As they drew closer to the shop Batgirl turned on her communicator "so what's the plan of attack?" She asked in a questionable tone "we'll cut around the power plant and pull up to the front of the shop, get to the back freezer and catch him by surprise" Robin stated turning the corner "where almost there better turn up your thermal heater because it's like Arctic tundra in there" she demanded with a small chuckle at her pun and all was quiet. They both slowed to a complete stop and walked to front of the shop seeing it frozen "I'll check around back" Batgirl said and before she left Robin grabbed her arm and looked at her with a sense of worry "be careful you never know when he might strike" Batgirl looked at him with a sly grin "don't worry I'll be ok" and with a wisp of her cape she was gone and walked down the alley. Once fully around to the back she walked to the door and it was frozen. She turned and walked walked back to Robin at the front and said "the back is frozen too, how are we going to get in?" Robin looked at her and motioned to get behind him and pulled out his heat gun and traced around the the door frame melting the ice, kicked it inward and slowly walked in and felt around for any sense of direction till they pulled out there flashlights and looked all over for a door to the back freezer. "Wow, so this is what it feels like to be a polar bear in the arctic" Batgirl whispered as she took one step and slipped on a ice patch falling into Robin's arms behind her. She looked up at the and smiled "thanks" she chuckled "your welcome klutz" he replied making them both snicker as he raised her up to her feet and continued walking around. Not a few minutes later the sound of footsteps arose coming towards them "scatter" Batgirl whispered. As they both split up and vanished into the shadows.

Batgirl hid behind a pillar of ice as Robin hid behind a pile of ice cream boxes. All was silent and watched as they saw the one of Mr. Freezes henchmen round the corner patrolling the grounds. Batgirl looked over at Robin and signed the plan before running from her hiding place and kicked the man in the face knocking him unconscious. Robin emerged from his spot and made his way to the door and slowly opened it and revealed Mr. Freeze at a desk along with multiple medications, they both split up again and hid. Watching Freeze type multiple numbers and codes into a almost frozen computer and seeing it fail "WHY ISN'T THIS WORKING!" He yelled banging his fist against the desk before walking away. Batgirl looked to the desk and saw a bottle that read poison. She gasped and looked over to Robin pointing to the bottle, his eyes widened and suddenly arose from behind her. She spun around and was hit in the face with a hockey stick. Along with Robin meeting the same fate and being dragged away. Not long after they were ambushed the two henchmen carried Batgirl and Robin into ice covered prison cells.

Batman sat on the edge of his seat and sighed "maybe I was too hard on them?" he thought to himself "I should go apologize" he said out loud and walked out of his room and to the BatComputer "look guys I'm sorry for underestimating your motives" he bellowed before stopping in his tracks to see that they were gone and so were there bikes "Robin, Batgirl" he shouted rushing over to the computer quickly to search there location from there the tracker built into their suits only to find that they were disabled "where are you two?" He mumbled. Then a spark of hope appeared, it was their location for their motorcycles and rode down the streets to save his faithful partners in crime.

After what seemed like forever is wasn't long till Robin woke up fully looking around seeing ice everywhere and mysterious contraptions he tried to move his hands to only realize that he was chained up and looked down to see a giant tank of instant freeze solution. He moved his head as much as he could to see Batgirl chained up behind him "Batgirl hey can you hear me?, hey" he whispered, shaking the chains before hearing groans in slight pain "ugh, what happened?, where are we?" She said in a panic quietly "I don't know but it looks really familiar" he said looking around till a door opened up and walked in the iceman (Mr. Freeze) he gave a chilling grin.

"Look who decided to finally wake up, the Boy Wonder and the pathetic wanna be hero Batgirl" he chuckled "what did you do!?" Robin spat back anger dripping from his words.

"I did what any person who do if someone broke into their place" he replied with a smirk "really you tie people up and hang them over instant freeze solution, yeah real classy" Batgirl replied sarcastically.

"You watch your mouth or I will drop you both in right now!" He shouted slamming his hand against the handrail causing Batgirl to flinch a little as the chain moved ever so slightly "besides I'm using you both as bait to lear Batman in so I can finish all of you once and for all" he laughed turning on the switch and went to leave before Batgirl spoke up "we know you're still trying to save your wife she said trying to shake out of the chains before screaming as they were both lowered towards the tank "But what you didn't know is that one of the medications you stole is poison and if you use that on her she is going to die" She said as they where lowered closer. He said nothing but turned back around to them both with his hand on the lever ready to drop they both in fully the shouted "your lying!" and suddenly a huge explosion erupted from the wall to reveal the Caped Crusader. He threw a batarang to Batgirl and Robin swung them away from the tank of solution, breaking the chains, both of them landing safely on the ground. They rushed over to him ready to fight.

"Batgirl is right, my friend Bruce has the technology to help and try to save her surrender now so we can get her the help she needs" Batman explained with a serious expression that showed no other emotion.

Freeze stood in place and spoke in a heavy accent "you think that I'll surrender. Batman, for how much respect I have for you, think of this as a merciful killing" he quickly pulled out his gun and immediately tried to blast them but they dodged every time. "You're not sending me back to the freezer, dynamic frostbitten dodos" he said with a chilling smirk and from the shadows Eskimo icicle henchmen emerged and charged full force at them. Batgirl shot her grabbing hook up to the ceiling as Robin did the same grabbing a pipe and swung through the air kicking two goons at once and dropped to the ground and threw a smoke bomb disorienting there vision and punched goon straight in the face and they all three backed into each other "this is just like old times right Robin" Batgirl stated and grabbed a goons head and elbowed him in the neck and throwing him across the room "yeah sure brings back memories" Robin replied kicking a goon in the spine "cut the chatter and fight" Batman bellowed and one after another they were down and leaving them to fight Freeze.
