The strange image he saw on the water's surface stunned Ichiro for minutes. He gently touched his face as questions kept on entering his mind.

"Who is this?" he thought to himself.

He looked at his pale white soft skin, he leaned closer only to see his shining silver hair that glows purple when struck by light. Ichiro touched his thin pink lips and defined pointed nose only to confirm that his face is not the same as before.

"Is this... me?"

"T-This can't be! This whole fucking scene must be a dream or a hallucination. Yeah, someone drugged me to drown in this illusion," he convinced himself.

Ichiro saw a small sharp-edge rock and cut his palm using it. He groaned when the sensation of pain entered his system.

"I can feel pain. There is blood flowing from my wound as well," he thought to himself

Ginamit ni Ichiro ang tubig upang linisin ang sugat niya. Uminom na rin siya dahil kanina pa nanunuyo ang kaniyang lalamunan.

Taimtim siyang nag-isip. Pa'no niya nga ba sisimulang alamin ang lugar na kinalalagyan niya kung pati saplot ay wala siya?

Napapitlag ang binata nang makarinig ng tunog mula sa mga halaman. Nasa loob siya ng isang gubat kaya hindi imposible na may mabangis na hayop na naninirahan rito.

Kulang man ang kaniyang lakas ay sinubukan niyang tumayo at dahan-dahang naglakad paalis.

Tila naging estatwa si Ichiro sa kaniyang kinatatayuan nang tumalon ang isang higanteng nilalang na nagtatago sa mga halaman. Bahagyang yumanig ang lupa sa pagbagsak nito. Sa laki ng nilalang ay natakpan na nito ang sikat ng araw at nabalot ng anino nito ang kinalalagyan niya.

The creature in front of him is as huge as a grizzly bear. Ichiro was frightened, not because of the danger that awaits him but because of how the creature looks. The bear has thick black fur, its sharp teeth are drooling with disgusting saliva, and its four massive arms and two feet are big enough stomp someone to death. The crimson red eyes of the creature was pinned on him, leaving him trembling with fear.

"What is this creature? A mutation?"

"Result of an experiment?"

"How come a bear will have four arms?" he asked himself.

Before he could even take a step, the bear stomped its feet on the ground creating cracks and tremors that made Ichiro fell into his knees. The bear walked towards the young man as it clenched its fist, ready to beat his prey to death.

Ichiro gulped. "I guess, I'll have my second death right here."

But before the fist hit the man's fragile body, a massive force countered the bear's attack making it step back because of the shockwave. A spherical energy is surrounding Ichiro, a shield-like force that protected him from his near-death.

Ichiro looked around, then he saw a middle-aged man. The man's palm is opening towards him while emitting a strange light. Before he could even react to what he's seeing, the ground shaked that me him looked on the monster in front of him.

The bear-like thing stood up and punched the force field protecting Ichiro.

"Stella!" The man shouted from behind.

Mas lalong nagulo ang isip ni Ichiro nang may babaeng tumalon mula sa sanga ng puno.

The woman leaped in the sky and spinned in midair while weilding a two-bladed spear. She landed on the monsters nape and violently stabbed it from behind. The hideous creture growled in pain as its body slammed on the ground.

Ichiro looked up to the woman as it plays with her weapon while bathing with the monster's blood. She jumped and gracefully landed in the grass. The force field covering him disappeared.

"B-Class monsters berserking are really a pain in the ass."

Napabaling si Ichiro nang makarinig ng boses na nanggagaling sa kaniyang likuran.

"That thing cost half of my mana just to sustain the shield," the man said and scratched his head.

The man took a small glass bottle from his pocket. The green liquid inside the bottle is glowing and glittering with gold powder flowing with the liquid. He opened the small bottle and drank it. The man's body glowef for seconds then he stretched his arm as if he gained all of his enery again.

"Ryker, need help with the blood. My body reeks the foul odor from this filthy monster," The woman whom the man called Stella said while covered with blood.

"Yes, coming!" Ryker responded and rushed towards Stella. His palms glowed then a strange glowing circle with obscure symbols and characters materialized on the top of Stella. Later on, a showering water came out of the circle washing the blood on Stella's body.

Ichiro was too stunned to speak, everything is messing his mind right now. Before, he can overcame any mathematical equations in seconds, but now, all of the events that happened after he opened his eyes are too hard to digest.

"Oh, may tao nga pala," pagbungad ni Ryker.

"Sorry, dear. We almost forgot about you," natatawang usal ni Stella.

Lumapit ang lalaki kay Ichiro at inilahad ang kamay nito para tuluyan siyang tumayo.

"Honey, get him clothes. I will not look first, it's too late before I noticed that he is completely naked," Stella mentioned. Ichiro is spacing out to the point that he can't afford to feel embarrassed on his current state.

"Masusunod!" sagot ni Ryker kay Stella.

Itinapat ni Ryker ang palad niya kay Ichiro bago lumabas sa kaniyang bibig ang mga salitang bago sa pandinig ng binata.

"Noit aerc, cirbaf." Then a magic circle showed up, releasing luminous sparkles that soon materialized into a thick fabric coat. The words that he heard is not familiar with him. Ichiro is almost fluent with all of the languages, he is second to none, but the words he just heard, he knew that it wasn't normal. It was otherwordly.

Ichiro wore the coat given my Ryker. It was soft and comfortable, he's not sure what kind of fabric it was made of but it was surely fanrastic.

"What's your name, young man?"
