Chapter 3: the mysterious person

At Iruka's department

Iruka was lying on the bed with his arm behind head while thinking what Sandaime had talk to him before.

"Iruka I know you have the same situation like Naruto. Like you Naruto also did the pranks to get everyone's notice. He is always happy and cheerful but deep down he was broken and sadden. Therefore, I want you to help him whenever he need".

"How can I help him now, Sandaime sama?" Iruka whispers still think. Then a knock snaps him out of his train as he gets up and walks to the door. When he opens it, standing right there was a Chunin. "Iruka hurry up! Someone had stolen "the forbidden scroll" and Hokage summoned everyone emergency at the tower" the Chunin cried out as the both immediately started.

At the tower

All of the Ninja were standing at the tower and debating who stole. After a few minute, Sandaime comes out and instructs "Everyone we have to catch the Chunin Mizuki he is the one stole the scroll. Now find and bring him back, go" he rises his arm as the signal for them. 'Why you do this, Mizuki?' thinks Iruka as he looks for Mizuki.

At the forest near the Konoha's border

A silhouette was jumping on the brand tree one to one, it is Mizuki, he has two Fuma shuriken and a large scroll on his back. He was leading to the Rice village to give "the forbidden scroll" to Orochimaru. Suddenly, he jumps back when he feels something leading into him. He realizes they are Kunais, he turns around and sees Iruka right behind him. "Ah! What a surprise!! I thought you were at home to prepare the team list for the graduation students" Mizuki said unexpected Iruka found him out here.

"Stop right there. Now come with me back to the village and return the scroll to Hokage" Iruka demanded.

"Hm, so you know I stole it"

"Why would you do that? You know that scroll includes the dangerous techniques that can lead to the destruction of the world" Iruka yelled disbelief that his friend could do that.

"Are you stupid, Iruka? With this, I can become the strongest Ninja of the world. It is useless in the hand of the old man like Hokage. Aren't your parent killed by Kyubi, Iruka? Then joins with me, we can kill the demon for his sins" Mizuki suggested.

"Yes, I hate kyubi. I don't want any more than his death" Iruka answered as Mizuki's smile widen, but it disappeared at what Iruka said next "But Naruto isn't Kyubi, he is Uzumaki Naruto of Leaf village".

"*sigh* I thought you will go along with it and join with me, now I have no choice but kill you" Mizuki took out his Kunai and charged at Iruka.

The battle of the two Ninjas begins and the sound of weapon cries out when they collide. They exchange the blow and kick or throw Kunai and Shuriken to make the other injury. After a while, they start exhausted but Mizuki can still fight more, while Iruka breaths heavily and injuries a little bit.

'I have to defeat him quickly or I'll be disadvantaged if it takes any longer'

He sees a slit in Mizuki's fighting and immediately throws some Kunai at him. They hit with Mizuki looking back surprised but then a poof of smoke bombs out and right there was a log with Kunai on it. Iruka' eyes widen then he heard some thing big was cutting the wind and leaded to him. He turns around just to sees a Fuma Shuriken leading to him. Because it is too close, he can't dodge in time and be sent back hard at a tree behind.

Iruka cough out blood when his back collides at the tree as well as make the Fuma Shuriken crash into deeper and soak a big part of his Chunin vest in blood. His mind becomes pretty dizzy, he can still see but very blur.

Mizuki is standing a few feet with an ironic smile "If you joined with me in the beginning, it wouldn't come to this. But no, you denied it like that fucking demon".

"No, you are wrong Mizuki. Naruto is (cough) just a kid wannabe a Ninja, he is just the container of the Kyubi" Iruka negates as blood drooled from mouth.

"Until now you still say up for him, you are not different than the people love demon like stupid old man Sandaime. That demon had ruined the entire plan I have set up since I began teaching in his class. He denied my order with the stupid reason as incapable to become Ninja. Pft! Like he knows that I defaced his studying" stated with evil smile.

"W-What d-did you mean?" Iruka spluttered confused what he just heard.

"Well~, it's no harm to tell you. Beside, you are able to die" then Mizuki smiles from ear to ear, showing out his real demon personality, and continues speaking "Yes, I defaced his studying; I faked his test by the hard one; teaching him wrong Taijutsu; changing his education so he will be the Last dead. Recently, I changed the final test to Bunshin no jutsu which he is very weak at"

Iruka's face look was mixed with shock, sad, angry, and regret. 'I'm sorry, Naruto. If I knew what Mizuki had done, I would help you sooner and maybe you could graduate and become Ninja like you want' he cried with guilty.

"Well enough talking, go to die" Mizuki yelled throwing a plenty of Kunai at Iruka.

The Kunai flew straightly at Iruka but he didn't move to dodge it and just closed his eyes with the last regret 'I'm sorry, Naruto'.

He waited for death but he didn't feel anything hit him. He lowly opened one eye to see what happened. He jolted with both his eyes and mouth widen at what in front of him. A plenty of Kunai were stopping and floating far away from him 5 inch. Then he didn't know why but he felt exhausted and lost consciously.

"W-what!? Who's doing this?" Mizuki shouted angrily as he looked around try to find the interrupter's presence. While searching around, those floating Kunai suddenly began turning toward at Mizuki and shot directly. He noticed those Kunai were coming to him at the corner of his eyes and quickly jumped away to avoid it. "Ok, whoever you are? Get out here and fight me, don't hide like the feared chicken?" he shouted again and looked around panicking try to locate his new opponent.

He waited for the opponent's attack or any sign but reply to him was the forest's silence. After a while, he began to move but stopped when he felt something was grasping his right foot. Then he looked down and his eyebrows rose confusedly at some dark strange things was tying around his foot. Without thinking he bent down to grasp it but when he approached it, other dark one shot out from the ground and tied his left arm.

He gasped at the sudden attack and took kunai out to cut it, but it didn't work. When the kunai touched them, it just went through them like they weren't there. He tried again but just received the same result. He didn't notice that the scroll had already fallen out of his back during his chaotic. At the time flew by, more and more of them shot out and tied his body until he was wrapped in those. He tried bestirring out but cannot and later he was dragged into the deep forest.

After few second, in the center area began suddenly flashing in white silver light, when it faded, someone was standing right there. The person is wearing the white cloak with the hood put over to cover his/her indentify; the hood is large that completely hides the indentify from the other; the sleeves are very long that touch to the ground; the cloak have some blue feathers styled on it and the back has a kanji "Heaven" is embroidered in golden letter.

The person begins approaching to Iruka and stands few feet away from him then raising a hand up and touching the weapon which still pins into Iruka. When it is touched, the large Shuriken starts shattering into little sparkle. Later the stranger whispered in an unknown language and suddenly a shinning circle appeared out of air between the two. Iruka suddenly started shinning little and when it faded, all of his injuries from the fight before had completely healed.

After seeing Iruka's fully recovered, the stranger stepped ahead but stopped when a man's cry of fear echoes through the forest. The sudden scream made those living nearby fly and run away chaotically. The stranger turned to the sound came from and shook the head tiredly and continued coming to Iruka. When coming closely to Iruka, the stranger puts a finger on Iruka's forehead and whispers "Teleport" and in under a second the two disappear out off there don't leave any sign of it.

About the scroll, it is still on the ground but then those dark strange appears again and covers the scroll like a dome. Then it sinks to the ground and the scroll don't right there anymore.

In Hokage's secret office

Hiruzen is using the crystal ball to find Mizuki, but up to now he still does not see any sign of the traitor. He sighs and raises his head up rubbing eyes tiredly after so long time watching it. He opens eyes and jerks back when seeing a dark cloak man standing in front of him but before he can do anything he is not there anymore. He rubbed his eyes again and it is normal. "Maybe just an illusion" he spoke confused wondering why he imaged this out of nowhere.

He continues finding again but be surprised when seeing the forbidden scroll on his desk with a fabric bag and a letter beside it. He checks on the scroll and it really the forbidden scroll. He picks up the letter and reads it. It wrote "The price for those who sell the soul for evil. Sign Dark Hell" then opening the fabric bag and see a bunch of grey hair so he takes it out. It is the head of Mizuki and he can see the horrible fear on the face like he went through something cruel. More than half of the face is deformed due to being cruelly stabbed by something sharp; tongue was cut and eyes were hooked; the cut on the neck was burned to pretend blood dripping out.

'Who ever Dark Hell is, I have to find out if he/she is the enemy or the friend' as he looks out the window.

At Hokage Monument

Someone was standing between the second and third's head and watching the whole village. When suddenly speaking out "Did it really necessary to do it? Night? You don't need to kill him".

"Betrayer is betrayer, if you keep forgiving them every times then someday they will come back to kick your ass, Day" a demonic voice came from behind as someone rose from the ground. He is wearing the same cloak as Day but in black color and behind have the letter written by blood crimson "Hell".

Day turned around to face him and sighed tiredly "You maybe right, Night. I don't know why they still keep their hatred toward him even after those years of abusing, tutoring and ignoring him. If only he tells out his real identity, it'll never become to this".

"You and I all know that if he tells out the trust, the entire plan will be ruin. Beside from now on he has made up his mind. If they still want to harm him, they must think again who the boss really here".

"Do you think they will accuse him connected to stealing the sealed scroll".

"Knowing their stupid hatred, of course they will do everything to kill him, plus there were some people had seen him hanging out with Mizuki earlier so it's no doubt. They will use it to accuse him. But since he will act in his real form not the fake one, he'll not let it happen".

"Yeah, I can't wait to see him tutor and kill some idiot tomorrow. The civilians are becoming more arrogant lately, it's time to show where their position now ha ha ha" Day chuckled evilly.

'Sometimes you make me doubt if I really suit my title, Day' Night sweat dropped when seeing Day's action.

"We should go back to him now, he must be worried if he doesn't see us around" Night spoke out breaking Day' thought.

"Yeah! We should come back and tell him our great work to that weakling bastard of the creature".

'Yes, it totally is' Night's body slowly became darker form then shattering and fading away.

"Hey! Wait for me, Night!" Day mirrored Night's action and reduced into a small white glowing ball then popping out sparkles.

At Naruto's apartment

Naruto is sitting on the bed while reading a large brow book in his hands and there are multiple books lying around him. Suddenly he looks up and smiles playfully "That weakling of the species has died so soon, I still have some games to play with him. Now I have to find a new one to play with me. Gomenasai Hiruzen, I think you would get more paperwork to do in next two month because of my game".
