This Place is Supposed to be Nonexistent!
A/N: Hope this goes well with the edits :) Enjoy! ^-^
Image above is Emily's described (to the best of my ability described, anyway) Pirate outfit that she made with several leftover fabric and all that xP I thought the look suited her, honestly :)
Image below is of Captian Hook (and for those of you who love 'Once Upon A Time', yes, it is THAT sexy Pirate Captian we all love) ;D I do not own the characters, just their actions :3
And Mr. Smee xD
<3
I scrambled back on the deck of the ship until my spine was up against the railing as several Pirates surrounded me with swords, my clothes completely drenched as I breathed heavily through my mouth, my dark blue eyes wandering everywhere as they flicked back and forth between the advancing Pirates. "Leave me alone!" I shouted, and hugged myself as I shut my eyes tight, awaiting imminent death as they continued advancing on me.
I bit my lip to keep from screaming out as I used my hair to hide my tears when a voice I didn't recognize called out, "Stand down, men! She might be of use to us yet."
I snapped my head up and my eyes immediately fell on a man wearing a long black trench coat with a bright red vest coated with silver buttons just like his coat and pulled over a long-sleeved black tunic, a silver chain hanging from his neck decorated with several charms that sat on a slightly exposed muscular chest. Black trousers tucked in matching knee-high black boots covered his legs, his right hand adorned with several rings and a sword strapped to the left side of his waist. And a gleaming silver hook replaced his left hand.
I gulped. "W-who are you?" my voice was barely above a whisper.
The man in the long black coat smirked, his short wavy brown hair matching his beard and mustache scruff, kneeling down in front of me as he used the curve of his hook to lift my chin up to eye level. I couldn't breathe. "You may call me Captain-"
"HOOK! Get your hand off her!"
I snapped my head up at the sound of his voice, and saw Jay tied to the center beam of the ship, struggling to get free, anger clearly written on his face. I hastily got to my feet, about to run to him. "Ja-," I was pulled back by a hand on my arm, and his hook was pressed up against my neck. I tried not to gulp too deeply. My fear spiked.
"Is this your associate, errand boy?" The Captain--Captain Hook--held me back against my will as I threw both arms up to the hooked hand that he was keeping at my throat. This can't be happening. He can't be real. This is all just an act.
"Hook, it's me! How can you not recognize your own nephew?" Jay called at him, and I glanced up to see the Captain frown at his words.
He shoved me forward towards Jay and I gladly ran up to him, trying to pull at the ropes that bound him as he slowly shook his head at me, his brown eyes meeting mine for a second before flicking back over to the Captain's with narrowed eyes. "What's your name, boy?" The Captain used his hook to lift Jay's chin up, just like he had with me moments earlier. I clung to the ropes, refusing to relinquish my hold of Jay's bindings just so that I could be close to him in some way.
"My name is Jay of Agrabah."
The Captain's eyes widened before he pulled away and slashed at Jay's binds with his hook as they fell away, Jay collapsing to the deck on his hands and knees. I dropped down beside him, one hand on his back reassuringly and the other holding my weight up from the deck floor. Jay slowly stood up then and faced the Captain as they stared each other down. Then they both smiled and embraced each other in a manly hug. I gaped up at them. Were they serious right now?
"Jay, my boy, you've grown so much since the last time I saw you," the Captain--I still refused to call him Captain Hook, even in my head--patted Jay on the shoulder with his right hand that wasn't a hook, and Jay laughed.
"I know, Uncle Hook. But next time, maybe you can go a little easy on my friend here," Jay gestured down to me and I stayed silent, too frightened and angry to speak.
"Of course! Sorry about that, Madam," The Captain graciously extended his right hand out to me, and I hesitantly took it as he pulled me up to my feet. I stood beside Jay, hiding behind him as he glanced at me out of the corner of his eye as I began to shiver and hugged myself to keep warm. It was only then I realized I was still soaking wet from having taken a plunge into the waters surrounding us.
"Uh, Uncle Hook. You wouldn't happen to have some spare clothes on deck, would you?" Jay directed his eyes over at me for the question, and the Captian followed his gaze before nodding once.
"I believe we do." The Captain turned below deck then, "MR. SMEE!"
I stared open-mouthed as a somewhat short, chubby stout man in a brown overcoat pulled over a brown-and-beige tunic with a blue bandanna tied around his neck. Brown slacks tucked in brown boots adorned his legs, black gloves covering his hands up to his elbows. A red beanie covered his head, a mass of hair covering his chin in a bushy beard.
"Yes, Captain?" Mr. Smee mumbled, and I couldn't say a word due to my infinite shock.
"Show Jay's mistress below deck and find her some fresh clothes to change into," the Captian ordered his first mate, and Mr. Smee nodded diligently. It was only then I noticed what he had said due to Jay's and my own crimson blushes.
"Oh, no, it's not like that at all!" I protested, waving my hands back and forth, only conjuring up more wind and shivered while hugging myself tightly. "We just met."
The Captain merely raised a crooked brow at me before gesturing for Mr. Smee to lead me away while he and Jay caught themselves up from the past, but before I lost sight of him, I glanced over my shoulder at the mysterious boy and found him staring at me once again. I blushed and faced forward as I continued to follow Mr. Smee down below deck.
This had to be one really bad dream.

"So. Mr. Smee, right?" I asked the burly stout man while he gathered up clothes that he thought would fit me.
"That's right. And you are?" Mr. Smee tossed me the clothes, and I fumbled with them as he went to find a pair of boots close to my size.
"Emily. Emily Wyatt," I answered, and shivered once more in my wet clothes. And these were my favorite pair of clothes, too!
"'Wyatt'? Pardon me asking, Miss Emily, but what does that mean?"
I raised an eyebrow. Was this for reals? "It's my last name. You know, like-," I swallowed before saying it, not willing to believe it quite yet, "like Killian Jones? Or James Hook?"
Mr. Smee seemed to think for a moment before he nodded, his red hat slipping off his head as he righted it. "I suppose that's correct. Now, here. These should fit nicely on you." I held up the overly large trouser pants and raised an eyebrow. Mr. Smee seemed to think for a moment. "Well, as good as they'll fit you, anyway."
I couldn't help but chuckle. "Just give me some needle and thread, and I'll be good to go."
Mr. Smee grinned then, realizing my motive. "Be back in a jiffy!"

I fixed the dark brown hat on my head so that it was tilted back a little, rearranging the black ribbon and beige ruffles I had sewed onto it, just to make it more--well, me.
I sighed and turned to the door that Mr. Smee stood waiting outside of while I changed and flung it open, waiting for him to insult me on my style, but when his dark eyes widened and he clapped enthusiastically, I found myself smiling and laughing. Yeah, I guess I pulled it off, even though it was just something I pulled together out of what I had as material.
My new outfit that I had created consisted of a brown corset halter top that exposed my mid-drift with scrunchy brown sleeves, a beige undershirt that was loosely long-sleeved just so that I would be more comfortable and able to move my arms around. I was grateful I had worn a strapless black bra today. I had also created a brown ruffly skirt at mid-thigh length that directed out in a triangular shape where another ruffly beige piece of fabric helped to hide my underwear from view. A light brown belt with a gold buckle pulled the whole skirt together. My boots were once what regular Pirates wore; plain brown and flat footed. I had made a few adjustments to where it had a two-inch high heel, and was blocked in the front with hard wood covered in fabric just to give the boots a bit of an edge with the tie-up laces and side buckles that I had added. I also decided to be a little spunky and add a brown flap of fabric turned over the top of the boots, just to be fashionable.
"Well? Is it alright?" I still had to ask as I gave Mr. Smee a little twirl in my new outfit, and he clapped vigorously.
"Oh, it is very nice, Miss Emily," Mr. Smee jumped for joy, and I laughed. "Oh, I can't wait to see Master Jay's face once he sees you in this!" I blushed at the thought of what Jay would think once he saw me. Wait, why did I care all of a sudden? We had just met!
I nodded and allowed Mr. Smee to lead me out from below deck, my boots clicking loudly against the hard wood floor. I made my way up the stairs and into the sunshine only to be greeted with wolf whistles, and my face immediately turned crimson. I had let my long dark hair curl naturally since it was still wet from the water and was as long as my arm which stopped just shy of my butt. Yeah, I didn't really like cutting my hair that often. As for my Beats and iPhone? They were strapped in between the sides of my belt and just hung there tightly, still refusing to part with them even though they no longer worked. Trust me, I tried. And what's worse, I had no signal here, either. Wherever here was.
I made my way along the deck floor, the Captain's crew still whistling at me as I went and tried hiding below my hat, Mr. Smee encouraging me to stay confident despite all the rude gestures I was receiving. They were Pirates. What could I do, really?
We were now approaching the main deck--where the steering wheel for the ship resided--the Captain and Jay looking out overseas and seeming to be in deep conversation when Mr. Smee cleared his throat, cutting off the two men's conversation as they turned at the same time and Jay's jaw literally dropped once he saw me. He just kept staring and my blush was just getting redder and redder. The Captain was more subtle about my appearance and did an elegant bow before taking my hand in his and giving it a gentle kiss.
"You look lovely, M'lady," he smiled and straightened his spine as I cupped my left elbow shyly with my right hand.
"Emily. Please call me Emily, Captain," I voiced at last, pushing a stray strand of my long dark hair back behind my ear, avoiding Jay's wide brown eyes that had not once moved from their position on me.
"Very well, then. You may call me Captain Hook, or Killian, if you so wish," the Captain nodded before turning to manage the wheel and nudged Jay's shoulder with his hook as that seemed to snap him out of his trance.
I shuffled from side-to-side uncomfortably as he rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Uh, sorry. I was doing it again, wasn't I?" I nodded while peering up at him from the shadow of my hat. "Um, I know we haven't known each other that long and all, but, uh-," he cleared his throat and I saw a light blush stain his dark-skinned high cheekbones. "You look beautiful as a Pirate," he muttered, and I smiled beneath my hat before full-out laughing.
I clutched my bare mid-drift as I laughed and earned curious glances from Mr. Smee, Killian, and Jay. Once I was finished, I wiped my eyes and straightened my posture. I grinned up at Jay's confused expression. "That's the first time someone's ever told me that." Jay smiled then and laughed along with me this time. I sighed happily once I had gotten over my laughing fit. "Now, where exactly are we?" I looked around us but only saw miles of ocean, ocean, and more ocean.
"We're in Neverland," Mr. Smee explained, and my eyes widened, my smile dropping completely off my face.
"But, this place is supposed to be nonexistent!" I cried, and glanced around me for the said Island in the distance, or even Mermaid Cove, or Skull Rock, or--Wait, what am I saying? I couldn't really be falling for this stuff!?
Could I?
<3
A/N: So small description changes, but otherwise I still plan on having the original Neverland and Peter Pan involved because let's face it: the Peter Pan in 'Once Upon A Time' is not a pleasant person ._.
Anyways, give us your thoughts? :D
