Chapter 2
Thea
The plan was seduction and it was going to work...this time, Thea added silently. Jamal wasn't going to come to her bedroom except she made him. She didn't know if he was shy or just being respectful. Thea didn't want to be respected, not in the bedroom at least. She wanted him to spread her like peanut butter on bread then devour her like the meal that she really was. He could call her a whore while in the throes of passion and she wouldn't blink. She just wanted to be fucked.
When her husband had initially talked about separate bedrooms, she'd agreed with him. A lady needed her space and she didn't want him crowding hers. Now, it was such an inconvenience. Even though his room was adjoined to hers, he was always forgetting to leave the door opened.
Thea stretched in the bathtub and smiled as she envisioned Jamal's smile when he eventually walked into the house. She had bought some sweet smelling candles the cashier at the sex shop promised would help with her surprise. Even the lingerie she had later added to her cart was sure to drive any man crazy.
Thea got out of the tub and toweled herself dry. She padded across the bathroom into her huge bedroom. She couldn't contain her excitement as she wore the two piece lingerie then wrapped herself in the flimsy robe that came with it. She checked the time near the bed and saw it was almost nine o'clock. Her husband was due home. Thea went to the kitchen and looked at the set table.
She had gotten oysters from a restaurant for tonight, she even had chocolate dipped strawberries and there was champagne. She wasn't interested in the meal but wanted Jamal to have enough stamina for the night.
Thea went into the living room and turned on the TV, she sat seductively just in case her husband used his keys. She rented a romantic comedy from box office and got lost in it. When the credits rolled in, she called Jamal.
"Thea?" His calming voice came through.
"Babe, when are you coming home? I've been waiting up for you."
"I'm sorry, I need to finish up some things at the office."
"When will you be back home?"
Jamal didn't answer immediately. "I might sleep here tonight."
"No, no." Disappointment washed over her. "You have to come home."
"I will, Thea. Don't wait up, this could take a while."
"Alright." Thea got herself together, she could find other means to get him interested. "Aren't you going to ask what I'm wearing? I have a surprise for you."
Jamal laughed and she loved the way it sounded. "What are you wearing?"
"Well-" Thea was cut short before she could finish her sentence.
"I'll call you back, my assistant just walked in." Jamal said quickly and ended the call.
Thea stared at her phone before dropping it on her laps. Now, she was angry. Her perfectly laid plan was ruined and she couldn't get things back on track again. As she sulked, she got an idea and rushed to her bedroom. Thea took off the robe and stood in front of the full length mirror in her walk in closet. She took about three sexy shots and sent them to Jamal.
Thea returned to the living room and waited for her husband's response. She got his response before starting another movie but it wasn't what she was expecting.
"My phone is monitored by the company and the IT guy may or may not have seen this."
Thea was mortified. She quickly responded.
"Delete it, please."
"Already did," Jamal replied.
Thea was too embarrassed to ask if he liked the pictures and Jamal didn't provide the information either.
Thea's mind went back to the moment she first met Jamal. He had been in a meeting with her dad and she had ran in to hug her father. It was when her dad cleared his throat she noticed they weren't alone. Jamal's presence had left her tongue stuck to the roof of her mouth.
He was the most gorgeous man she'd ever laid her eyes on. He looked like the epitome of well put together in his dry cleaned suit. If neat had a picture, it would be his. His face was void of facial hair and his hair neatly cropped. The tiny piece of earring he wore in his right earlobe had matched his dark skin tone well that it made her salivate.
Thea was just in her second level studying Art at the university, but she was certain he was her future husband. And so he became her husband three months ago. All her friends had called her lucky when she officially started dating Jamal. He would come visit her at times and bring enough groceries for herself and her roommates. He was such a perfect gentleman and had never once pressured her for sex.
Her dad had been beyond excited at the pairing. He took Jamal as his own son and had mentored him for his present position. When Jamal proposed after three years of dating, she'd almost passed out from the shock of it. They had a hasty wedding and her friends had accused her of being pregnant. All they kept asking as she denied their accusations was, then what's the rush? It wasn't hard to explain that she loved him too much to wait any more years before getting married.
Her sweet father had taken over the wedding plans. He hired an event planner and spent millions of naira creating the most perfect celebration for his only child. Her wedding pictures had even gone viral online just for the opulence of it all.
Thea had drank so much on her wedding day and Jamal told her the next morning how she had drunkenly requested for sex. It didn't sound like her but that was also the only time she had drank more than two glasses of champagne in an occasion.
All she really wanted was a replay of that night. Not the drunk part, the sex part. She'd never seen her husband naked. He came in when she was asleep sometimes and went out before the crank of dawn. It was exasperating but she loved her hubby too much to actually voice out her complaints.
Thea was going to talk to her father. She wanted her husband home, and if he kept working at this rate they were never going to have the time to make kids. If they somehow got around to doing that, was she going to raise them on her own?
Thea opened her eyes as she heard shuffling at the door. Her husband must be home, she had fallen asleep waiting for him. The living room had gotten darker and the TV was off, she must have awoken sometime during the night to switch the it off.
Thea took a delicate step and made her way to the door, she looked through the peephole but the entrance was dark also. She rushed to the bathroom and rinsed her mouth with mouthwash. She didn't want him smelling her morning breath when she kissed him. As Thea returned to the door, she waited for Jamal to open the door but instead she heard a knock.
He must have left the keys in the office again. She smiled to give herself some boost of confidence then opened the door. She didn't give her husband the chance to walk in before she dragged him by the collar. His hands came out to steady them both.
Thea stood on tiptoe and kissed him. She felt him shake his head once before giving in to the kiss. When his palm cupped her bottom, she almost passed out in relief. She wrapped her arms around his neck and he lifted her up as she wrapped her legs around him.
Every nerve in Thea's body was awake, she rubbed herself against his hardness and moaned when his tongue didn't stop teasing hers. This was how she had always wanted to be kissed; hard and fast with their tongues mingling with each other.
Thea pressed her breast against his chest and dragged his face closer. She wanted his hands everywhere, from her aching nipples to her super soaked pussy. She was about to tell him where she wanted his fingers when he tore his mouth away from hers. She almost moaned out a protest but instead started nibbling at his mouth.
"Damn. I want to be kissed like this every time I knock on a door."
Thea jumped away from the strange voice and reached her hand out for the light switch.
"Who are you?" she asked as she saw the tall figure in dark clothing. She hated how squeaky her voice sounded and she retreated further into the house. "I'm calling the police," she spoke louder this time.
"For what?"
Thea hissed at the question as she tried recalling where she had dropped her phone. She didn't want to turn her back on the man in front of her, yet she wanted to make good on her threat.
"If you're planning on robbing this house, just know my husband is around and he has a gun too," she lied effortlessly.
The man barely blinked and she screamed when she felt a touch on her shoulder.
"What's going on here?" She heard Jamal ask behind her.
She hugged him in relief. "You're home." It was more of a question than a statement.
"Thea, are you okay?"
"Th-is-is man," she cleared her throat. "There's a man at the door and I don't know who he is."
"Hank?"
"Hank who?"
"I think I should come back later."
"No, no. Come in, Hank."
Come in? Thea was sure Jamal was sleep walking. "Baby, we don't know this man."
Jamal touched her waist reassuringly and she pressed closer into him. "Thea, this is Hank. Hank is your new driver."
Driver? What was he talking about? She drove herself to work and everywhere else. "Babe, can we talk in private?" Thea looked at Hank distastefully then back at her husband.
"Thea, I need to get ready for work. We'll talk later." Jamal kissed her on the cheek. "Close the door and come in Hank, or are you just going to be standing outside?"
