Welcome to the world of whatever the hell this is. You all seemed to support my idea to make a full-fledged furryxreader story, so this is what you guys get. Thanks, and now you're all here with me in this rabbit hole.

First off, let's get this out of the way: I'm not gonna be crediting every image I find and use in this story. It's too much work for me and it takes too long to actually find who made them and to just find them again period takes too long for me. So from here on out, I'll try to just start off my stories like this and say that none of the images and videos I use don't belong to me unless I say so. So... yeah. Nothing I use belongs to me unless I say so. Credit to original owners/artists and props to them for making them. I own nothing. Now, onto the rest of the introduction to the story.

This story will be set in the future. Not too far, but far enough to where I think it could be believable. I'll figure it out when the first chapter is released.

Now, instead of getting the Earth bombarded with the Corona Virus/Covid-19 in 2019 (or whenever it happened, my old man brain can't fucking remember), there was this weird energy wave from space that bombarded the Earth with radiation that killed off most of the human race, leaving twenty-five percent to exist. However, that same space radiation mutated a lot of the animals on Earth to become anthropomorphic and gain a human-level of intelligence and sentience. It took time for these anthro animals, or "furries" as most of the human population calls them, to become a part of society, but thanks to our advanced and accepting society (pfft, yeah, sure), it only took a few years for furries to be accepted as equals.

It will also be kinda inspired off of Trollhunters and Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja with some things that happen. Love the shows.

Now onto you and your character. You're Y/n L/n, a member of the last twenty-five percent of the human race. He's an ordinary person and is your average student in his Junior year of high school. He lives an ordinary life with his uncle and cousin, and tries his best to not get any unwanted attention. However, when he comes across a strange, ancient relic, his entire life is flipped upside down. Now he must protect a hidden civilization of monsters and his home from a dark power that wants to destroy and conquer the world all the while a mad scientist attempts to conquer the tri-state area!

So yeah. And this might or might not turn into a harem. Since I've gotten a lot of suggestions and people asking for a story with one, I might just try it. If not, then I'll just have it as a story with multiple love interests one after the other. We'll just see how it goes.
