The Dracula Dossier is a mystery and (low) horror series set in a fictional version of our world from the 1870s to the 1900s with creatures from myths, legends, horror stories, dark sorcery, and powerful magic.

If you imagine the Victorian era, you are transported to a time of absolute contradictions: noble and cultured splendor contrasts with merciless misery and poverty. Unstoppable advances in technology and medicine are juxtaposed with the brutal cruelty of wars, colonial struggles, and the energetic spirit of the Enlightenment with deep superstition, fear, and paranoia.

It is the age of iconic figures—Jack the Ripper, Sherlock Holmes, Jekyll & Hyde, Abraham van Helsing, and Count Dracula. It is the age of scientific breakthroughs, occult and mysterious organizations, and secret lodges of decency, lic, enviousness, rise and fall. The world was at a crossroads at that time. So, what better age to tell stories of human and social abysses, supernatural horror, and looming existential fears than this one?

In the so-called "Dossiers," you accompany the members of the Royal Hermetic Order of Seekers, an ancient secret organization that, since its founding, has been trying to preserve and/or free humanity from the influence and effects of mystical and even paranormal phenomena and powers.

Because this much should be said in advance: Many legends and myths, some of which have existed since the earliest days of human consciousness, have an accurate and usually quite cruel core, and in the alleys of large cities and the impenetrable darkness of the nights lurk greater dangers than humans wants to admit.

So let yourself be carried away - into stories full of Victorian flair and horror, where reality blurs with your darkest nightmares.

The DRACULA Dossier is the beginning of a standalone adventure of the Seekers Kyle and Benjamin. "The Grimm Dossier - The Red Feather" is the prequel to this series.

It is recommended that you read The Grimm Dossier beforehand, as it is the prequel and introduction to the two Seekers. Theoretically, however, it is possible to jump in at the DRACULA Dossier without any problems! It could be read as Standalone! The DRACULA Dossier and the following books will take you into the primary missions of Kyle and Dr. Archer.

The story borrows from ancient/outdated views and may contain both discrimination and racism. There is also talk of war trauma and occultism.
