So how are we going to?" He asked titling his head. She paused and sighed. "I don't know.. maybe he's hiding in a secret place or something?" Kristina questioned. "Maybe." They both continued to walk until Kristina remembered something. "Wait, Does this mean Helene and Matthew might be with him?" She said smiling. They both tried to search for them. But they were nowhere to be found. Not even in their house. They thought they went to another place, far away from here. Which is why they are not with then. But now there's proof of their dad being alive, they are likely with him. "Most likely. So, our new goal is to found uncle and our other friends." He said starting to feel confident in himself. He loved adventures. Kristina smirked and looked forward.

Two hours later...

They both got to another village and they walked around to search for their friends.

They stayed went silent until Caden spoke up. "I wonder why he didn't search for us." He said looking at the fire. Kristina perked up and stared at him for a couple of seconds. "Well, he is that type of person that doesn't want us to get hurt unless we are sure of something." She said. "I know, but wouldn't he also keep us safe?" He asked. "Maybe, but also think about it, his place could have been in danger and couldn't keep us safe until he found one that would be secure." She protested. "True." He said in agreement.

"Anyways, we should grab some extra food for the search." Caden suggested. "Good idea." She replied.

"Later do you want to train?" She asked elbowing him. He smirked and looked at her. "Obviously. Can't wait to beat your ass again." He said laughing. She rolled her eyes started to slightly push him. "Most of the times it was me who has won. Keep dreaming burnt boy." He gritted his teeth and started pushing her. "Oh yeah?! Well I'm the one who knows how to be stealthy." Caden said putting his hand on his hip. "Yeah, but most of the time you don't use your intelligence! Like when you attacked the dark clan." She stated it. Caden blinked and got mad instead of being jokingly angry. "They killed our parents! How am I supposed to keep my blood cold?" He said clenching his fists. "I'm not saying you should not show emotion. I am saying you should think before you act!" She yelled but not enough for the others to hear. They were lucky they went to a place where there was no one.

"Not again!" Caden and Kristina both turned around to hear someone shouting and another person running away. They looked at eachother recognizing the person. Caden ran and spawned white fire infront of the person running away. They stopped and Caden got grabbed the person and dragged them away. Kristina then followed him.

As they got out or the village. Caden let go of the person and grabbed his sword. "Are the person that tried to attack ones of the guardians last month?" The person didn't reply. "Hey answer!" He said grabbing them by the collar Kristina examined them and recognized them. "Wait Caden!" He turned around lifiting an eyebrow. "Put him down." She ordered. Caden listened and put the person down. "I might know who you are. But first reveal yourself." She asked getting closer to him. They sighed and put down their hood that was covering their face. "Hey Kristy and Cade." He said awkwardly smiling.

"Matthew!" They both yelled in happiness and hugged him. Well Kristina did. "It's been so long!" Kristina said. "Haha yeah-" He laughed and hugged her harder. "Where were you?" Caden asked. "I'll tell you all. But you guys need to follow me. You are obviously no where to b safe here." Kristina got confused and looked back to see a demon figure staring at them. Kristina yelled and Caden turned back around. Matthew pulled out his bow and shoot arrows at them. They disappeared afterwards. "How?" Caden asked turning around. "We will answer this when we arrive there so we need to go now." He said running to see other demons following them. "Wait we?" Kristina perked up. "Yes we now follow me!" He yelled.

"Why are there so many?! And why do they look more different?" She asked being creeped out by hoa scary they looked while ruuning. "Matthew! We gotta fight back!" Caden yelled getting out his sword out. He stopped and tried to warn him but then he jumped back when it was trying to hit him and made a fire spiral and shot it at them. Meanwhile Kristina spawned some big tree roots and wrapped the demon around and threw it on the ground. Matthew was looking at their combat skills and then got excited to join them. He grabbed his bow and shoot the arrows at their faces.

Meanwhile..

"But are you sure it's their kids?" A man asked the woman who was wearing a long cape. "I am positive. They looked exactly like them." She said looking back at him. "I believe you." He said getting up. "But you asked if i was certain." The woman said. "Well it doesn't matter." She continued. The man looked at her signaling she can continue. "If you fail this, I might as well have to send it." She said giving him a death stare. "I won't fail you. I promise" He said leaning down while he put a hand on his chest. "Good, now go."

"As you ordered."

A few minutes later...

When they finally stopped attacking them and ran away in defeat, the teens yelled in victory. "Take that long sticks!" Kristina shouted at them. "Long sticks?" Matthew laughed a bit and raised an eyebrow while looking at her. "Yeah she makes up stupid names" Caden replied putting his sword back. "Oh shut it angry boi" She said glaring at him. "Well at least I know how to cook." He said putting his hand on his chest. Kristina gasped and "well at least i know how to play uno!" Kristina said grining. "How dare you!" He exclaimed. "The last time we played it you thought the all colors meant you could win!" They both started arguing like siblings

"I never thought I would miss their rivalry-" Matthew thought. "Okay guys! We should keep going." He said separating them from eachother. "You're right, If he doesn't stop trying to deny he's an idiot that is." She said crossing her arms together. "I-" "Matthew there you are." He got cut off from another girl who was walking towards them. "Helene!" Matthew yelled and walked up to her. "You were gone from hours. Dad was starting to get worried." She said while putting her hands on his shoulders. "Sorry, I was trying to search for the others." He said looking back at them.

Kristina gasped and ran towards her. "Oh my gosh hi girl!" She yelled and happily hugged her. Helene laughed as well and hugged her back. "Ahh Kristina! I am so happy to see you!" She said hugging her tighter. "Caden!" She yelled and waved at him. He smiled and waved back walking up to them. "I'm so happy to see you all!" She exclaimed visibly happy. Caden chuckled and responded "Yeah. It's nice to see you too. After some months" They both smiled at eachother.

"I know you've been wondering things. And we will answer them all. But for that, we would to travel at a certain portal." Matthew said walking away. "Yeah, follow us." Helene said joining him.

"I can't wait to see uncle Blake."
"We're finally going to have answers."

"Are our parents with him?"

Meanwhile...

"Why did I decided to catch them? It could've ruined it!" The woman shouted in anger. "They might know someone is after them!" She said getting on her seat. Well, they are their kids so it makes sense. It's not too late though." She said thinking. "If you fail.. i'll send her." she said lifting her head up and grinned. "There is a big surprise that's going to come at you kids." She said laughing out loud. "Even though I was planing to use it for other plans. can make a move sooner then planned though."

She got up and started to walk. "Guards! Take it out. It's going once again going to be out and have a little bit of fun~" She said looking at something.

"But first. I'll see if you can do it. Then it can come in if you ever fail."
