"Today's competition is very simple mages! What we call this game is Hidden. The game is one of your teammates will be teleported throughout the city with clones lurking around. To gain a point you must attack another mage that isn't a part of your team, but to lose points is if you are attacked and hit by an opponent, or if you attack a clone. Whoever has the most points, will be the winner of today's game, and then we will move to today's battle shortly after Hidden is complete!" I sighed as I pushed the strands of my hair away from my face. It seems already a second ago we were in the Arena being cheered on how Fairy Tail was the first to make it, but soon Gray and Juvia will be teleported somewhere in the city, away from each other. I hope she realizes this isn't a team match because two of us Fairies are playing, especially since it's Gray. I giggled to myself when I felt strong arms curling around me, a chin placing itself on my shoulder.

"Care to explain how you did that stunt now?" Natsu purred never taking his hold away. I tapped my fingernails against the hard, stone surface. "Did you know I can actually stop time? Unbelievable when you have powers of the Dark One." Natsu sarcastically laughed. "Ha, ha. So what did you just stop time and trade places with Levy?"

I nodded. "Yep. That's how it basically went. To everyone in this stadium, it felt as if nothing happened, but I stopped time for a while." I stopped my tapping when I turned towards him. His onyx eyes were shining with stars in his irises. "Okay then, was it you I smelled in the Maze? Where you the one that led the team to being first?" A blush flourished over my cheeks. I glanced away while biting my lower lip. "You were able to smell my scent? Is that how you were able to make first place?" I whispered feeling his hold tightened. Natsu was about to talk when Gwen popped up right next to me. "Heya Cub!" She announced pulling my attention to her. "Hey Gwen."

"Ahem," Natsu's hold was gone when the next thing I saw was him towering over Gwen. "What did we say about her getting here on time? Do you really want to die that badly?" Red glowing eyes that were scarier than Erza's showed themselves through Natsu's locks that covered his face. A red aura surrounded him as if it were his flames. Gwen, who ducked for cover behind me, put her hands up in surrender! "Hey pal, it's not my fault we were late! It's your girlfriend that got cold feet on the night before!" My blushing grew even more, but this time because of embarrassment. "Did you really have to say that?" I questioned when Natsu shyly smiled at me. "Hey, I wouldn't blame you, Lucy. You finally got your emotions back, you got yourself back."

"Natsu..." I whispered, then heard the deafening sound of the referee. "Before we begin, I would like to introduce our three commenters! Of course you know our man Chapati Lola! Our amazing commenter that spices the Magic Games! And, his guest speaker who we all know as Yajima! And finally, our new Council Member that was ranked number one when Rafael was demoted, let me introduce you to the man of the hour, Daniel StormCloud!"

My eyes snapped to the box on top of the stadium, three men sat all having glowing lacrimas around them as a mic. There was Chapati with his black hair in a bowl cut, his face too small for his head. Yajima sat with his silted eyes staring forward as he waved to the crowd. For a man to be old he still had some silver hair left on his scalp. Finally, I landed to my most wanted attention. Daniel must have been in his early twenties because he could be my older brother by two years. He had dirty blonde hair that reminded me of Gray's hairstyle, as his eyes were dark as black ink. Daniel stood from his chair, not doing anything else but staring in the crowds of thousand. That is until we both caught ourselves in a staredown. At first, he looked surprised to see me, but then he smiled warmly, sitting back down in his chair without breaking eye contact.

Cold shivers tingled down my back. I broke our moment looking back down the arena floor. Who is he...why did I feel a sudden connection from him? His black eyes never tore away from me, it was like he also felt the same connection as well. "Yo Luce!" Natsu broke my trance when I returned my attention to him. "It's about to start! Let's watch the big screen!"

The opponents who were playing the game all stood in the center of the arena, waiting to be teleported throughout the city. "Now don't forget Ka-boo, if we find a cheater your team will be disqualified. You have one hour mages! LET THE GAME, BEGIN!" All the Wizards glowed with a white color aura, then were shot up to the sky like a laser, moving in a different direction for everyone. I leaned on the balcony again watching the big screen in the center of the stadium.

Juvia

"My Gray-sama, oh Juvia hopes he'll be alright by himself. If anything ever happened to him, Juvia will bring a flood to the person who lays a finger on my Gray-sama!" Juvia trotted around the brick road Juvia was teleported to. Though Juvia knew Juvia was supposed to be helping her team gain points for her teammates, Juvia couldn't help but think of her love! "Ohhh, Gray-sama..." Heart eyes showed itself as Juvia imagined Gray holding her in his arms. "Oh, Juvia. I've been so foolish this entire time. Please, take me to be yours..."

"Juvia will make you the happiest man alive Gray-sama. Please, kiss Juvia so we will forever be bonded by the power of Love!" The daydream made Juvia beam with happiness! "To make Gray-sama proud, Juvia will gain all the points in this game!" Juvia put her hand over her heart! "For my Gray-sama!"

"Ladies and Gentlemen! We have the results for today's game! In first place is Sabertooth with a total of 24 points! Second place is Fairy Tail A and also B with 22 points. Lamia Scale in third with 19, Raven Tail in 18, Blue Pegasus having 16 points. Mermaid Heel holding 11 points, and finally Twilight Ogre only having 9 points."

A long game finally over with. Gray and Juvia fought so hard and only made second. At least they found each other during the game, and of course, teamed up because Juvia wouldn't leave Gray's side. I sighed at those two when they came walking back to us from the entrance. Juvia was crying to death while only Gray scratched his head. "She keeps apologizing for not making first. Saying she failed me and all that stuff."

"Juvia you did amazing!" Levy complimented, but Juvia kept sobbing. "Juvia swore she would help Gray-sama make first, and Juvia failed him! Take Juvia away!" Mavis smiled, patting her blue hair. "You fought hard and willingly. With your power and heart you are first place in our eyes, especially to Gray." Juvia turned to Gray who was leaning on the wall, of course shirtless. "Is First Master saying the truth Gray-sama? Is Gray-sama proud of Juvia?" Gray sighed but nodded with a grin. "That was a tough game, and you did better than I ever could."

Juvia jumped back up from the ground with heart eyes! "Gray-sama you have given life back to Juvia! Juvia thanks you greatly Gray-sama!" I awed as she hugged Gray tightly. Gwen just turned her head to the side with a smile. "Talk about true love huh?" I shrugged at her comment. "True love can be different for every couple. Let's just see if he'll ever admit his feelings."

Gwen was about to reply until Chapati spoke through the lacrima. "What an amazing performance ladies and gents! And now, the moment you've all been waiting for, the battle between Fairy Tail and Raven Tail! And our opponents today are Flare Corona and Lucy Heartfilia!" Instead of cheers and clapping, there was an audible gasp throughout the entire stadium. "And do not worry about your safety, citizens." Daniel spoke with a calm, gentle tone. His voice made my blood go cold. For some reason, I had to run far away from him. I had to hide my very existence before he sensed my presence, but that was too late. "Another reason why I am here is to not only watch the Games but to also make sure Lucy Heartfilia doesn't go berserk. We wouldn't want that would we?" My eyes stared into his soul, be he complied by turning to me as if that question was aimed directly at me. His soft smile was still showing. "Please, don't be alarmed Crocus,  I'm sure she has learned her lesson. Why instead of being afraid, is give her and Flare Corona a round of applause for being today's match!"

A moment later everyone was on their feet clapping and whooping. They were going crazy like they just found out who was going to win the Magic Games. Gwen found her way on my left side. "Take this with you," she put something in my hand. "it's your eye cover. I want you to wear it when you go out there okay?" I held the cloth tightly around my hand. "Still training?"

"That's your excuse if anyone asks." I really knew why she wanted me to wear the eye cover, it was to make sure no one could see my eyes. I am better at controlling my powers and emotions, but there are moments I 'lose my temper' from what Gwen told me. So, to be on the safe side, I'll use the Sight and fight without using my eyes. Before I was about to jump over the balcony, I felt Natsu's hand grab my arm gently. I turned, his eyes worryingly looking into mine. "Are you sure about this?" He questioned. I nodded, blowing him a kiss to catch. "If anything happens, Gwen will know what to do. Trust her Natsu, she knows more than you think."

I took a leap and flew off the balcony, my wings spurting out of my back. Flare was already standing on one side of the Arena, so I stood on the other side keeping myself in the air. I held the cloth with my two hands staring at the white, delicate fabric. A moment later I put it over my eyes, sealing away the world from sight. "What's this?!" Chapati announced. "It seems Lucy Heartfilia is blindfolding her eyes! If she does that then this battle may end quickly for her." I blinked under the cloth, seeing the silhouettes of the area around me. With my magic coursing through me I wasn't worried about the white silhouettes disappearing on me. "Blondie's gonna make this easy for me?" Flare snickered with her twisted body movements. I levitated back to ground level, making my wings vanish. "Don't think I'll be easy just because I can't see you." I took Loke's key out and held it in my left hand, and waited to make my Goddess Sword to appear in my right. "Trust me Blondie, I know you won't be easy."

"KA-BOO!! Are you ready Ladies?" I inhaled and exhaled. This time, I will feel pain, I will feel emotions, and I had to stay in control.

GO!!!

Flare jumped forward faster than I thought she would, but with ease, I turned right facing as she almost ran into the wall. I held Loke's key out, then summoned my Goddess Sword. "Open, Gate of the Lion: Leo!" Loke stepped out with the sound of a loud bell ringing in the distance. His wild mane still as it is when he pushed his tinted glasses back to place. "I'm right here Lucy! Leave this to me!" Loke ran with a ball of light in his first. "Regulas Impact!" Loke smashed the wall that Flare was standing beside, but quickly dodged with the help of her fiery red hair. Her hair moved as if it was alive when I noticed it did hold fire in the strands of her hair. "Eat fire Blondie!" Rapid shots of her hair came at me, but I used my sword to reflect her attack back at her. My pace was faster than hers. When she would throw an attack my blade would already be there waiting to stop it. Loke jumped in between us having his fists waiting to punch. "How about eating my fists!" Loke punched Flare in the gut sending her to the ground with a thud on the other side of the field. I ran next to him giving Loke a high five. "Nicely done Loke!" Loke smiled while scratching the back of his head. "All in a day's work my princess." I was about to continue talking when the Sight picked Flare charging at us. "Move back! I yelled. Loke jumped back as I did, both of us now separated.

"Nice punch, but this isn't your fight!" Flare was now attacking Loke with her hair. Loke let out a shout from being burned when the locks wrapped around his torso. I ran quickly to the two with my sword by my side. "Stop it!" I screamed slashing away one of Flare's hair that acted like a tentacle. Flare gasped loudly when she realized what I did. "How, dare you Blondie!" Loke was about to get up when he suddenly started to vanish back to the Spirit World. "What the-" He was gone.

"Loke!" I pulled out another key. "Open, Gate of the Golden Bull: Taurus! Only nothing happened. There was no bell and no Taurus. Something was stopping them from crossing over. 'What's happening?' Flare smiled like a snake. "Seems your spirits don't want to help you anymore? Or are you're just out of Magic?" Both of those questions were wrong. I'm not even sweating from this battle, and I know my friends would never abandon me like that. "No, but Loke has done enough for me already! I'll take you on by myself!"

"Would that be wise, Blondie?" Confusion rolled over me. "You see, I know I can't beat you. But, I know you won't let anything bad happen to your guild mates. Especially if it was their kid." Under my blindfold, my eyes snapped to the balcony of my guild. I searched fast to see what she was talking about, when I landed to Asuka. Behind her, next to her head, was a long strand of Flare's hair, waiting to burn the little girl.

"NO!" I shouted with a voice I knew well: The Dark One. My ankle was pulled backwards without my attention on the battle. I was being burned through my skin and flesh. I screamed with distress, not even aware of how that just happened. "That's right, just scream and beg for mercy and the little girl won't have to go to the hospital, and leave with scars..."

Oh, Mavis, Flare's cheating to win this battle!

"Let's make this more realistic shall we!" I was thrown across the battleground rolling on the empty plain. My sword was out of reach, but it's not like I could fight back. Flare had me pinned! I heard her snicker when she kicked me square in the jaw. I flew back hitting my head against the wall. There were some cheering, while others booed at me. The noises of the crowd echoed faintly after being kicked in the jaw. Because of losing focus on everything, including my magic, the Sight started to fail me.

"LUCY!" Fairy Tail yelled having no clue what was happening. I tried standing back up, but Flare nudged her red heel into my left shoulder. I again, let out another scream from the amount of force she was pushing. "That's right! Scream! Scream louder for them to hear!" My body was picked up by her hair, and the burning sensation came back to me. She was toying me, waiting for me to fight back.

Cheater...

Raven Tail is a fraud! Kill them, kill them all!

"No!" I howled, smelling my flesh being simmered. Flare continued to laugh. "Yell for mercy! Beg to be released, or I'll finish you off right now, monster!"

Liar...

Show her what strength truly is.

I tried gaining the Sight back, but I'm blind. I don't know where I am, I'm lost, and there's nothing I can do...unless? I stopped fighting back Flare's hair, allowing the burns to seep through me. "Wha-What are you doing Blondie?" Sweat was sliding down my forehead when I inhaled a large amount of lungs, and released.

"ASUKA~!!!" My voice echoed all through the capital. My magic allowed to Sight to show me for mere seconds of Flare holding her hands over her ears. Natsu and Gwen quickly turned to the little girl, already knowing what to do. Natsu jumped over Gajeel as Gwen pounced and ran across the balcony. Natsu grabbed the tentacle of hair, while Gwen snatched Asuka away before she was hurt. I didn't see anything else when the Sight vanished after the Balance was falling to pieces.

Flare released me, when I could hear her grunting from the abrupt scream I made. "You...you bitch!" Flare clawed at my face tearing the cloth over my eyes. I felt blood seeping into my right eye burning it profoundly. I used my left arm to cover a blow that was about to land on me. With my other arm I grabbed Flare's hair and brought her face closer to mine.

"That's enough."

I sneered only for her to hear. It was no longer my voice. I lost control without even knowing, and the Dark One has taken custody of me. But, Flare deserves this. She deserves to be punished! "Flare Corona...this is where you'll be laid to rest." I whispered, the veins showing itself on my left arm, and thankfully only my left arm. The dark veins never seemed to travel anywhere else in my body, it stopped at my elbow. Which, was easy to hide thank the Gods. Flare made an audible gasp when she knew it wasn't me anymore. "You're...th-the-"

I showed Flare a wicked grin, grabbing her neck with my hand, and began squeezing her little neck like a grape. Her eyes held fear for the sight of my changed eyes. The black and red irises that could easily kill by the sight of them. "Will you make a popping noise if I put all my power in choking you?" I smirked viciously. "Let's find out." Flare's hair whipped at me as it tangled around my body, but I absorbed the magic into me even though the fire was scorching my body. Her lips started turning blue as her eyes became red.

I threw her down to the ground still holding my grip around her throat then picked her back up and did it again. I was about to do it a third time when I heard and annoying ringing sound in my ear, like a timer going off. My grip loosened around Flare, giving her the chance to kick me off her. Flare picked herself back up and leaped a few feet away from me. "The stories are true, you ARE a Demon! One that will end all mankind! The one to end Magic!" Flare put her hands around her neck coughing like a sick person. "The Darkness in you seeps through your skin! You need to be detained before you kill all of us!"

"SHUT UP! That's not true, I'm not a Demon!" The ringing kept getting louder, I started to twitch from its effect. Flare's fists clenched when she put them back down to her sides. "You're a murderer! A beast that should've been killed!" My feet took off at Flare, with my fist ready to punch the lights out of her eyes.

"I'LL END YOU-"

A shock, one that must be worse that Laxus's lightning bolts, jolted all over my nerves and body. I was paralyzed to the ground, the immense pain overwhelming to even cry for help. 'What?' I dropped to my knees, then fell forward with a thud. My head landed first into the soil, with my arms above my head. My legs crossed each other as I was on my side.

The crowd was silent until all the citizens got up from their seats and applauded for Flare. "OH MY GOODNESS! Flare Corona has defeated the Lucy Heartfilia without even touching her! They said Lucy would be a challenge to battle against, but from what I have just witnessed, this will be a tough week for her!"

The pain of the electricity kept waving up and down my body. I was to the point of being unconscious. Flare tilted her head. Though her neck had a dark bruise from me choking her, she had a disturbing smile on her face. "Thanks for the win, Blondie." I clenched my teeth, biting my tongue in the process to get back up. "No...I will...beat you." Two voices pleaded, my own, and the Dark One. But, we both knew we wouldn't be able to get back up. I found myself helpless, scared and humiliated. The shock of the lightning moving up and down my body was making me move closer to passing out. I glanced at the box again, Daniel only staring back down at me. He didn't hold an expression, but I knew he didn't look pleased at all.

"Folks Lucy Heartfilia has not gotten up from her spot for the last minute! Which means, the winner of the Game Match is Flare Corona! Fairy Tail Team A still stays second place as Raven moves up to fourth! Job well done Ravens!" I punched the ground, trying to at least pick my head up, but nothing would work. I felt two hands pick me up in a bridal style, but when my body moved the shocks became worse. Tears flowed down my face as I let out a weep. I never felt so embarrassed in my life. I let my guild down. Gwen, Natsu... "Hang on Lucy, we'll get you help." Natsu spoke quietly in my ear. I didn't reply back, instead, I only wanted the electricity to go away. I can't believe how foolish I am, thinking I could actually do the Games.

Fairy Tail was right all along...I'm too dangerous to play the Games.
