"Carter, where are you??"

"I'm on my way, I swear."

"Where exactly?"

"I've been waiting for you at Pizza Hut for 40 minutes. My stomach is practically eating itself."

"I know, I'm sorry, but Julie's computer is still a mess and it took more than I thought to fix it. And then I missed the bus. So yeah."

"That's what you're getting for being good with computers."

"What can I say, it's both a blessing and a curse."

"Oh, poor Carter."

"And what about my poor stomach?"

"Why didn't you order your pizza?"

"I didn't think it would take you that long to get here. Plus, eating alone at Pizza Hut is the equivalent of dancing alone at a party. It just sucks."

"So your philosophies stopped you from eating. Got it."

"It's not just that, I wanted to eat with you. That's why we went out in the first place."

"I know, I know, I'm sorry."

"So where are you?"

"I'm two blocks away. I'll be there in a sec."

"Can't wait to see that happening."

"You will."
