X tugged Leafy along, as the ground around them rumbled. He grit his teeth, as a familiar sinister laughter surrounded the two. And then two hands appeared in the corner of his eyes.

         They stretched, reaching for Leafy, who gasped, covering her eyes with her other arm. X quickly zapped them, and they retreated. The voice growled, and a fist appeared in the sky.

         It punched the ground, causing a shockwave that made the two trip. X quickly got up, running over to Leafy, only to be stopped.

         An invisible force seemed to be holding him back. His eyes widened as strings attached to Leafy's wrists, pulling her to her feet. She was out cold, and vulnerable.

          A familiar figure causally walked towards her, holding a bright, emerald green cup. They snapped their fingers, and Leafy grabbed the cup, holding it up.

         X struggled against the force. "NO!!" He screamed, and the figure turned to face him. They let out another sinister laugh, this time accompanied by a sickening grin.

          "I made this brew especially for you, my friend.~" They told Leafy, gently touching her cup. With one finger, they tilted it towards her mouth.

         In desperation, X fired a beam of light towards the shadowy figure, causing them to gasp. They burst into a puff of smoke, and the force holding him dissipated.

         He quickly ran over to Leafy, smacking the cup out of her hand. With a wave of his hand, the strings holding her wrists snapped, dropping her to the floor.

         "Are you okay?" X asked her, but she was unresponsive. Tilting her head up, his face paled. Leafy had a single line of tears trailing down her face.

But...the colors...were off...

Red...green...and tan...

        X jolted up, angrily grasping the sheets. He nearly tore them in half, as he left the bedroom. It seemed Four was already hosting the next contest.

         He stomped his way out of the house, slamming the door on his way out. The losing team was sitting at the usual spot for Cake at Stake.

         X hadn't missed much, yet. He stood beside Four, visibly glaring. Four noticed, and attempted to keep his composure. "And the one rejoining will be..."

        Nickel nervously glanced at X. "Is he okay...?" Four paused, before looking at him. "He's fine." Cloudy winced. "I don't know about that..."

         Four sighed slightly. "I assure you, my co-host is perfectly-" He quickly glanced at X, who actually wasn't beside him anymore. X had walked over to the water cooler nearby.

          Four turned back to team Beep. "Braceletty is rejoining..." He quickly summoned the door to the exit and pulled her out, before it disappeared again.

           "Go join them...I'll be back in a second." Four left the contestants and walked over to X. He was angrily sipping water, leaning against the machine.

            Four crossed his arms. "How bad was it?" X growled, crushing the cup in his hand, water seeping through his fingers. "That bad... huh?"

            X stared at Four, a dark look in his eyes. "I'm going to kill him." Four's eyes widened, as his face paled slightly. Never in all his years had his boyfriend been this angry.

             Hell, X was against the idea of trapping 'him' in the mansion in the first place! "What did you see...?" He asked X, as he tossed his cup on the ground.

             "He's going to fuck up their relationship, Leafy and Taco are together..." Four's eyes widened. "Wait...they are?" He smiled.

           "I knew it! I knew they were eventually going to be a couple!" He cheered. Then, he turned serious. "What is he going to do...?" X sighed.

            "I don't know that part...all I could understand was that he could be planning on turning her into a doll...or puppet..." He tsked, leaning against the machine again.

"It might be worse than that..." Four placed a hand on his head. "Okay. I'm ready to try plan A." X looked up at him in shock, then sighed in relief.

"Finally. Thank the stars you're coming to your senses." X hugged him, burying his face into Four's chest. Four blushed slightly, looking away.

He smiled, sheepishly hugging back. "I'm going to tell Taco to bring her here tonight." X nodded in understanding, as he lifted his head away from Four's chest.

Glaring at the woods, he clenched his fists.

He wasn't going to let anyone else suffer.

Not this time.
