3rd person POV:

Sakura:(whispers) Hey brat! Where did you go?

Having entered the top floor of the building, Sakura searched for the child with a knife, Inari.

Unaware of what was transpiring elsewhere in the building.

As she looked, Sakura took notice of the large open space as she looked for Inari.

Sakura:(mind) Is this place an attic? It looks more like a dojo...

Weapons decorated the walls, as she walked further into the room.

Besides the window and small shrine for the master of the dojo to sit upon, there was nothing more to this room.

Seeing a partially open door, Sakura went through it, down a flight of stairs to see a hallway where she found Inari peeping through all the doors.

Sakura: Tch!

Sneaking up on him, Sakura covered his mouth and lifted him up.

Sakura:(whispers) Stupid brat, don't just go looking through every door just like that!

Sakura:(whispers) You'd get yourself killed-

(Crash)

In the distance, there could be heard the familiar sounds of violence.

Kuze:(in the distance) Tch... All the more reason to put that brat in his place.

Sakura/Inari:!?

Sakura dragged Inari back to the dojo attic. But as she silently heard Kuze's heavy footsteps coming closer as she was only barely halfway to the window, Sakura leaped up.

Standing on the beams on the ceiling, holding a struggling Inari, Sakura prayed Kuze was going to leave as soon as he came.

Sakura:(mind) Oh man, this is bad... If that old man finds us, we're screwd!

Sakura:(mind) My best option is to book it. I have neither the skills nor strength to take him on like Kakashi and Kiryu!

Entering the room, Kuze took a few steps in and stopped exactly under where Sakura hid.

Sakura:(mind) Oh come on!

Kuze:(fixes glasses) We never leave the window open at night.

Kuze: So show yourself. I have a guest coming.

(Bite)

Sakura:!?

Biting her hand, Inari frees himself from her hold, leaping down with blade pointed down.

Inari: I will free my island from your reign of tyranny!

Kuze:!?

Sakura:(mind) Stupid brat!

Swiping his hand, Kuze caught Inari by the wrist swinging him to the side and into a grab to prevent him from stabbing him.

Kuzu:?

Inari:(struggling) Let me go!

Kuze:(mumbles) My boy...

Inari: Hm?

(WACK)

Landing with a kick to Kuze's head, Sakura forces Kuze to release Inari, who twists and swipes with his blade that Kuze left for him.

The blade only cut fabric as he fell and Sakura flipped in front of Kuze.

Sakura: "Fireball jutsu"!

Using the technique she learned when Majima was showing Kiryu the technique, Sakura blew a waft of flames into Kuze.

The flames were by no means powerful enough to do any real harm to Kuze. Sakura performed the jutsu for the first time after all.

It was meant to distract him as she landed over Inari, where he now layed between her feet.

Grabbing him, she made a B-line to the window.

Sakura:(mind) Make it, make it, make it!

Kuze: Tch...

Water seeped through the floorboards and grabbed Sakura, making her trip.

The only reason she was met with a soft water mattress was that she held Inari.

A wall of water then blocked the window.

Sitting on a block of water, Kuze began removing his burned shirt and jacket, revealing his tattoos.

Kuze: Give me the boy.

Sakura: No... Especially not after you just made yourself half-naked!

Kuze:(glares) I don't much care for beating up little girls, however, I'm not entirely against it.

Sakura:!

(CRASH)

Everyone turned to see Kiryu who had leaped through a door to enter the room.

Kiryu:...

Kuze: Ah... The brat... Tell me, did you have something to do with my boy being here?

Kiryu: What if I did?

Kuze: Heh... I'd definitely kill you now.

Kiryu: Then I did.

Kuze:... You little shit. Ya don't get it, do you?

Kuze: This time, I won't be holding back.

Kiryu: Good. Neither shall I this time.

(Swoosh)

Throwing off his top wear, Kiryu gets ready to fight.

Sakura: WHY DID YOU GET HALF NAKED TOO!?

Kiryu: Sakura... I'll hold him off. Go help Majima, he's downstairs.

Kiryu:(mumbles) No Child needs to see their parents get defeated.

Sakura:?

Kuze: Ya ain't taking him, not after going through all that trouble of bringing him.

Kiryu: You can have him after you kill me.

Kuze: Fair enough.

The two charged at one another, swinging their arms, their fists clashed.

Reeling their arms back, Kuze spun around to give himself more momentum for a roundhouse kick which Kiryu ducked under to sweep his legs out from under him.

Kuze hopped over the sweep and brought his fist down on Kiryu who headbutted the punch.

Kuze/Kiryu:(glares)

(Vs Kuze)

Forcing his fist back, Kiryu rolled back, before getting up on his feet to charge at Kuze.

Sakura took this opportunity to take Inari away. Doing so, Sakura saw Kiryu's tattoo.

Sakura:(mind) How did get such a tattoo while being so young? Wait, this isn't the time.

Sakura was not the only one who took notice of the Dragon Tattoo.

Kuze:...

With purple flames covering him, Kiryu bombarded Kuze with attacks he was prepared for.

Treating him as an opponent, Kiryu's rush style was no longer able to overwhelm him.

Dodging a punch, Kiryu swung his heel across Kuze's face, before allowing his fist to follow.

Taking the hits, Kuze then managed to catch Kiryu's third attack, opening him open for a punch to the stomach.

Kiryu: Tch...

Headbutting Kuze, Kiryu cracked his knuckles, allowing his flames to turn blue, before throwing heavier swings at Kuze.

But with his slower speed, Kuze was able to easily perform hand signs to cast a jutsu.

Kuze: "Water construct jutsu"!

(SPLASH)

Water burst out through the floorboards, which hid a pool of water.

In a shape of a fist, the water uppercutted Kiryu then gave him a strong haymaker across his entire body, slamming Kiryu into the wall of weapons.

Kiryu:(grunts)

Kuze: Oi, brat... Do you see these tattoos?

Kiryu:?

Kuze: Allow me to give you a small history lesson...

Kuze: Long ago... These great big monsters were put inside people, giving them great power.

Kuze: A side effect of that great power, those people were marked with their beasts.

Kuze: Now that was pretty cool to some people... So cool in fact, that people who were considered on par with those beast people...

Kuze; Jinchuriki they were called... Would get tattoos of their own.

Kuze: Ya see these tattoos should have told you, that you don't stand a chance.

Kuze: Now I don't know whether you're a Jinchuriki or just a punk with no respect.

Kuze: But you should understand that it doesn't matter.

Kiryu: You're absolutely right. It does not matter.

Kiryu: Now quit yapping and fight.

Burning with a rush, Kiryu raced towards Kuze, dodging the water that was thrown at him.

Swinging to his natural blue flame style, Kiryu grabbed Kuze by the hair, pulling him straight into his knee.

Pulling out some of Kuze's hair, Kiryu roundhouse kicked his enemy

Kiryu: "Dragon Tail Kick"!

Launching Kuze across the room, Kiryu returned the favor.

Kiryu: I don't care what you are, or how important you say you are.

Kiryu: What you're doing to this island... To your child... I find wrong.

Kiryu: So quite trying to demand my respect! It's never going to happen!

Kiryu rushed to Kuze, who grabbed a steel tonfa and wacked Kiryu who blocked with his forearm.

With a punch across the face, Kiryu struck Kuze who wacked him once more with the tonfa.

Both stopped carrying about blocking and dodging and simply began hitting each other as much as possible.

Eventually, Kiryu caught the tonfa with his teeth, pulling it out of Kuze's grasp, before thrusting it into his stomach.

Falling to his knees, Kuze looked up to see Kiryu golf club swing the tonfa into his face.

(WACK)

Curve stomping Kuze's face, Kiryu began walking away.

Kuze:...

Kiryu:...

Kuze: Damn brat...

Kiryu:?

Kuze: "Water prison jutsu"!

Using every drop of water, Kuze trapped Kiryu in a sphere of water which drowned and placed him under much pressure.

Kiryu:(gargling)

Kuze: Understand this... I WON'T LOSE TO A BRAT! NEVER!

(Several floors below...)

Sakura and Inari arrived at the lower floors to find Majima, shirtless and tired as many unconscious bodies surrounded him.

Sakura:(blushing) Oh my~

Majima: Hm? Sakura? Where's Kiryu-chan?

Sakura: He's fighting that old guy.

Majima: Ah... Well, let'em fight.

Majima: Ugh!

Sakura lets go of Inari to rush over to an exhausted Majima. Helping to sit somewhere, Sakura took the opportunity to get a feel for his body.

Sakura:(nose bleed) Hehe...

Majima: Sakura?

Sakura:(wipes nose) Guessing you're in no condition to help Kiryu...

Majima: Eh, he's got this.

Sakura: Are you sure?

Majima: He ain't worth his snuff if he can't beat him again.

Sakura:...

Majima:... Where's the kid?

Sakura: He's- That little!

Looking back, Inari rushed back to try and fight his father.

(Back with Kiryu and Kuze)

Kiryu:(blub, blub, blub)

Kuze: This is it. Enjoy your final moments while they last.

Kiryu:(mind) Hmm... This is bad. Eh, I can break out.

Throwing punches, Kiryu attempted to break out.

Kuze: Stupid brat, that'll never work!

Swinging more and more, Kiryu built up more heat, despite Kuze's efforts.

As Kiryu's heat built up, the water prison began to boil.

Kuze: Grrr!

Kiryu:(drowning)

Kiryu still needed air which was made worse by all his movements. Despite that, he continued.

"If I have to be imprisoned... Then you don't have the right to lose."

Kiryu:?

(Kiryu theme)

The Dragon on Kiryu's arm began to move as Kiryu continued to throw punches at the water prison.

It coiled around his right arm. Feeling it tighten, Kiryu threw a punch with that arm.

(BOOOOM)

The water prison was destroyed as a dragon made of chakra flew towards Kuze, phasing into him and coming out the other end with most of his chakra.

(Boom-boom-boom-boom)

The Dragon exploded like fireworks as the Dragon returned to Kiryu's back.

Kiryu/Kuze:(coughs blood)

Both Kiryu and Kuze coughed blood for different reasons.

Kiryu: That was rad...(coughs water and blood)... So rad.

Kuze: So you're a Jinchuriki... Guess it makes sense why we tied-

Looking up, he saw Kiryu standing over him.

Kuze: You're still standing?!

Kiryu: I will never fall to the likes of you. It would go against my ninja way.

Lifting Kuze up by the hair, Kiryu ended the battle with a punch to his face.

Inari then arrived, blade in hand.

Inari:(panting)... Time to end this.

He rushes towards Kuze, blade held high to strike him down.

Inari: HAAAAAAAA-

Kiryu grabbed him by the wrist, stopping him.

Inari: What are you doing!?

Kiryu: You can't kill him.

Inari: Why not? He's been terrorizing the island!

Kuze struggled to stand.

Kiryu: He's your father.

Inari: I know!

Kuze:!?

Inari: My mom told me long ago... But that doesn't mean I can just turn a blind eye to what he's done.

Inari: The people on the island barely got by when he wasn't here... He's made it worse.

Inari: I've seen his men hurt my friends... Bully their parents who were working on the bridge.

Inari: So I have to end it... It's my responsibility as his son!

Kiryu:... You don't have a responsibility to do anything.

Kiryu: Being someone's child doesn't mean you're responsible for what they do.

Inari: I have to do something!

Kiryu: Yes you do... You have to go home to your mother.

Inari:...

Kiryu: Show him true strength. And leave.

Releasing his wrist, Kiryu walked away.

Inari stared at Kuze, before swinging down the blade.

Kuze: GHA!

He chopped off Kuze's pinky.

Inari:... Goodbye...

Kuze:..... Brat!

Inari/Kiryu:?

Kuze: You may have beaten me... But now I cannot protect this island, I have no right... Until I rise back up and defeat you!

Kiryu:...

Kiryu walks away with Inari following.
