Hello!! So this is another one shot of mine and i hope you enjoy it!

Louis Tomlinson was his name and day dreaming is his game.

The one and only thing he does on his free time is dream and dream and dream until he falls asleep and dreams once again.

His dreams are never about realistic things. Mostly about unicorns and rainbow fluff everywhere. But the dream he had last night was the closest ever to reality.

It wasn't about mythical creatures of famous actors and singers.

It was about this guy.

This one guy in particular that he had been crushing on since the start of the school year.

This was bothering him so much because he promised himself he wouldn't dream of those things.

But, unfortunately, the dream was already dreamt of and was constantly bugging Louis' mind every time he laid eyes on Liam, Liam Payne.

Yes, his crush was Liam Payne from the same school. Yes. Him.

He always tries to get his mind out of the bubble of him and Liam being together but he just can't. He fantasizes about it a lot. Though he knows nothing would ever happen with them. Their just friends. Close friends, at least.

But this dream kept bugging him.

That scene where Liam just threw his arms around Louis. Where Liam cooed into his ear on how much he loved him. The way his breath hit Louis' skin ever so softly. The way his hair ruffles. The way his lips open and close and produces the most angelic sound, his voice. His eyes that shine the most unique color of chocolate brown. The way his smile could make Louis happy through sadness. The way Liam was his everything.

The way that Louis made jokes and how Liam would laugh that beautiful laugh of his. The way that Louis thinks that the reason for that sound was of his joke. The reason for his smile was because of him, for once it was because of him. But knowing that that moment only lasted a split second. Knowing that this was not for him. This was not his. Liam was not his. Knowing that everyday is another struggle to get pass those thoughts. Those thoughts that think that they could be together. It hurt him more than it should.

But he knows that being with him was impossible because he was with someone else just hurts him. Hurts him so much. But he hides the fact that he was hurt. He covers up his sadness with the smile and attitude he pulls off at school. But when he's alone. He breaks apart. His world comes crashing down on him.

Thats why he dreams.

He dreams of things that can't happen because he knows that dreaming of fantasies never stops. Thats what keeps his thoughts out of the real world. It's what blocks his thoughts from the real world of pain.

But this dream.

It made him feel like it was a sign.

A sign to make a move. A sign to make a turn.

This was his opportunity. His image.

His real dream.

But he doesn't know how to make it happen.

Liam likes somebody else. How could he like a worthless little person like Louis.

But either way, Louis was still going to tell him. He couldn't hide it anymore.

He'll do it the moment Liam enters that door. That door into his class.

And just when he thought of it, he came in. And sat at his usual spot just beside Louis.

"Hey!" Louis starts it off as Liam settles his things down.

"What's up?" Liam says with a smile.

"Umm...look, i just. I had this dream and-" Liam cuts him off.

"Wait, you had a dream? I had a dream too! It was about, us actually." Liam says slowing a bit on the last part with a slight blush on his cheeks.

"Erm, my dream was about..us too." Louis said as he felt an awkward silence approaching. But luckily, Liam saved it.

"What was it about?" Liam asked.

"We were, in this class and you kind of just...umm...you..hugged me and...saidthatyoulikedme (said that you liked me)." Louis said quickly.

"Wow, we just had the same dream!" Liam said shocked and amazed.

"But i know you like somebody else so, lets not make this a big deal." Louis said as Liam shook his head rapidly.

"I don't like Zayn. Haha. Out of all things he's just my really close friend. I treat him like that because we are just a bit too close." Liam said.

And at that moment. Louis and Liam were just stuck. Stuck in their thoughts. Stuck at what this dream had made them into.

"So, what now?" Louis asked.

"Would, you, umm, want to go to the park with me later?" Liam asked as Louis smiled.

"What?" Liam asked smirking at how dumb founded Louis looked.

"I just thought you'd never ask." Louis giggled as the two boys smiled at each other like lunatics.

You see, dreams are like a mirror to life. It could be metaphoric or literal. This dream that they both had was literal and thats how they came together.

The dream was the start of their journey.
