Friends of a Demon

(September 27th, 2017)

Mia

I woke up early in the morning, earlier than anyone else at the camp. With the golden sun kissing my skin with its warm rays, I stretched my body and breathed the fresh morning air. I felt happier than I usually do in the mornings. exceeding my usual enthusiasm because of Nova's return. For the past few nights, Nova and Ethan decided to take on Justin in a fight without knowing how much Justin's powers grew, resulting in their immediate defeat. Ethan wasn't having it, however, and fought Justin again and again until his body gave up. I watched happily as Justin wiped the floor with his mentor, finally surpassing him after years of training and hard work. Nova was happy that she got to fight at Ethan's side for once, beginning her return to her old life and her home. They decided to stay so that we can deal with imperial forces throughout the area and further train ourselves with the help of Ethan.

Justin does not usually wake up early, and today was no different. He slept by my side and dozed off after nearly a hundred consecutive battles with the knight and his friend's sister, .exhausting his body. He slept like a baby and didn't wake up when I slightly shifted him away to get out of the tent.

"Good morning," Zack greeted me as he got out of the tent. "Preparing breakfast?"

"Yes. Wanna help?"

Zack grabbed some ingredients from the bag and placed them at the table. "Sure thing. What are you gonna make?" He seemed very energetic because of his life as a farm boy. That explains him waking up as early as I do. We have lots of early morning conversations every day as he helps me make breakfast, lately however, it was starting to feel less like a friendly thing and more of a routine.

I gave it some thought as I looked at what we have, finally settling on pancakes. Zack helped me prepare everything and grabbed additional plates for Nova and Ethan while I made the food. Shortly after we started, Ethan's tent opened and he emerged from inside it without Nova. I approached him and bumped his shoulder with a smirk on my face and a wink. "So how was last night?" My intentions were very transparent and very impure. He rolled his eyes and stared at me with his tired expression that wants a break from my perverted questions.

"It was fine, Mia. How was yours?" He asked politely.

"Great! I'm making some pancakes. Come on, take a seat," I replied to the tired knight. I continued making pancakes and watched as Nova woke up thirty minutes after Ethan. The other two heavy sleeping crusaders did not wake up and join us for breakfast, something not out of the ordinary.

I finished the pancakes and put some for the four of us. Then, I sat with the rest and ate while we talked about what our plans for the day will be. Justin wants us to go east, where he'd sensed a dragon emerge. Since the capital was pretty far away and he had duties to attend to, Ethan couldn't return with Nova back to her parents' bunker. So they planned to add Nova to Ethan's team as an honorary member. Nova, being pardoned by the king for her efforts to aid our royal army and because of the fact that her mental illness has been cured by the joint efforts of Alex and Justin. Nova was eternally grateful for Zack's forgiveness and wanted to make up for her actions, immediately accepting to join Ethan's side.

"Mia?" Nova asked. "Why does my brother have white hair and gold eyes?"

I shrugged, not knowing the answer to that question that she asked a few days ago. I really wanted to know why the gauntlet changed Alex's appearance. He looked very attractive in his new look, but I was still left curious as to why such a change needed to happen. "Alex said that it made him resemble Orunos," I replied. That was the only piece of information we knew about that. "Oh! Did Alex forget to mention he met Orunos the deity himself? In-person!"

"Y-Yes. He did mention that. Part of his... death experience." Nova was still not used to the fact that her brother passed away and came back to life, looking nearly unrecognizable. It was too much for her to process.

In my mind, I knew that she blamed herself. First, for abusing him and torturing him for years. Second, because of her position as a general of the army that took his life. I couldn't blame her for thinking that, as it was true that her army killed Alex. Alex, however, forgave his sister and made sure she doesn't take the blame too far, explaining that if it weren't for that moment, he might have not gotten the gauntlet and went on an adventure with his friend and met her again, despite my belief that this would have happened regardless. His forgiveness put her mind at ease, but the pain remains. What she did for her brother was beyond terrible. I still harbored some hate towards her because of it, but when I got to know her, I understood that she would not have done what she did if she had the chance. She left her home to save her family from herself, after all. That hate slowly dissipated, but some of it still remained.

"Can't you contact the Millers and tell them about Nova?" I asked Ethan.

"I wish I could. We can't reach the bunker, and even if we could, that would put them in grave danger. I don't want to risk it. For now, Nova stays with me," Ethan explained. He took a sip from his coffee and looked at Nova after placing his hand on her shoulder. "But, I'm sure you'll recognize a few members of my team. They're some of our high school friends, after all."

"Whoa, what?!" Nova asked, sounding enthusiastic about the idea of meeting her old friends. "I sure want to see my friends again!"

Two hours later, Justin and Alex were still asleep. I got inside the tent to wake them up, making me hear Alex mumble A1's name. "A1... Your hands are so soft... Your face is beautiful, too." I covered my mouth with my hands to prevent me from laughing while quietly moving myself to Justin's place. Seeing my boyfriend asleep like an angel made my heart pound with love. I couldn't help but caress his pretty face and kiss his cheek.

"Hey, Justin. Wake up, babe. Breakfast is ready," I stated before kissing his cheek again.

"Mmm... five minutes... mmm... oh, yes, Selena... I can feed you some of my own kitty milk..." Hearing Justin utter those words made me close his nostrils and wake him up by cutting his breathing.

"What the heck?!" He exclaimed after jolting upward and looking at my red furious eyes, calmly swallowing his saliva and scratching the back of his head.

With one eyebrow raised, I asked my everloving boyfriend: "Kitty milk, huh? Your own kitty milk?" He chuckled nervously to himself, still remembering the dream he had. Even his little junior is up and remembering the dream quite well. I pushed him on the floor and positioned myself on top of him before giving myself cat ears and a tail. "How about you give me some of that titty milk."

Justin chuckled to himself once more before sighing. Finally giving in to my demands, I kissed him on the lips and purred when he caressed my head with his hands. I understood then why cats liked the gentle relaxing feeling of a human's touch. Justin started kissing my neck and massaging my rack with his soft and tender touch, getting me even more excited. I started to lose myself to his seductive techniques when he took my lips into his and moved his hands even further down my body. I grabbed his little junior and gasped as it turned into a big junior in a few seconds. Unable to contain my excitement, I started moaning.

"Shush, woman!" Justin whispered. "What if Alex hears us?" He covered my mouth before I could moan and slowly helped indulged in my body, making me feel the bliss of being in his arms.

"I... I don't care if anyone sees or hears us, let's give them a great show, shall we?" Saying that got me thrown out of the tent faster than I get excited over my shirtless boyfriend. I landed on the ground and watched as Justin got out of the tent, with the false pretense that nothing happened. "What the heck, dude?!" I asked him.

"Sorry, baby! I don't like disturbing people! My number 1 can't wait, either."

Alex woke up shortly after and had breakfast with his best friend while I sat on the floor with my arms crossed. I was lucky that nobody noticed me getting kicked out of our tent, literally speaking. That would have made Ethan talk about Karma and why what happened needed to happen to teach me a lesson. I sighed and continued sitting on the ground, pouty expression and all. Justin didn't even return to pick me up and thank me for the amazing breakfast with a kiss on the cheek, as he usually does. Zack finally arrived and looked at me, asking about what happened.

"You boys are so mean," I replied to the king. He nodded with a smirk on his face, finding my misery to be quite the hilarious incident. But like a gentleman, he offered his hand to pick me up. I gladly accepted and took his hand. I felt flattered by his act of chivalry, even blushing a bit. He did not look like the man who would prank a lady or kick her out of the tent. I realized that my excitement from Justin's delicate handling of my precious body still lurked within me, making me grab the young king and take him inside the tent before laying him on the floor.

"You know... you can help me by being my royal replacement, o gentleman," I said, before caressing his majesty's smooth face. "You have beautiful eyes, Zack."

"I know." He forcefully grabbed my hand and slowly started pushing me upward. "As you said, I'm a gentleman. A gentleman would not make his friend's girl cheat on him." He slowly got up and left the tent, leaving me alone once again.

"It's not what I... whatever."

I watched as Alex peeked his head through the tent and saw me alone and rejected by the other crusaders. He showed some concern over my situation, but it wasn't enough to do anything or change his mind about anything. I had that pouty expression on my face again, but this time, I was really feeling sad. Not just because I got turned down twice, but because I noticed something about us crusaders.

"Don't tell me. The boys rejected you, right?" Alex asked while only peeking his head from the outside and not entering. I sighed and looked on the ground, slowly nodding my head and acknowledging my defeat. Not even my cat features and Justin's raging libido were able to get me what I wanted from the boys. I wouldn't try my luck with Alex since I do not plan on getting my teeth punched out. "You know you could always use your succubus powers, right?"

I looked at him and back on the ground, giving him the hint that I will not do that. "It would be disgusting of me to use my powers on any of you. You're all my friends and family." Alex entered the tent and sat next to me, giving me a pat on my back for trying. I really wanted Zack to acknowledge me for once. Even though I dedicated myself to Justin, I still saw how attractive Zack is. I wanted to know how good he is with women and if he could give me the attention that Justin does not give. I wanted to plant the idea inside his head that I wanted to be shared between Justin and him for at least one night. It would be a dream come true. I have my kinks, after all, and I cannot stop myself because of me being a demon. Besides that, I wanted to have some fun with the boys for a change. I got tired of the constant hunting and training that has become a daily routine of ours.

Whenever I think about it, my heart starts throbbing and the sensation of love gets to me. I start imagining what Justin and Zack would do to me, relentlessly doing me for hours on end. It all began when I watched them fight each other for a quick workout. Seeing their naked bodies sweat like fountains and watching their tired expressions drove me crazy. Not to mention the victory dance that starts with them dancing like a boy band and then mixing that with their shirtless erotic poses that gets me every time. I went out of my way to research in the royal library for love potions and magic relics that boost the desires of men without informing anyone. I wrote down and memorized many of them to keep for further use, only giving up once I learned that Justin is immune to potions like that. I'm also sure that Zack knows his way around food and would sense something is up. He once discovered that a lunch I made for the group had some stamina-boosting effects just by his keen sense of smell. I really wanted to try my luck with them, but then I realized that I'd be using my friends, not getting them to have fun with me. I abandoned the thought altogether from then on. However, I kept everything that I acquired to use for tactical reasons if need be.

Alex noticed my genuine sadness over what happened, asking me: "Did you really want to sleep with the boys like that? Isn't Justin your boyfriend?" I completely understood Alex's point of view, as he did mine. He is fond of watching Harem Anime and enjoys good quality videos that feature one man on more than one woman. "Come on, Mia. You're better than that."

"But... I just want a good night with the two of them! If you were down, too, the more the merrier. It's just in my nature. And to think that you three don't think you're responsible because of your hot victory dance! Come on, now! I'd ask you if you were down, but I want to keep my teeth."

"Oh, come on, Mia. It's not like that," Alex replied. "I just don't want to ruin my friendship with you. I really like you as a person. You are such a caring and loving person with a great personality and an unrivaled kindness. Justin and Zack think the same way. Justin is your boyfriend, so it's understandable that you'd want to be with him, but Zack and me?"

"You're... You're right." I sighed and got out of the tent. "But it's not just about that. Haven't you noticed anything strange lately, or am I the only one feeling the change?" I asked, walking away from the group while holding a recipe book that I fancy reading from time to time. The group did not notice that I didn't feel all too well and didn't try to talk to me, being busy with the preparations to leave. Not that we needed to do anything besides jamming everything inside Justin's infinitely vast magic satchel now that he has it. Ever since he got his hands on that ability, the car felt roomier and the trunk's load was lessened. The downside of this is that the crusaders and I no longer work together to set up or take down our camp as before, adding to the distant feeling I felt about us. In the end, my feelings were more that the group is not enjoying time together as much as the first few days like we did when we first set out on the crusade. Maybe it was just me, but this detachment started to feel like it is getting out of hand. All we did every day was waiting for me to make breakfast, eat, go hunting, and finally return back to camp where everyone would do their own thing. It has been a while since we all did something fun together or did anything that didn't feel natural.

While I was focusing, all I kept hearing were rambles about how Zack learned a few potions and spells that Robert stumbled upon and forgot to tell us since we got busy with the berserk dragon and had our hands full with the whole Nova stuff. I just sat alone in the corner of the camp reading to myself. Something that I don't usually do often. I started reading about the awesome recipes that I could potentially make for everyone at the camp, then again, I thought about it and decided to drop the idea altogether, since no one cares at this point. I kept aimlessly reading the book and imagining a happy group of friends on an adventure, silently regretting myself for allowing Ethan to get into the minds of the boys, making them forget that we're a team, not a group of soldiers.

"Hey, Mia! Can you come and help me, please?" Alex asked, being polite about it. I gladly got off my corner and walked to help the cyborg pack the stuff. All we had to do was toss the items to Justin after packing them neatly and organizing them. I started casually throwing the items to Justin, who started stylishly grabbing them and putting them behind his back, in his jacket, or in his pants pockets or his leg pouch. He seemed to be carefree and playing with the items before packing him, something which angered Ethan.

"Justin! Can you please take care of your stuff?! Stop throwing things around like a kid." Ethan asked, raising his voice like a commander ordering his soldiers. Justin and Alex did not seem troubled by it, but I despised it. I shot him a glare that he was too busy to catch, leaving me to deal with my anger. I clenched my fist, thinking of how satisfying it would be to punch that attitude out of his face. One might argue that he was the man who raised us, but I'd like to state that when he became our legal guardian, he was totally different and was very easy-going. This attitude of a commander made him feel so distant from me. His majesty, the late king LeoDivinus did not die to see Ethan forget who he was. I decided to keep myself cool and try not to get him on my nerves. I had the freedom of doing whatever I wanted after the crusade is over, so I was not obliged to listen to his orders. I grabbed a bag of chips off the table and threw it to Justin, who did not pay attention to it, making it hit his head. Before it hit the floor, the deity slowed time down and grabbed hold of it. He looked at me, but by the time he noticed me, I had already left and went to see my own stuff.

I entered the crusader tent and took my camera from there along with my other belongings. When I finished gathering whatever items I had in the tent, I looked at the camera and started cycling through the photos, worsening my mood by the sight of the beautiful images that I took with a group that actually behaved like friends. Every photo had life in it. Every picture told its own unique story that's filled with joy and excitement. Then, I stumbled upon the romantic pictures between Justin and me. I cycled through them and started to feel the tears wanting to drip down.

'Will we ever live such moments again? I would not have asked such a question if it weren't for the past few days with the company of the knight. I never thought I'd say this, but I really want you to leave, Ethan.'

I grabbed hold of the necklace that Justin bought for me at the store in Vegas, grasping to a relic of that day. I really missed being treated like we were on a field trip all our own, where Justin would do whatever he wants and feel free to have fun with me and sleep under the stars with him. Now, it felt like a military camp, and I hated it. Trying to seduce him was more of an attempt to bring him back to me, to make him ditch these absurd behaviors and embrace me in his loving arms again. I exited the tent and wiped my tears, making sure that no one sees me in my state of weakness. With nothing left to do, the crusaders and I packed the tent and walked to Ethan and Nova.

Ethan had a smile on his face, seeing as he would be saying his goodbyes for now. Nova held her brother tightly, letting her tears overwhelm her as she kept telling her brother to take care of himself. Ethan said his goodbyes to the boys and hugged them. Me, however, something within me wanted to refuse his hug, but when he took me in his arms once again, I felt the glimmer of the teenager who took care of us when we were children and watched us grow up. I couldn't help myself but hug him back.

"Take care of the boys, alright?" He asked me before leaving, waving his arms around like the time he did when we left the castle to properly start our crusade. Not too long after he left, the boys and I got in our car and went our own way. I felt some relief that the boys and I have finally gotten back on the road, leaving this area behind to look for more dragons like we used to do. However, I was still not feeling very good about the entire time we spent at that camp. In addition to that, the group still felt a little hollow and the conversations were mostly about our next plans. I started to taste liquid on my mouth and realized that, to my shock, I was biting on my finger due to my anger, so much so that I spilled blood. I grabbed a tissue from my pouch and cleaned it before the boys realized what was going on. That's when I took notice of their unusual behavior of not indulging in their usual habits in the car. Zack was not looking at his phone, Alex was not reading his book, and Justin did not feel like he was having fun driving. The last one did not even tap the finger of his steering wheel or drive one-handed for a second. All of them looked like soldiers in the military, waiting to get off their transport truck. I decided to look away and try to do what I do most and enjoy the scenery, putting my mind at ease about the behavior of the boys.

I took out my camera to take a few photos, but before I turned it on, my reflexion in the shiny camera showed my horns and fangs popping out. I gasped and put the camera away before looking at the boys to see that none of them have noticed the changes. Not even Justin, who usually is the first to point out anything wrong with me. I started to feel like I don't even know the guys I'm driving with. They switched from best friends to complete strangers thanks to the training of that knight whom I wish did not show his face at our camp. Suddenly, I started to feel like crying, and so hid my face from the rest of the group to sob in peace.

I slept for the entire way and woke up with the rest of the group, having arrived at a town where the people seemed normal and were slowly repopulating the place. I exited the car with the rest of the group and headed inside an office of the hunter's guild. Inside, the gang started looking through their accounts and checking the jobs board for any particular quest. I, on the other hand, did not find anything worth my time. Justin found a gig and went to the elf behind the counter and accepted the quest after receiving more info about it and accepted it without consulting me, something that he usually does before taking on a job. He and the boys proceeded to go out of the door and walk to the car. They finally took notice of me when I didn't enter the car along with them.

"Uh, Mia, are you okay?" Justin asked.

"I-I'm fine. I just... Don't wanna go on this job with you guys." Justin exited the car immediately after hearing me say that and approached me.

"Is anything wrong?" He asked with worry in his eyes, holding my hands in his. "You... You don't look too good."

"Oh, you noticed that, didn't you?!" I snapped at him, having had enough of his ignorance. "Just go on your gig. I'll go grocery shopping." I forcefully let go of his hands walked away from the group, leaving them to their own devices. I couldn't tell whether they left or not, as I walked at a fast pace to put some distance between me and them. With our phones being strictly forbidden to use for communication, I did not receive any calls on it. I stayed true to my word and went to a grocery store where I started picking up ingredients for the ungrateful wackos.

"Let's see Ethan making you your favorite noodles, you doofus," I said to myself. "If I had the guts, I would have kicked that moron out of our camp the second he poisoned your minds."

Seeing farmed goods and other food products in front of me put my mind at ease and got me to relax. Suddenly, I started seeing a man watching me intently from a few feet away. I decided that he is not worth my troubles and left him to be. A few minutes later, however, I noticed that he was still stalking me and staring at me from behind objects. I smirked knowing what surprise it will be if he decided to talk to me and attempt anything wrong. I gave up on shopping and started staring at the ingredients to give him the false pretense that I was oblivious to his presence. When I got a closer look at him, he looked like a rather attractive individual who would not have a problem with ladies, and after a few more minutes of stalking, I pretended not to see him and walked to where he was hiding. He immediately popped up and 'accidentally' bumped into me.

"Oops, sorry, miss!" He said, his voice sounding like that of a man in his early twenties. "I should have paid more attention."

I decided to play into his game and told him not to worry about it, placing a couple of light touches on his body to pretend that I may be into him. He took the bait and swallowed it hard. "So, I've noticed that a cute girl like you is new around this place. You're not one of us locals, are you?"

"N-No, sir. I'm just passing by with my friends." He decided to lean closer without making it too weird.

"Nice to meet you. I'm Kevin."

"Mia." I shook his hand, giving him a fake smile and a small approach that indicates that I am into him.

"And where are your friends?" He asked. "Did they leave you here all on your own?"

"Yeah. They're a group of guys that wanted to go out hunting and left me all alone."

"A group of guys left you here on your own?" He asked, looking like he saw an opportunity.

"Yeah, they're no fun. Especially my boyfriend, who didn't let me have fun with him today," I stated.

"Whoa. How can someone refuse a pretty girl like you? That's ridiculous. He definitely doesn't know how to treat ladies." I found it ridiculous that I was agreeing with a stalker about my boyfriend who named me, gave me food and shelter, lived his entire life with me, and went through thick and thin for me. But, he really did change these past few days.

"Mhm, yeah. I was left feeling pretty bummed out and robbed of some fun time."

"I wouldn't want to rob someone of their fun, you know. It's too bad that he left you all alone, here too. Is he gonna take long?" The bastard asked, placing himself in my trap.

"Mm, yeah. He took on a dangerous hunt and left me all alone. Nothing to make up the time he wasted."

"It breaks my heart to see that a girl like you was treated badly by her love. Say, why don't we go in my car and I'll make it up to you?" He asked. I felt slightly into him for a reason, but I was not planning to betray the trust of my love for a cheap knockoff. That's when I noticed the smell emanating from Kevin, being a smell I was all too familiar with. To confirm my suspicions, I smiled at him, making him return the smile and showing me his vampire fangs.

"Good idea," I replied, allowing him to hold my hand and take me to his car, which was a European sedan. I hopped in the front seat next to him and watched as he took us to the woods where he parked the car and turned it off. I decided at that moment that I should play hard to get and make his job as a pathetic vampire even worse. "Whoa, come on, dude. The woods? You have a nice car, but not a good hotel room to go along with it? Hell, a motel room would have been nice."

He sighed and looked at me while trying to think of an explanation as to why he chose the secluded forest. "I, uh, it's a lot quieter. And we'll be, uh, one with nature! What's better than that?" I sighed at his pathetic excuse and decided to pretend to be even more annoyed. "Come on, baby. I just don't want people to see us is all."

"I don't want to do it in a car. It's very uncomfortable and tight."

"We can make love outside if you want!" He suggested, being so pathetic and desperate than ever before. I hardly understood how such a vampire could have lived for hundreds of years. "Come on! I've gotten ready for you, sweetheart!"

"Ugh, no. Just drive me back to where you found me." After I said that, he grabbed me and pushed me to the back of the car. And as expected, he turned me around and revealed his fangs. I pretended to be horrified as he bit to my neck and even started screaming to sell it off, only breaking down into laughter after he kept trying to suck my blood. He pulled his fangs from my neck, confused as to why I was not dead, but laughing at him.

"Oh, boy. You vampires sure know nothing when it comes to ladies, huh?" I asked, still laughing. I pushed him down and kissed his cheek before using my powers to reignite his libido. I started massaging his crotch while watching as he moaned in excitement. I, however, had other plans. Whenever he neared climax, I'd stop and squeeze his junior and make him feel pain.

"P-P-P-PLEASE! I-I apologize! I will do whatever you want!" He begged, making me start laughing. I looked into his attractive eyes and showed him my own fangs, which were bigger than his.

"Y-You're a vampire, too?" He asked before I showed him my wings, horns, and demon eyes. "WHAWHAHAHAHA!! OH, GODS! OH, GODS!"

I laughed and returned to my normal form. "I'm a demon, man. Do you think you can suck the blood out of me? You?! A lowly vampire that doesn't know how to pleasure a lady? Come on, dude. I have abilities beyond your wildest imagination. Lemme see for a second." I started to think about my abilities. "I am a demon with the powers of a succubus and a vampire, which explains how good and bad I can make you feel. I can also take the flesh and blood of my victims and turn them into weapons. I can control minds, I can go invisible, I can shapeshift, I can run fast and punch hard... Oh! And I can also cook! I was buying groceries for my boyfriend that is the reason for my living. Do you really think I'd let someone like you take advantage of me and seduce me?! You were trapped the second I smelled your vampire blood, you moron!"

"P-Please... I... I am so sorry, miss. Please let me go, and I swear I will never let you see me again..." He pleaded, making me chuckle.

"What's that all of a sudden? Why the change of tone? Weren't you the strong seductive type a second ago?" I asked the scared vampire. He slowly reached for his wallet and gave it to me. Confused, I grabbed his wallet and smelled it for any traps, which there weren't any. He made me open it and pull out a picture of him and a woman who seemed older than him. "Is that your girl? For a vampire, you're quite loyal. Well, until you met me, of course,"

"Th-That's my mom, miss. I... I have only been a vampire for three days. My mom is sick and I can't afford to pay for her bills, so I made a deal with a group of vampires and became one. In exchange for my loyalty, I'd get to have money sent in for medications. I... Please, have mercy on me..."

I looked through his wallet and saw that he carried bills in them that prove his case. I sighed and wore my clothes while he was still in the car. I then made him wear his clothes while I watched. "You are lucky you ran into me, Kevin the Vampire Stalker. Vampires are not forced to hold their end of the deal. They would probably make you eat your mother alive whenever they feel like it, my guy."

"W-What?! Oh, by the gods!" He exclaimed, crying from the instant regret.

"Hey, hey. Stop crying. I have an idea. You pledge your loyalty to me and tell me everything you know, I'll help your mom, alright?" I offered him a deal, taking my hand out to shake his hand. "Look, I know I sound to be much worse than the people you dealt with, but I am honestly a good person. I'll prove it to you." I took out my phone after finishing the recording and deleting the video. Then, I pulled out pictures of my group and me before showing him photos of me as a kid.

"W-Wait, so how old are you, if you don't mind me asking?"

"Sixteen."

"SIXTEEN?! M-M-Miss! I am nineteen! I can't be with you! Th-This was a mistake!" He exclaimed.

"RELAX!" I smacked him over the head. "I'm a demon, so it doesn't matter. I can physically alter my age. Right now, this is my real body. And wow. I thought you were twenty-three. Anyway, my friends here are a bunch of douches and we have had a fight recently. They're good people, just not the smartest. Anywho, I will help you if you help me. I'll make you swear loyalty to me and become my aid. In return, we'll defeat the vampires and save your mother, alright?"

"A-Alright. I, Kevin Morgan, swear loyalty to you, Mia Cooper." With that said and done, I bit his neck to confirm the pact, making him my loyalist.
