With blazing white chakra, Kiryu charged at the phantom Jinchuriki in his new Legend Style. Clenching his hand into a fist, he threw the first punch, hitting one of the Phantoms who, touched by the Dragon's chakra, began to feel their own chakra reserves be nibbled at, as the blaze stayed burning on their flesh.

There was but a slight pause, before the Jinchuriki began aiming for the biggest threat.

Blocking a hit, Kiryu took both his fist and slammed them against their head. With their head sandwiched between his hands, Kiryu pulled them down, straight into his knee that flipped them over.

The red chakra Jinchuriki, rushed up to Kiryu, swinging his armd wildly.

Taking a few hits, Kiryu flexed his body to take the rest.

Catching their arms, Kiryu tugged them downwards, dislocating them. With a heavy palm swing, Kiryu spun them around so he could grab them by the back of the head and toss them into their fellow phantoms.

Slithering from his back to his right arm was his Dragon Tattoo. Creating a Rasengan, it bled black before he shoved it forward, allowing a Chakra dragon to carry it to his opponents.

Kiryu: "Ryu-Rasengan"!!!

(KABOOOOOOOOOOOOM)

(Elsewhere....)

Itachi chased Majima out of the village. Kabuto was not far behind.

Majima stopped running once he deemed that he was far enough away from the village. In an open field, Itachi and Majima faced each other yet again in a surprising turn of fate.

Itachi: I must warn you. This body can both regenerate and use an endless amount of chakra.

Majima; Oooh! Scary...

Itachi: I need you to preform a jutsu.

Majima: Hm?

(Meanwhile....)

Sakura: "Double Danganchi"!!!

(SMASH)²

Burying her Akatsuki opponents into the dirt, Sakura calmed her breathing as she believed she had succeeded in defeating them.

Sakura the medical master raised her hands to wipe away sweat, only to find an odd white substance on her gloves. Without hesitation she flicked the substance off her hands, believing it was some of Deidara's explosion clay. Running up to him, she kicks the blond bastard away.

A few moments passed and Sakura turned back to the white substance she shook off. It still hadn't exploded and it moved.

Sakura: What is this thing...?

Turning to the shark man, she pulls him out of the ditch she made with his body, and opens his coat to find more of the substance.

Sakura:(mind) Whatever it is... Is organic... But how is it still moving?

Sakura: Hmm... Hiya!

(Squash)

(Elsewhere)

Tobi: Hm?

His right hand went stiff, leaving him open to a combined attack from Itachi and Guy. However, with the use of his secret power, the attacks went right through.

Tobi: It's useless! You'll never be able to defeat me.

Kakashi:....

Kiryu: "Ryu-Rasengan-Saber"!!

With a dragon blade of chakra, Kiryu landed in front of Tobi, unleashing a flurry of swings trying to strike the Akatsuki, yet all the attacks like the rest pased through him.

Kakashi however noticed Tobi backing away. Using his Sharingan's Mangekyo power, Kakashi attempts to suck in Tobi. Yugito and B arrived with a fusion beast bomb that Kiryu swatted towards Tobi.

Phasing through all the attacks, the beast bomb was sucked into Kakashi's power.

Tobi:!?

Suddenly, Tobi's body went flying.

Everyone:!?

Guy: What was that? Did we hit him?

Kakashi: I don't know how, that damage could only be done by that beast bomb... But I sent it away...

Kakashi: So how would it harm him...?

Kakashi:...

Kakashi:?!

Tobi landed against the side of the Gedo statue. Smoke came from his face as his mask was damaged and an arm was missing.

A white substance then dripped out from his sleeve, creating a new arm for him. Tobi glared at Kakashi who saw his Sharingan eye.

Kakashi: It couldn't be...

Kiryu: Hm? What's wrong?

Yugito: Don't get distracted! Keep up the pressure!

B and Yugito prepared new beast bombs and rushed towards Tobi, who in his frustration ripped off the rest of his mask to reveal his other eye was one of the Rinnegan.

Tobi: "All Mighty Pull"!

Pulling the two Jinchuriki closer, they were pinned against the statue. Their beast bombs along with their chakra were getting drained into the Gedo statue.

Kiryu quickly creates chakra arms to grab his Jinchuriki siblings and pull them away. But by the time he managed to do so, they were already drained of most of their chakra.

The Gedo's statues stone like texture slowly gaind color of living flesh.

Kakashi: Obito!!

Tobi:....

Tobi:(smirks) Obito is dead. There's only Tobi. And thanks to the child of Six paths...

Tobi: And the three of you...

Tobi: The tenth beast shall awaken!

(Elsewhere....)

Majima was on the ground coughing as his brother Itachi stood over him. Kabuto catching up approached the brothers. Majima stands up, and as soon as Kabuto gets in ranged the brothers simultaneously kick Kabuto, launching him back.

(Crash)

Kabuto: Urk!?

Kabuto: Itachi... How did you attack me?

Itachi: I knew I'd eventually be resurrected.

A crow with a dead Sharingan eye lands on his shoulder.

Itachi: So I planned accordingly to free myself.

Majima: By stuffing a bird down my throat... Jeez, I thought that was a Genjutsu!

Itachi: Would you rather fight an immortal and infinite chakra version of me?

Majima: When you put it like that... Kinda!

Kabuto: Tch!

Majima:(wicked grin) Oi, what are you getting all pissy about?

Itachi: Undo the jutsu Kabuto. Or we shall make you.

Kabuto;(smirks) Not so fast... I still have a few cards to play before I dare dirty my hands against you two!

Clasping his hands together, Kabuto creates a handsign.

Kabuto: There's still an Uchiha in my arsenal I've prepared and saved for when the Shinobi Alliance gained a gilmer of hope.

Kabuto: But why wait! Everyone wants this to end!

A coffin rises.

Majima: An Uchiha? Kinda would have thought maybe our hole clan would make a bigger threat...

Majima: But one? Who is it? Our dad? Our mom?

Itachi: Majima, we're in danger if it's who I believe it to be...

(Shatter)

The coffin explodes, revealing a long black haired man in red armor.

Kabuto: Majima and Itachi Uchiha... Meet one of your Clans greatest Shinobi and leader.
