Flashback :-

Abhyan was relaxed as Noor was done with her operation, he walk to a bench and sit on it. Already a person was seated to his left, after a minute Abhyan realises that the person is sad.

Abhyan{concerned} : Are you okay?

Murtaza{dejected} : Destiny play games with us, after many years I was going to be a father yet due to one minor mistake of mine I lost my child tonight.

Abhyan : I'm sorry to hear that.

Murtaza{sorrowful} : Cherry on the top doctors just informed me that my  wife cannot give birth again.

Abhyan{smiling} : Allah is great.

Murtaza{confused} : What do you mean?

Abhyan : On one hand Allah took one from you, on another Allah gave me two angels.

Murtaza : I didn't get you?

Abhyan : I mean, my wife had twin girl's tonight.

Murtaza{sadly smiling} : Congratulations.

Murtaza{astonished} : Why?

Murtaza : How? {The nurse bring two little cute baby girls out of the room in addition to that give one baby girl to Abhyan who place her in Murtaza's arm}

Murtaza : I...I can't do this.

Abhyan : I know we aren't familiar with each other furthermore I think we should maintain the same. My wife and I can be happy with one daughter too whereas your wife would be shattered on knowing the truth.

Murtaza : How will you convince your wife?

Abhyan : She is still unconscious, I can make her understand that one of our child was stillborn.

Murtaza : How will I repay your this gesture?

Abhyan : When you do kindness never expect anything in return that's what my Dad thought me.

Both of them return back with baby girls to there wives, Murtaza handled the staff of the hospital by using his power. Although he didn't let Abhyan know who he was till the time he was at hospital because Abhyan told so.

Bisma{worried} : How's my baby?

Murtaza : She is perfectly fine. {Glancing at the girl in his arms}

Bisma : What are we gonna name her?

Murtaza : Mannat. (Mannat as in 'wish' for the reason that I got you by unexpected wish){he kiss her forehead}

Noor was sobbing in her room on hearing that she lost her one child at the time of birth.

Abhyan : Noor stop crying, Allah will get angry that you aren't happy with what you have.

Abhyan : Come on let's name our princess.

Noor{accusing} : Abhyan how can you do this to me?

Abhyan : If you were in my shoes I believe you too would have done the same.

Nayab : He want to say her memories are everywhere in this palace.

Abhyan : Until I saw Murtaza's pic in Mannat's album I too didn't knew Mannat was our daughter.

Staff : Ranimaa gained consciousness.

Everyone rush to her room where Ranimaa very weakly try to sit on her bed more than that she was trying to remove her oxygen mask.

Doctor : I recommend you to keep wearing your oxygen mask.

Muheeb : Ranimaa did you actually kill Mannat? Placed bomb in her car due to which Murtaza bhai/Bisma bhabhi died? Did you?

As Sharik was on his way to Ranimaa's room a maid approach him together with handle him an envelope delivered by the hospital. Sharik open the envelope likewise read the DNA report which was done on his request.

Sharik : Nayab is Aliza aunts daughter?

Muheeb : Sharik this isn't the time to joke.

Sharik : I'm not joking Dad, Noor aunty is your lost sister Aliza and here is the proof. {He forward the report}

Noor{bewildered} : Prince Sharik what are you saying?

Sharik : One night when we were searching Aliza aunts room Nomaan said he for a second thought it was Nayab by glancing at Aliza aunts pic. It clicked me maybe Nayab looking alike Mannat could be because she is our aunts daughter that's why I did Noor aunty's DNA test with Ranimaa.

Noor : How can this be true? I mean I lived in India all my life.

Sharik : Noor aunty do you have any picture from your childhood?

Noor : No, my dad said that all of them were burnt in the fire which also took my mother away from me.

Muheeb : Mr Ansari...

Mr Ansari ask Soha to fetch an old picture from his room. As soon as Soha bring the pic Muheeb show it to Noor/Abhyan.

Muheeb : Is this your so called Dad?

Noor{baffled} : Yes, why do you have his pic?

Muheeb : He is the one who kidnapped you from us.

Tara : Does that mean Ranimaa killed her own granddaughter?

This sentence increase Ranimaa's heartbeat resulting in her health to worsen more.

Doctor : I request you all to wait outside.
