"Wait, you're actually asking me to go with you?"

"Well, yeah, but I mean, not like a... I mean, you have Julie, but yeah, I mean, we're still friends, somehow, so yeah."

"You didn't understand a thing from what I just said, did you?"

"I did, and I would love to hang out with you again, Bailey."

"Really?"

"Of course. I really miss hanging out with you."

"Well, me too."

"I even ignored my flaming ego by asking you this, 'cause technically I was still a little reluctant to hang out with you again."

"I know. Thank you, Bailey."

"I really appreciate it, I mean, I know how much you like your ego intact."

"True :)"

"But I really don't know what to do about Julie... She said she didn't want to go this Friday."

"Oh. Great..."

"Look, I'll see what I can do about it. No promises, though, but I'll do my best and try to come with you."

"Okay. Thank you, Carter."

"It's my pleasure."

"Honestly, I don't know what I did to deserve someone like you. Really."

"Seriously?"

"Of course. You still want to hang out with me even if I've been kind of an oblivious ignorant lately."

"Hey, it's what love does... Right?"

"Yes, but it's no excuse."

"So, thank you for sticking with me, Bailey."

"Trust me, there's only one thing you should be thankful for."

"What?"

"Love."
