Entering their 6th year, the golden trio faced many struggles over the summer and they are starting to do what nobody thought possible, drift apart.

This is what happened over their summers.

Ron had started to drift from Ginny and Ginny was close to Harry, causing him to drift from Harry, to becoming closer to his brother, Percy and also forgetting to write to Harry and Hermione.

Hermione had started to drift from books and started getting out there, getting better at making friends, forgetting to write to the boys, and started making herself actually look 16, instead of 14.

Harry had started to get more and more abused for the smallest things like having dinner ready a minute later than he was supposed to, he started becoming more depressed and suicidal, and starting shutting people out. He also forgot to write to Ron and Hermione.
