(Zephyrina:)

"No. No. No! No!!!" She screams. Tears running down hear eyes.

Her only love left, her lovely son. Dead right in front her eyes.

She let out a terrible wail. The only one a mother can do. When they have lost a child.

She fell to her knees. Tears falling from her face. The soldier elites could strike her down right then and there. She wouldn't care. Her only reason left to live was just killed. Damn the title, the empire, the fleet. Her only reason she had to keep on living was David. And now he's dead.

Slazer's snickering and laughing grabbed her attention.

"What a pathetic excuse of a Prince. To give his life to save a woman, a girl really, and worse a human nonetheless. Oh don't worry Prince. I won't kill her." He said as he kicks David's corpse and grabs Sora's hair. "I'll just continue to violate her for the rest of her life and put your corpse on display for all to see. 'The Prince who failed to save his Love'. A nice ring to it, don't you think?" He said as he lets go of her hair.

Zephyrina stood up and looked down. You couldn't see her face. But she screams at Slazer.

"Slazer!!!!"

He turns to the queen. "What?! You pathetic excuse of a queen. How your subject are even able to follow such a useless queen."

"You took the only reason I have left to live. Then you mess with his corpse and dishonor us both. I don't care anymore. I don't care if I die anymore. But if I am to die, I'M TAKING YOU WITH ME!!!!" She yells as she charges him. She will kill Slazer, whatever it takes. She will avenge her son's death, even if  it costs her her own.

(Theron:)

Theron was in the heart of the battle. He was killing enemy soldier Elites from left to right. This battle looks to be in their favor.

Then he hears the wail. The scream. He turns and sees the queen. She had fallen to her knees. He his head to see what she was looking and his bravado shattered. He saw the boy he watched over his whole life, the boy who he was friends his whole life, dead on the floor in front of Sora.

"Oh no." He said sadly.

He summoned his wings and flew in the air towards David's body. He slice his large sword to get Slazer to back away. Slazer chuckled as he dodged.

"Oh. You want to die too? You useless excuse of a Royal guard and protector. You let the one thing you were ordered to protect die."

"Slazer!!!" Zephyrina yelled. They both turned.

The door opens. More soldier elites rush in to fight the ESF elites.

"Damn it why reinforcement now?" He exclaimed.

"Theron!" The queen yelled.

"Yes?" He said sadly.

"You're authorized to you that form you kept hidden. We must avenge David. Kill them all!" She said before she spoken to Slazer.

"Yes. Ma'am." He said.

He looked at the body of his friend.

"I'm sorry my friend." He said with tears in his eyes. "I'm sorry I couldn't protect you. But I will avenge you."

He then stood and turn around to facing the slowly increasing soldier elites.

"They have done something unforgivable. They will all die! Prince Orion, no. Prince David will be AVENGED!!!" He yells.

Then he begins to change. He promised the queen to never use this form again unless she allows him too. For it's one of his few powerful form. He hasn't told anyone about it except the queen. For he is powerful in this form. Windrum isn't the only one who can turn to this form.

After a few minutes, he turned into a large dragon. He roared. Then he turned to the ESF elites.

"Get out of range!" He yelled in his dragon voice.

Then he blew fire. And some of the soldier elites were burning alive.

(Risa:)

"Boom!" An enemy ship exploded right next to the Prince. The explosion shook the bridge. She stumble but got back up.

"Damn. That was a hit." She said.

She then saw an enemy fighter firing at an Ally fighter. The ship got hit. It was about to explode. She could her the roar of the pilot as he steered the ship and drove it into the bridge of an enemy ship. The ship fell and crashed into another enemy ship, destroying both of them.

"That's courage." She said.

She turned towards Windrum and the Enemy reinforcements. Her heart sank as she saw the scene.

Windrum was fighting 2 large winged snakes. No way near as big but powerful. All the while, he was being assaulted by enemy cannon fire.

"Dammit! Windrum is in trouble!" She said.

But Windrum was skilled. He loosen his arm and threw one of the winged snakes away. With his free arm he grabbed the other snake and pulled it off his arm. Then he grabbed the same snake's head and pulled apart it's jaws, forcing them wide open. Then he opened his own mouth. A large ball of energy formed. It wasn't fire.

"Of course. He's about to use his plasma blast. A beam of energy that can be fired, even in space." She grinned.

He then leaned back and fired the beam into the snakes mouth. It went in and blew through hits head. Then the snake explode.

"That's one snake. One more to go Windrum." She cheered. The crew did as well.

The other snake was furious because it lashed out and stuck for Windrum's head. He knew it would, because as it thrust it's head forward, Windrum thrust his hand upward and caught it's head. With his other hand, he grabbed the midsection of the snake. He then blew the beam in a line. He then thrust his head down, the beam following. It made a sword like motion. The beam severed the head from its body. He jumped back as the snake exploded.

Risa cheered. "Great job. You killed the snakes."

Her joy was short lived. She saw how tired he was. And he was getting peppered by enemy cannons. He slashed through 3 ships with one swipe. But he continued to get hit by enemy cannons.

"He won't last long out there. We have to do something."

Then spotted Windrum's fighter. Then she had a plan.

"I have a plan. But first, can we override auto pilot of that fighter and remote pilot it?" She asked the crew.

"Yes ma'am. We can." One of crew members said.

"Good. Because we may need to fly it towards Windrum in order for my plan to work."

(Sora:)

Sora was weeping. The one that she loved. The one who gave his life for her, laid before her, lifeless. She blames herself. He died because of her. The tears never stopped falling.

The tears always do. For it always happens to her. She always lose the ones she loved. Her mother. Her Father. And now, she lost another one. She was tired of a pain. The lost.

She spoke solemnly and sadly. "I lost my mother. And my father. And now..." She choked, tears falling and falling more now. Then she continued. "...I lost David. I lost the man I loved."

She looked up to ceiling tears falling more now, forming streams down her face. "Why must I keep suffering? Why must I keep losing the ones I love? Why can I never be happy? Why?!!!" She lamented.

Then she fell over David's chest, sobbing. Crying out loud. Then she cried out to David's corpse.

"Please come back David. Please don't die. Please don't leave me! I love you David. I love you so much. Please don't leave me. I don't want live without you. I LOVE YOU!"

She then closed her eyes. Then she heard a voice. A deep voice. An ancient voice. She stopped weeping for a moment.

(Theron:)

Theron blew fire at the soldier elites. Some of them completely melted as others just burned to death.

"Burn!" He roared. He moved his head and the flames flew.

The he stopped. He scanned the carnage. There were still a lot more soldier elites. Some of them split apart to let one Soldier elite through and stood before him. He looked like a regular soldier elite. Until he changed. He became bigger, stronger. Then he turned into a snake. The snake hissed when he roared. The snake struck first with lightning fast speed. He dodged it's strike. And lashed out with his claws and knocked the snake aside. The snake struck again, only to be smacked aside into a pillar, smashing it into pieces. The snake recoiled and hissed.

"You're annoying me. Time to end this." He said, roaring in return.

The snake struck again, jaws wide open. He didn't dodge. He caught the jaws and struggled to keep then from coming closer. The snake's body wrapped around him. He summon the flames. With a huge deep breath, he blew flames inside the Snake. It wasn't just killing the snake. It was cooking the snake from the inside. After a few moments, he stopped breathing fire. The snake's head was lifeless in his hands. He tossed it aside. He watched on as the Soldier elites were still fighting the ESF Elites.

He hearing loud crying. He turned his head and saw that Sora was crying over David's body. He closed his dragon eyes.

"I know Sora, I know." He said with a low voice.

He then turns around charges into more of  soldier elites.

(Risa:)

"Do we have control of the fighter ship?" She asked the crew members.

One of them turned around and answered. "Yes ma'am. Ready move the ship on your orders."

"Good. Fly the ship toward Windrum's head. And dodge those cannon fire. As you do that, I'll contact the Anger."

"Yes ma'am." The crew member said. Then he grab a joystick next to a monitor. It was the showing what the forward camera's of the fighter are seeing. But also showed the cameras that are over the ship. It was installed in case if a crew member of a ship had to remote control the fighter in
Case if the pilot was unconscious or if there was no pilot.

And so, the crew member controlled the fighter and flew it towards Windrum's head. Meanwhile, Risa contacted the battleship David's Anger.

"Captain of the Anger, this is Risa of the Majestic Prince. Do you read me?" She asked over the comms.

He replied. "Yes, Risa, we read."

"Is the Dematerializer Cannon ready to fire?" She asked.

"Yes. But we can't use it. The Ally ships are mixed in with enemy ships. If we fire the cannon, they will be wiped as well."

"It's not for them. You're target is the enemy reinforcement fleet."

"Are you crazy?! General Windrum is fighting at the moment. If we fire at the reinforcements, he'll be killed as well." He exclaimed.

"We have a plan to get him out of the way. We're using his on fighters as an escape route for him. Will you guys be ready?"

"That'll work. Just give us 3 minutes to get into range. Then we'll send the fire when ready signal."

"Very well." She said.

She closed comms.

"Hopefully my plan will work."

(Zephyrina:)

Zephyrina and Slazer crossed blades. She fought with reckless abandon. She fought as though she has nothing to lose. In a way, she did. She lost everything the moment David/Orion died. She lost her son, her only family left. She didn't care if she died. Actually, she'll be happy to die. She just wanted to be with her family now. Her husband. Her son. But first, she'll kill the bastard that took her son away from her.

She did a wide swipe horizontally with her sword. Slazer barely dodged it. The tip tore through his armor and flesh. His armor looked like the number 7. Then she leaped forward and stabbed him in the shoulder. He grunted in pain. He sliced his sword at her neck but she jumped back.

He sneered. "You're good. But you'll probably want to join him. You miss him. Your pathetic son. I can help you. I can help you reunite with your pathetic son and loser husband."

It wasn't a clever taunt, but because of her and and grief, she fell for it. She growled and and thrust her blade at his heart. He did a upper side swipe and his sword knocked hers aside and he roundhouse kicked her into a pillar. Crushing into it.

She got up and stumbled. She fell to one knee and clutched her sword.

Slazer decided to end it with one more taunt.

"Foolish Queen. You'll never defeat me. You'll never avenge your son. You're a failure!"

She lost it. While yelling, she ran and did diagonal slash that she was gonna follow with a kick to the head. He smiled. He blocked her slash with his sword and blocked her kick with his arm. He the flipped his arm around and grabbed her leg and swung her body and hurled her towards his throne.

She smashed into it hard. Her vision is blurry. Then she felt a greeved foot on her chest and a sword at her throat.

"You've lost my Queen. You will join your husband and son in death soon. But first, I'll acquire the Jewel and become the Dragon King and usher in a reign of terror. Then I'll violate you and your son's lover. Heh heh heh."

"You bastard. You don't have the balls to kill me. You don't have the balls to kill a woman." She growled.

His grin turned into a sneer.

"If you want to die so much, I'll gladly obliged. Say hi to your son and husband for me!"

Then he lifts his sword and prepares to do a horizontal slash on her throat.

"So this is how I die. Orion. David. I'm sorry I couldn't avenge you. I'll be joining you soon." She thought.

Then she closed her eyes. But he didn't kill her. She opened her eyes to see why he didn't kill her. She saw that he was looking in Sora's direction. She turned her head. Her eyes widened as she saw it. A bright light.

"What is that?"

(Sora:)

Sora heard a voice. Clear as day. It was ancient, but powerful. It spoke to her.

"I hear you child. I know." The voice said.

She looked around. "Where's that voice coming from?"

"Look down." It said

She looked down. She was looking at David's body.

"David is that you?" She asked, hoping it is.

"No. I'm not David. Though, I am inside him. I'm sorry to say this, but he is dead."

"Oh." She said. She closed her eyes and tears began to flow.

"Don't fret, child. It was meant to be this way."

"What do you mean? He's dead." She said solemnly. More tears fell.

"Yes. But that was the test. He sacrificed his life to save you. His undying love for you has made himself worthy of the Jewel. He's now worthy of becoming the Dragon King."

"He did sacrifice himself to save me. I love him for it. I just wish he didn't have to die for me. Wait. He's now worthy of being the Dragon King? Because he gave his life for me? Wait. Who or what are you?" She asked.

"Yes. He became worthy because he was willing to give his life if it meant that he could save you. His love for you is so overpowering. As for who I am, I'm the spirit of Draconos. The spirit that rest inside the Jewel of Draconos."

"That's you?" She asked.

"Yes. Now, for the Jewel to awaken and he becomes the Dragon King, there's one more thing that is required."

"What is it?" She asked.

"You."

"Me? Why?"

"Because he has chosen you. The moment he laid his eyes on you, he fell for you. And he loves. But it's more than that. The original Dragon King designed the Jewel to allow the one it chooses to become Dragon King to find someone they really care about. Then the test is given. If they sacrifice themselves to save the one they love, then the Jewel will give the one they love the power to awaken them."

"Okay. I can't believed he chosen me. David." She said

"Now. I do have ask this. Sora White, do you want to save him and become his queen? Remember this. We you accepted the Jewel's power, you will transform. You will no longer be human. Knowing this, do you accept?"

She said with a kind and serious tone.

"I'm willing to give up my life for him. If me changing means he can be revived, then yes I will. For I love him with all my heart. A heart he already has."

"Very well. Place your hand directly above his heart. The Jewel will channel it's power into you."

She places her hand over his heart. Then under his hand, a blue glow formed under her hand. Then it went up her arm and went throughout her body. She was fully covered in a glowing blue hue.

"Now what?" He asked.

"Seal the pact by kissing him. The energy now in you will flow though him. Then you and he will begin glowing. After that, you 2 will began changing as the glow grows brighter. Then, it'll awaken and he will be reborn as the Dragon King. My task is done. Good luck, Lady Sora."

She leaned forward and grasped his head in her hands. Then she kisses him. She closes her eyes.

Then the glow appeared. Everyone in the throne room stopped fighting to see what was causing the glow. The Soldier's elites, the ESF Elites, Theron, Slazer and Zephyrina looked on at the glow.

In the glow, Sora continued to keep her eyes closed and continued to keep her lips to his. Then the stir. A jolt.

Then, David opened his eyes.
