"Look we don't want to hurt you, we're trying to help you" Batgirl said slowly moving her hand behind her back pulling out a batarang with the heat blast in the center and saw that the others did the same "like I said Batgirl, I'm not gonna give my plan even if it kills me." Freeze explained " OK! Suit yourself!" She yelled as she threw her batarang hitting to the side of Freeze and into the ice covered walls as the others did the same. A huge explosion erupted and the ice chunk down crushing Freeze as they watched. They quickly moved away from the crashing of falling ice and swung there capes over to block the falling debris. Once cleared they walked around the icy mess and spotted Freeze. As they approached him he tried to reach for a ice pick and slung it at them but stopped mid swing for Batgirl grabbed his hand and took the ice out of his hand and tossed it aside she kneeled down to him and said " do you understand now Freeze, we're here to help you" he rolled his eyes and winced as his breath turned to fog and looked back at them and said "I give up Batman" Batgirl looked at Batman and Robin with a small smile and a snicker "Where is your wife Freeze?" Robin asked. Freeze rolled his eyes again and Batman and Robin both knew where she was. They all begin to walk to the tower of frozen meals pulled out one that hid the button, pressed it as it slowly opened they all walked in and looked all around "wow she's beautiful," Robin whispered "yeah she is, I'll call the police and have them take care of the rest" Batgirl replied and walked out to call and within minutes the sound of sirens blared "that's are cue to get out of here, let's go" Batgirl said and in the blink of an eye they were gone and drove down the streets and back to Wayne Manor.

Once back at the cave Batgirl hopped off her motorcycle "man this is not how I expected to spend Christmas in Gotham" "you get used to it" Robin laughed Batgirl turned to face him and put her hands on the side of head and stuck her tongue to him laughing as she walked back to her suit up room and changed back into her normal clothes. She walked back out in a long sleeve black shirt with an army green jacket, dusky dark blue jeans and dark brown lace up boots. She tucked her red hair behind her ear and looked Dick and Bruce as they walked out and asked "what do you think?" Dick looked at her surprised and said "could use a little more Christmas spirit" Kim chuckled and said "oh that reminds me, I forgot something" she walked back to her room and walked back out with reindeer antlers, Christmas lights for earrings along with elf ears, red and silver eyeshadow and smile "Come on guys let's head back up to the manor Alfred said he has a surprise waiting for us" Bruce chuckled and they all walked from the BatCave and walked into the Den and were shocked for they saw a big tree in the corner of the room as well as the Den covered in lights, tinsel and other decorations making them smile.

"Wow Alfred this is amazing when did you find the time to do this?" Kim asked, Alfred gave a warm smile and said "when you all fight crime I have had a lot of time on my hands, now I just help getting the ornaments from the upstairs closet" "I'll help Alfred" Bruce said and followed him up the stairs leaving Kim and Dick in the Den.

She turned to Dick and stared into his hazel green eyes and pointed up to the ceiling. He looked up to see mistletoe hanging under them. Dicks face went red and Kim smiled shyly and lended toward him and laid a small kiss on his cheek. She drew back to face him and said "look, I know you like me, but we've been friends for our whole lives and I don't want to change that" Dick looked in surprise on how she knew "oh yeah, it's ok I. . . , um this is weird" he said rubbing the back of his neck "hey guys a little help" Bruce said struggling to hold boxes of ornaments "oh gosh here let us help Bruce" Kim said as she was taking two boxes as Dick took a big box and headed to the Den. Once they were all set out they set the Christmas lights and tinsel. They each grabbed an ornament and placed it on the tree as they laughed and shared jokes as Dick recalled stories from his and Kim's childhood. "She really fell into a hay bale after being scared by a clown" Bruce laughed hanging the lights "yeah and the next day she was still picking straw out of her hair" Dick explained messing with Kim's hair while she batted his hands away "hey clowns are demons in disguise, I usually avoid them but this dummy right here decided to steal one of the costumes and chase me around tent and a hay bale happened to be there when I fell" Kim laughed playfully punching him as he pretended to cry "oh don't pull that trick on me" she sassed still laughing. After a while they finished the ornaments Kim walked out of the room and came back with a red box with a bow and walked over to Bruce "I know Christmas is tomorrow, but I can't wait any longer, Merry Christmas Bruce" she said handing him the box, Bruce's eyes were in surprise and took the gift, opened it and was speechless for inside was a picture of them all as the dynamic trio in a black frame. He looked back at Kim and said bringing her into a hug.

"Thank you Kim this is amazing" she drew back and said smiling "you're welcome" walked back to the almost finished tree and revealed the star and asked as Bruce placed the picture on the fireplace "so who gonna do the honors of putting the star on the tree?" Bruce and Dick looked at each other then back to Kim "We were thinking you should do the honors" Dick said Kim looked in surprise and said "oh ok, Dick can you give me a hand" "sure shortie" he commented Bruce and Kim laughed as Dick walked over and placed his hands around her waist and lifted her up to the top and placed the star on the tree and as Dick put her down she said "you know this is the best Christmas I've ever had thanks guys"
