Reunion And Reconcilement

Hello! I'm sorry for the long wait, this chapter was written through a period where I was very happy, very hopeful and most of all I had friends. Then I lost pretty much more of my friends because I made a thank you FB post and people got angry because I didn't tag specific people, I was alone, sad and I felt like everything was against me yet the chapter was so happy that it helped me keep faith and even remind me that I still have friends and that I should pay more attention to them.

So, I did I focused on the friends I had left and focused on finding a residency and a job. Then a lot of things happened at once, an old ex-best friend arranged a meet-up with me as she had promised three years ago, I fell and hit my right leg so many times that in a month I dislocated my knee, sprained my ankle and cut my thigh, stumbled over an armchair and had a huge bruise. Then two out of the many friends I lost made contact, now they think I have forgiven them but I haven't...they lost me and my trust in them. But I still keep in touch with them.

And through it all, I kept writing this chapter, trying to channel whatever good I had in me because I wanted it to be a happy chapter. I hope you enjoy it!

Connor was driving to Starling City obeying every speed limit and rehearsing his speech to Oliver.

It's been a week since his decision but Felicity told him that Oliver was hurt and needed rest not stress. So he waited for a while also known as a week.

He had a plan; he would go to Verdant and then ask for Oliver once Oliver shows up he would wave at him and ask him kindly if they could talk somewhere quiet. Then he would ask Oliver to keep his questions for later and let him finish. He would say everything about his life, from day one. Then once he was done he would answer whatever questions Oliver had.

It sounded like a solid plan and he was confident in it.

Too soon for his liking her arrived outside Verdant and he got out of the car that was when he realized he's been driving for so long that he hadn't made a stop to rest his legs and now he had a cramp!

He cursed as he tried to stop the cramping.

Twenty minutes later Connor walked into Verdant seeing as the employees were setting everything up, he was semi limping from the cramp so when he reached a stool he gladly sat on it.

"Eh...excuse me?" Connor asked the blonde bartender who had her back turned to him and she was dusting the liquor bottles.

The blonde turned at his voice and both Connor and the blonde stare at each other in shock;

"TOMMY?!"

"SARA?!"

Connor jumped up from his stool and semi run semi walked over to Sara limping a little and hugged her tight.

"Felicity told me you were alive but I didn't really put it into my mind! You look good! I'm so glad you are okay! How are you? How's your health? Sorry, I'm rambling..." Connor spoke too fast for Sara as she stared shocked at him.

Connor had this huge smile that Sara was sure his cheeks will hurt later if he keeps smiling like that!

"Um...I'm good! Wait, Felicity told you? How? How do you two know each other?" Sara asked after a little while, trying to get over her initial shock.

"Oh! We're married..." Connor said with a shrug and Sara's eyes widen in shock.

"You...You...You're Connor?!" Sara whispered exclaimed in shock as she grabbed Connor by the jacket dragging him somewhere quiet since other employees started to notice the interaction and stare.

"Yup...long long story! But we are very happy! I hope you get to be just as happy as I am right now, one day. You deserve it on the contrary to what you believe about yourself." Connor said truthfully as they were hiding in the entrance of the Foundry.

Sara looked at him for a moment and then blinked because her eyes were watering and Connor saw that so he hugged her.

"I'm glad you're alive too!" Sara mumbled in his bear embrace and Connor hugged her tight which caused Sara not to be able to breathe and tap his back.

"Sorry!" Connor said chuckling and Sara genuinely smiled.

"I'm here to talk to Oliver, have you seen him? It's about time I have the talk." Connor asked after a few seconds and Sara smiled and nodded.

Connor started to feel nervous when Sara punched in the code for the Foundry's lock.

"He's downstairs doing light exercise since his accident. Don't scare him, his muscles are still sore and sudden movements might cause damage. Make your presence known by saying his name." Sara advised him with a kind smile and patted his shoulder encouragingly.

Connor nodded thanks to Sara and he started climbing down the stairs. He could hear Oliver's grunting and low music coming from the computers.

"Hello, Oliver." Connor said once he reached the last two steps.

Oliver whipped his head around and saw him. Connor smiled and waved awkwardly before Oliver rushed and hugged him with tears in his eyes.

"I knew you weren't an amnesiac!" Oliver exclaimed as he squeezed Connor. Connor let a chuckle out before he patted his old best friend's back careful not to hurt him.

"I'm sorry for doing that, it was a very cruel thing to do. I was scared and I realized that I should be a man, set a good example for my son and come talk to you. Explain everything you don't know about my life. Then I wanted to apologize for causing such distress and grief while I wasn't really dead. Are you willing to hear me out?" Connor asked Oliver with a confident tone yet his eyes showed how nervous he was.

Oliver nodded and led them to the couch.

"I would offer you something to drink but I'm not allowed to drink alcohol with my meds...Felicity's orders." Oliver said as he handed Connor a glass of water and he grabbed his bottle and then sat next to Connor.

"And rightful so! Oh! Don't drink right away once you've done with the meds, let a week to go by before you drink and start slowly don't drink the same amount you used right away." Connor added with an advising tone which made Oliver realized how much Connor actually matured and found his calling in life.

He nodded and made a mental note to put Connor's advice into action once the time came.

Connor took a deep breath and started explaining.

He told Oliver how Malcolm wasn't his real dad, about the abuse and neglect he suffered throughout his childhood under Malcolm, how good his actual dad was, his time in Chicago while growing up, about his half-sister Claire and her soon to be husband and his long-time best friend Russell, about the Undertaking and the aftermath, his months in recovery and how he had helped survivors before he collapsed from his injuries and he was flown to Lakeshore under the command of his dad. How he went to Riyadh and how awful it was yet how beautiful the people were there, how he met Ethan and Vicky, how he matured and how he found himself, how when he returned he didn't want to be Tommy Merlyn anymore so he didn't made his survival known.

How he moved to Chicago and how much time it took him to get comfortable, the long hours in the ED, all the craziness and close call he and fellow friends have gone through, how he and Felicity met during his Med school days, how they reconnected and fell in love, about their wedding and they son's birth. How he reconnected with Laurel and that is what made him realize he should have a talk with Oliver. How Diggs was always telling Felicity that she should tell him to talk to Oliver and he told Oliver not to blame Diggs for keeping a secret. He told Oliver how he was finally happy and okay.

Yes, he had his bad days like everyone else but his life in Starling City was choking the life out of him and he couldn't handle it. He confessed that he felt very awful knowing that Oliver wasn't the same Oliver and it was part of the reason why Connor didn't return or made his survival known, he felt as if who he had become Oliver wouldn't accept him and then after couple years he realized that Oliver must have been feeling the same way when he had returned from Lian Yu and that made him rethink his approach. He confessed to Oliver how hurt and betrayed he felt when he saw Laurel and him having sex from the window and that he never wanted to feel like that again and how now his anger and guilt seemed childish and not serious so he had forgiven both Laurel and Oliver for it. He then expressed his will that he wanted Oliver in his life and in Felicity's life as a friend but he begged him not to drag Arrow business in their lives since they had a kid to consider and their lives were hectic already.

He also told him how he had come here with a plan to ask Oliver not to be in their lives but he realized that wouldn't be possible since Felicity and him loved Oliver dearly, as a friend of course, and they knew that Oliver needed friends in his life.

When he was done with his speech Oliver was blinking and in a daze trying to digest all this new information.

"Any questions?" Connor asked after a short pause.

"Yeah...Waller has a twin? What the fuck?" Oliver exclaimed in shock and Connor laughed and breathed a sigh of relief he had no idea he was holding.

"Yeah...you only have that one question?" Connor asked amazed and Oliver nodded.

"You're not the only one who matured and realized that other people go through dark times in their lives, Tommy. I mean Connor. I'm glad that both you and Felicity are happy, you have a very cute boy I might add. I really want to thank you for not shutting me out of your lives because you both mean the world to me, Felicity is such a...such a light..if you know what I mean...being around her makes you want to do good, to be better and I really need that. I'll try my hardest to be a worthy friend to both of you without crossing the boundaries, I promise. I'm so glad that you are alive and that you wanted to have that talk with me!" Oliver said serious and with a kind smile. Once his speech was done he hugged Connor and both boys...men sighed in relief!

Maybe his marriage to Felicity might work after all...

Just then the sound of Thea's voice calling Oliver made both men stop embracing and stood up shocked which caused Oliver to groan in pain and Connor to rush to help him sit down again.

"The fuck?!" Thea exclaimed in shock at the sight of Connor.

"Hey, Thea!" Connor said nervously as he waved. Then the next thing he knows he's punched by Thea who has tears in her eyes...

"Um...Thea? He knows everything...." Connor said awkwardly as he held his bleeding nose and Thea looked between the two and sighed.

"OH! Sorry..." Thea said awkwardly and then hugged Connor.

"Wait...since when do you know Oliver is the Hood?" Connor asked after a second of silence.

"When he was hurt he wasn't patrolling the city...crime rates rose again and I put two and two together...." Thea shrug and then smiled.

"Oh! So, how's school going? Oh! And dad told me to tell you that you are invited to Claire's wedding! We haven't found a way to agree on where it would happen yet but you and Laurel are invited, you can bring a plus one." Connor said to Thea who nodded.

"Thanks! I'm trying my hardest in school...mum doesn't know that yet I have let her think I'm a rebel or something...did you know that libraries are open 12 hours a day? Because I wasn't aware of it! It's a great place to study!" Thea rambled excited and Connor chuckled.

"Yeah, I was aware of libraries, Thea..I'm glad that you're taking your studies seriously, I still blame myself for not studying as much in High School..." Connor said with a wise tone and Thea smiled proudly.

She liked being praised. It made her feel as if she was doing something right for once.

Oliver watched the interaction in awe and happiness.

"You are the reason why she's studying and not doing drugs or partying?" Oliver asked shocked and Connor laughed while shaking his head no.

"No, it's my dad, her and his friends at his birthday party they had started this very intellectual conversation about construction over the dinner and my dad was amazed at her knowledge! He urged her to really consider going to University and majoring in construction." Connor said to Oliver who raised his eyebrows and whistled in amazement as he looked at his little sister who was beaming with pride.

"I decided to major in Architecture and minor in Interior design that way I'll be double the threat! But for now, I need to raise my GPA and sit the SATs." Thea said smiling proudly and Connor couldn't help but applaud her and then hug her tight.

"You are going to do fantastic! I can't wait to look at a skyscraper or a house and say "I know the architect!" and everyone to ask me who you are!" Connor gushed and Thea said thanks while blushing.

Oliver was in shock in a good way and he too stood up and hugged his sister.

She was finally on the right path and he felt relieved!

Thea the past week had made a 180 turn at least for Raisa and her teachers and some of her friends.

Moira was complete unaware of that change because Thea made sure of that because she would pretend that she was out all night although she was but not partying, she was studying in the library and then at a coffee shop that was open 24/7. She then would change in the shop's bathroom, freshen up and grab the bus to school and be the first student there.

She had a rare chance to ask some of the teachers some questions on the lessons she had to cover up in order to catch up with the normal students who were considered good students in her Senior year.

The teachers were impressed and Thea had asked them not to say anything to her mother or Walter she wanted to surprise them.

In a week she had made a miraculous catch-up and thanks to another student by the name of Cecilia who gave her, her notes and explained to her something she didn't understand.

Cecelia had replaced her old friends who only cared about parties and she didn't mind if that meant she was having a career that she will build herself and not rely on her dad's name.

Then when the week was close to an end, Thea, was sitting in the cafeteria by herself eating and solving her math homework when she got a text in her phone that made her music playlist she was listening to stop and her attention was focused on her phone.

It was a message from Oliver asking if she could come by his room after school because they needed to talk.

Once she read it she got worried then she realized someone was staring at her;

"What?" She asked rudely and she saw it was Angela one of her rich friends that left her the moment she decided to focus on school.

"Me and the girls are going shopping after school, would you like to come with us? You know remind you what fun is?" Angela asked Thea with a lot of confidence.

"The girls and I are going shopping after school...not me and the girls, Angela. And no, I can't my brother wants to have a talk with me after school. And I remember what fun is but thanks for the invitation!" Thea said with a roll of her eyes and mock kind tone.

Angela huffed and left Thea alone and Thea went back to studying.

When she returned home she walked to Oliver's room since Moira was still in the company, Oliver was in the bed and he seemed to be sleeping so she let him sleep and went to her room to start on her homework.

It was Saturday morning when she was with Roy on a date and he brought up the fact that the Hood hadn't been around for a while now and the crime rate in the Glades was getting worse. That statement made Thea wonder for a little while but then pushed it at the back of her mind and tried to enjoy her date with her boyfriend.

It was late at night when that statement was brought back to the front of her mind and she started to speculate when she couldn't handle it anymore and jumped off her bed and turned on her computer, grabbed a notebook and a pen and started to write down the dates the Hood appeared and the dates her brother returned to Starling City.

They mirrored one another....

Her brother was the Hood!

It was a huge shock but in front of figuring out that Tommy was alive and married to Felicity with a son was more groundbreaking than her brother being the guardian of the city.

But it made her wonder more about his time in Lian Yu and the scars on his body and the talk they never got to have because Oliver seemed to be sleeping a lot these past few days.

It was Sunday morning and the Thea woke up with a sore neck from sleeping in a sitting position, her laptop dead and her hands stained with liquid dye from the pen.

She quickly jumped and went to wash her hands. It didn't come out as she expected she look as if her hands were bruised or something.

She walked downstairs and saw her mother sitting in the diner, she kissed her and sat on her seat.

"What happened to your hands, Thea?" Moira asked shocked.

"That's a funny story, mum, I was cleaning out my bag when I threw it on my bed and forgot about it, last night after my date I was too sleepy to clean my bed and jumped on my bed, I felt something crack but paid no attention to it, I woke up and I realized I forgot a pen in my bag and I slept on it and ended up breaking it...I took out my sheets and put them in warm water in hopes that there's no damage...fingers crossed. But it got in my hands too...I loved my jean bag but it's destroyed now...it looks like the fabric sucked the dye." Thea explained a semi truth to her mum, she had indeed slept on her pen...

Moira looked at her and chuckled but also was impressed but how she knew how to deal with a stained sheet.

"Don't worry honey, Raisa will clean it up I'm sure and we can replace the bag too. So what are your plans for today?" Moira asked her daughter as they started to eat.

"Spend time with Ollie. Then I don't know...whatever comes up I guess. There is this exhibition today at the Youth Center but I'm not sure if I'm up to it...It's been a hectic week at school...I mean with all the drama my brain hurts. Maybe I'll sleep in or go out...haven't decided yet. What about you?" Thea said with a smile and as she applied butter on her bread and some blueberry marmalade.

She didn't notice Moira's impressed look yet again.

"I'm sure Oliver would love that. As for the exhibition what is it about?" Moira asked interested.

"Oh! Nothing really...I heard in school there is this girl Cecilia that she and some of the drama club kids created a project that depicts a chronogram of fashion in theater with costumes and Cecilia had been working on the traditional African theater disguises they used in their plays with masks and all! I wanted to go and support Cecilia because she's new to our school and not many want to hang out with her, she's middle class, stupid reason not to hang out but hey, not everyone is smart in this world." Thea said excited and Moira looked amazed.

What happened to her daughter? Yes, Thea, in her knowledge, loved art but the way she was talking? Depicts? She never used that word before! Hanging out with a new girl from middle-class background and not bullying her? That was very new! Moira secretly thought that this Roy Harper was doing some good dating her daughter, keeping her grounded and teaching her about the people who weren't the 1%.

"I think it's a very unique exhibition and you shouldn't miss it, support your friend! Besides, I might drop by and check it out myself." Moira said smiling and Thea smiled again.

"Why don't we go together?" Thea asked excited and Moira smiled.

"Of course! I haven't spent time with you lately, you are always out late." Moira said and Thea smiled anxiously.

"Yeah...sorry about that...Roy got a new job and he finishes late so we meet at a coffee shop near the bus stop he uses for a few hours to catch up and see if he's doing okay...he's been dealing with something...I don't know what it is but I've been trying to make him talk to me...but I can't...Cecilia told me that I should just be there for him...Cecilia's dad was suffering from depression and he used to have those ups and downs...he still does. Mr. Stephan was very kind and gave me some tips on how to approach someone who goes through something like this...I'm trying...Last week was bad I didn't want to leave him alone so I slept over and woke up at 4 am and left making sure he was asleep then I tiptoed to my room. I don't know what to do, mum..." Thea said truthfully.

It was true Roy was looking depressed more day by day and she didn't know why, yes life in the Glades was hard but Thea's instincts told her something else was going on. Far more serious. She talked to Cecilia and Cecilia's dad who had been suffering from depression since he was 8 years old and he was taking medication. Adam Stephan was kind enough to give her some pointers and red flags she should look for and warned her about what to do in case Roy decided to take his own life. Thea was terrified but Cecilia held her hands through the conversation.

Then Thea had tried to convince Roy to go to therapy or talk to her but he refused.

"Oh! Honey! Why you didn't say anything?" Moira asked shocked and stood up and hugged her daughter as Thea let some tears roll down her eyes.

School, Roy and everything was too hard for her to deal within a week!

"Because you've got so much on your plate already...plus I'm 18 years old mum I can't ask for my mummy's help all the time. I need to learn to deal with life on my own." Thea said as she cried and Moira tightens her grip on her and kissed her daughter's head.

"If you need anything be it money for therapy or medication for Roy told me to write him an anonymous check, okay?" Moira said to Thea as she made her daughter look at her.

Thea nodded and then wiped her eyes and drank some of her tea and composed herself.

"Alright, I'll have my phone on, call me if anything happens, I need to drop by the company. When is that exhibition?" Moira said after a few minutes of silence.

"Ugh...8 pm. I'll go by 7:30 to help Cecilia set up and see if they need help with makeup and dressing up." Thea said as she tried to bring some hope in her tone and Moira smiled proudly.

"Then I'll be there at 8 pm sharp! Have fun with your brother, if you find him that is." Moira said as she stood up, kissed her daughter and started to walk to the door.

Thea took the last bite of her breakfast and jumped up once the door closed she picked up the dishes and walked to Raisa.

"Hey! Do you need any help?" Thea asked Raisa who was preparing the lunch and dinner.

"Sure, cut the onions and then the potatoes. Then I want you to stir the sauce." Raisa said thankfully as Thea nodded at her orders and started to pull her hair in a bun and washing her hands.

Thea had asked Raisa to teach her how to do madain stuff others learned to do in a younger age than her, she felt as if she would need them soon enough. Why she didn't know but being prepare beats being in an anxious state when the time came.

She spent three hours helping Raisa and then grabbed a smaller tray of breakfast and went upstairs to her brother's room.

Oliver was awake on his phone when Thea walked inside.

"Hey!" Thea said smiling and then she saw her brother's face.

He looked sick and in pain.

"What happened?" Thea asked as she put the tray on his desk and rushed to the bed.

"Nothing I fell off my bike again." Oliver lied and Thea glared at him.

"Ollie...I think I know why you are like that." Thea said seriously and Oliver's body tensed at the sound of the words.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean that you didn't fell off your bike but a building while you were busy being the Hood." Thea said in a matter of fact tone which made Oliver's eyes bug out of their sockets.

"Since when do you know?" He asked knowing that there was no point in denying it.

"Since yesterday. It's okay. But I have questions...starting with what happened in Lian Yu." Thea said as she grabbed the tray and carefully climbed up the bed.

That was a conversation that took 5 hours to finish. By that time Thea had cried eleven times and yelled at Oliver twice. She hugged her brother and said;

"I read these two quotes once; if you going through Hell keep going because there is a light in the end and turning back will only cause much more pain than it did the first time. That is the first one, the second one is; everybody dies but not everybody lives, and you Ollie lived yes it was with more struggle and heartbreak but you lived and you gained experiences that changed you for better or for worse. You are who you are now, be unapologetic and only then people will start to accept you for who you are now...the rest don't deserve you." Thea said wisely and Oliver looked shocked at her.

"When did you become so wise?" Oliver asked amazed and Thea smirked;

"A magician never reveals his secrets, big bro! Now, should I bring lunch?" Thea asked excited and Oliver nodded as he smiled. Thea kissed his cheek and rushed to Raisa.

When the door to Ollie's room closed behind her Thea let out a sigh of relief...what she had learned was too much, she needs time to digest them.

She took her time to get to Raisa when she saw that she had missed a call from Cecilia.

"Shit!"

She called her back and Cecilia sounded frantic.

"Someone broke my great grandma's mask!"

"What?"

"Yeah...I'm at school and I'm looking at it...how could they?" Cecilia sobbed on the phone.

"Cecilia, take the bus 15 and get down to Grandfield stop, I'll be there waiting for you, bring the mask." Thea said serious and Cecilia nodded saying how she'll be over in half an hour.

Thea grabbed the lunch tray and rushed to Oliver's room where they ate watching a movie.

Cecilia called her five minutes before the half an hour mark and Thea excused herself as she rushed to get her friend.

It was 6 pm and they sat in her room looking at an African mask broke in half...

"Do you know the material it's made of?" Thea asked as she was ready to type on Google.

Cecilia walked to Thea's laptop and with cold trembling hands wrote the material.

"Oh! Just hot glue?" Thea asked surprised and reached to her drawer and pulled her glue gun.

Thea cleverly put some white eye shadow to give the blue color that would match the mask and instructed Cecilia to hold the pieces together steadily.

Thea had left her door open and Oliver had managed to get up and start walking when he passed by his sister's room and saw her.

He was impressed by how mature she seemed to be.

"Okay, now we put those books together to keep the two pieces pressed up against each other and we wait for it to cool off. See? It looks brand new! Do you want me to do your makeup for the exhibition? You have the clothes with you right?" Thea asked Cecilia with a satisfied smile and didn't notice how Cecelia's lips trembled and she started to cry and she hugged Thea thanking her.

"It's okay! No harm done! Cecilia, breathe!" Thea instructed the girl and Oliver watched her guide the other girl to her bed as she hyperventilated.

"I....eh....I....eh....I thought....I thought I destroyed it!" Cecilia breathed out every words as tears streamed on her face.

"No, you didn't! You didn't break it! Some little shits did...and I can guess names...first being Angela and Byron and then Samantha and Trevor...how did I became friends with them...beats me!" Thea said in a soft tone only in the end she was furious.

"Why? Why would they do that to me?"

"Because they are idiots? They don't appreciate art...and they are racists! Oh! How many times I had to keep myself from punching Trevor...do you remember my boyfriend Roy? Roy has a little kid he's been trying to protect from gangs and one day Roy waited for me outside the school with the kid, Omar, and the nasty words Trevor yelled at him were...agh! I don't want to even recall them! People like that exist unfortunately don't give them power by paying attention to them, ignore them!" Thea advised her friend as she wiped her tears with a tissue and then gave her some water.

"Thanks...you are very kind." Cecilia said smiling.

"It's about time I changed...I was such a brat the past couple of years. I'm an adult now time to act like it. So, makeup?" Thea said smiling and Cecilia laughed and nodded her head excited.

Oliver looked astonished and then decided to leave the girls alone since he grew tired standing up and started to walk to his room wonder when did Thea change?

Thea and Cecilia spent an hour doing their makeup and dressing up then they took pictures and smiled as they posted them on Instagram and Snapchat. Then they rushed to the Youth Center with a cab instead of bus because they had to wait for an hour for the next one.

They arrived just in 8 pm and they rushed there Cecilia saw her older brother Scott who finished setting up.

"Um...Scott?" Cecilia asked confused.

"Thea texted me that you wouldn't make it in time and that I should set up and I did. Good luck, sissy! You are going to enlighten them!" Scott said giving a small kiss to his sister and high fiving with Thea who smiled at Cecilia shocked face.

Cecilia launched at her and hugged her tight.

"Thank you! Thank you!" She whispered as she tried not to cry and ruin the makeup. Thea laughed and hugged her back.

That was the sight that welcomed Moira once she stepped inside the Youth Center.

"Thea?" Moira asked pleasantly surprised.

"Hey, mum! This is Cecilia Stephan and the girl who is responsible for the African part of the exhibition! And her older brother Scott Stehpan!" Thea said excited and Moira smiled as she shook the hand of the girl and then the girl's brother's hand.

Then Thea's phone rang and she excused herself, it was Laurel.

"Hey, girl! How's the book tour going?" Thea asked excited and Laurel greeted her.

"It's going great! I just wanted to let you know that Connor decided to confront Oliver sometime next week, be ready to win an Emmy award! You have to pretend you had no fucking idea that he was alive." Laurel spoke loudly because the noise from her end was deafening!

"Okay, got it! So, when will you return?" She asked Laurel who sighed;

"I don't know I was just told that they added two more states to my tour and that during the summer I would be obligated to have a European tour too." Laurel said sounding tired yet happy.

"Oh okay! I hope you have fun!" Thea said smiling truly excited for her friend.

"How is school going?" Laurel asked her as she walked to a quieter place.

"It's going great. Look, Laurel, I'm in the middle of something, I'll text you once I'm free, okay?" Thea asked anxiously as she saw Cecilia and her mum coming her way.

"Oh! I understand! Have fun and I'll FaceTime you later." Laurel said with a happy tone and blew her a kiss. Thea blew a kiss too and then hang up just in time Moira and Cecilia walked to her.

"I'm about to get on stage, wish me luck, Thea!" Cecilia said nervously and excited all at once as she rocked back and forth on her feet heels and clapped her hands. Thea put her hands on Cecilia's arms and stopped her from moving and with a knowing look made Cecilia started breathing exercises.

Moira watched for the nth time in awe of her daughter's change in attitude in 24 hours!

The exhibit was amazing and everyone had fun. Thea was so proud of her friend Cecilia and her mum, Moira, got to see a different side of Thea she had no idea about.

By the end of the event, Thea was buzzing with excitement when she rushed to Cecilia and engulfed her in a big hug!

"You did it! You were amazing!" Thea exclaimed proudly and Cecilia had a very big smile and she was sweaty from all the lights.

"Thank you for helping me and for being here for me!" Cecilia said as her voice cracked and she started to cry from happiness and Thea hugged her tighter.

"It's okay! I'll always be here, I promise!" Thea whispered truthfully and she prayed hard that her promise isn't proven false.

Just as Moira and Thea were in the car back home when she received a text from Connor saying he was in town. Thea buzzed with excitement when she arrived at home she rushed upstairs and then sneaked out.

She arrived at Verdant and started to act as if she didn't know and she only got as far as the slap when Connor told her that he and Oliver had sort things out.

It was hilarious but Thea was so much relieved that the two of them seemed to have figured some sort of civil way of communicating.

Once they decided to do something but then they remembered that if anyone in Starling City saw Connor then Malcolm might figure out what is going on and that is something Connor DOESN'T want or NEED at the moment.

So, they end up ordering Big Belly Burger and Sara to sneak them some whiskey and tequila with lemonade and Coca-Cola for Oliver. Thea drank a little even though she was underage but she was in the presence of supervising adults so she thought she was okay and they didn't say anything. Connor slept in the Foundry along with Oliver and Thea and it was Thea's phone that woke her up, Moira was looking for them.

"We got to go!" Thea exclaimed as she nudged Oliver awake and Connor woke up too by the noise.

"Oh! Alright...is Mrs. Queen looking for both of you?" Connor asked still half asleep.

"Yes! And I have an essay to finish and Cecilia and I are going out for lunch and I have to have a bath and do my hair and tidy my room and find what to wear....oh god Ollie wake up! Jeez!" Thea rambled as she shook her brother trying not to hurt him much because he was still healing.

Oliver was up after four shakes and slowly they got dressed and started to drive home.

Moira wasn't happy, she was waiting for them at the entrance of Queen Manor.

"Where were you two? I've been worried sick...wait were you two asleep? Where?" Moira started to rambling and scolding them.

"Mum! Thea came to visit me at Verdant and we got talking and we fell asleep in my office." Oliver easily lied as he shifted a yawn and then Thea yawned too seeing her brother yawn and punched him lightly in the shoulder.

All the yawning caused Moira to yawn too which made her shake her head and the trio head to their beds again.

As Thea put her phone to charge she saw a text from Connor;

"I know that Laurel told I would come next week but I couldn't wait that long, I feared I would chicken out and I was happy I didn't. Sleep tight! If you have any free time the day after tomorrow, let's hang out! I leave on Wednesday. 3 :* "

Thea shook her head with a small smile and shot an okay to Connor and good night I love you text to Roy before she headed back to bed.

At 1 pm she was shaken out of a hazy dream by Moira who seemed to be laughing.

"Hey, mum what's up?" Thea asked confused and still asleep in a way.

"Oh! Nothing you were sleep talking, you had said you wanted a red turtle for your birthday." Moira said laughing and Thea laughed too as she scratched her head.

"Oh! Yeah! I dreamt I was at the zoo and the animals had my teachers' faces...weird dream..." Thea said remembering the last seconds of it which caused Moira to burst out laughing even more.

"Oh! Honey! Thanks for making laugh! Come downstairs for a late breakfast, today it seems all of us slept in." Moira said between her laughter and Thea smiled happily.

The two Queen women walked downstairs where Oliver was waiting for them to start eating breakfast. The family ate in silence while Moira marveled at her children while her children smiled to her and secretly to one another.

On the other side of the town, Connor was dialing Felicity's number and suddenly his call was transferred to FaceTime and the two faces he cared for the most appeared on his screen and he smiled at his wife and son.

"So, how did it go?" Felicity asked her beloved husband and Connor smiled happily as he started to tell them about his day.

So? Did you like it? Do you like how Connor and Oliver reconnected? What about the surprise meetup with Sara and Connor? What about the quality time between Moira and Thea? What about Thea's attitude change and "fake shocked" reaction to Connor being alive? What about Thea's new friend?

I can't wait to read your reviews/comments! I hope I see them of course...
