When she was in middle school, her aunt moved to California for her job. She was very close to her aunt, so she was upset to see her go. Before she left, her aunt gave her a hug.

"Now you'll have a reason to come to California. Maybe when you come we can go to Hollywood together," her aunt told her before she left.

The girl started saving up money whenever she got it for her birthday or Christmas, so she could go to California and visit her aunt. She eventually got a job babysitting, so she saved her money from that as well. At school, the girl continued to do theater and work with the drama club. She enjoyed writing more as she got older, so she did that as well as drama. She sometimes got discouraged about  writing, but she didn't give up on it because she knew that it would help her later in her life. She just didn't  know how. One day she showed a friend something she wrote. She didn't think much of it at the time, but it was a decision that she was glad she made.

"This is really good. I can imagine every single thing that you wrote in my head," her friend said.

This inspired the girl, and she thought since I like movies and writing so much, why not combine them?
