How you meet~
Ben
It was three o'clock....in the morning. You knew you had school in a couple of hours, but you didn't really cared. Screw education, you needed answers. You were up on the internet, scrolling through Tumblr, searching up headcanons and fanart of your favorite shows and stuff. But what really got you was when one little green box appeared when you scrolled down through the art. One of the people you were following posted fanart of something called BEN_DROWNED...odd.
But the little guy that was drawn did look pretty cute, with his lil elfie ears and all that.
So you searched him up on the web, wondering what he was, exactly, and where was he from? You learned that he was, in fact, not an elf, but a....Hylian? Huh, weird word....and he was apparently drowned when he was just a kid....explains the name "Ben Drowned"
So you were now just scrolling through whatever popped up on images for Ben_Drowned, and most of the fanart made of him was cute...but some was creepy. One image in particular caught your eye. It was moving around. Thinking that it was probably just a little GIF, you clicked on the image to enlarge it, taking up your entire screen on your phone. Awwww, it was a little GIF of Ben dancing to some Billie Eilish song, which he actually looked pretty realistic in...but then something happened.
The pattern that Ben moved in changed. He began to do unpredictable things, like frown and speak and glitch. Repeating sayings like "You shouldn't have done that" and such.
And then the GIF stopped completely, and the little Ben in your phone somehow....came out of your device
The blonde haired Hylian you were researching just moments ago now stepped out of your phone, sitting casually on your bed like it was the most normal thing in the world.
Your heart beat faster. Somewhere you had read that this guy was a killer, that he would kill his victims through electronics.....but he just sat there on your bed, tilting his head and scrunching his eyes at you. But then he said something you would have never expected....
"You seem pretty kewl. Wanna game?"

It was a normal day out. Summer. Or, at least, the end of it. The weather had quit being a little biatch and was finally cool enough to where you didn't step outside and get soaked with your own sweat. Right now, you were just walking through town, grinning and waving at anyone you saw.
It was like a little game. A test of sorts. If the person waved back, they were nice. If they didn't wave back, they were a little twat who should go rot in a ditch. Needless to say, no one had waved back at you yet.
You saw someone approaching in your direction on the sidewalk. A guy who had some light sandy hair...looked cute from a distance.
You waved, half expecting him to turn out to be a jerk.
He waved back. Dang, he even threw in a grin.
As the two of you got closer and closer, you could see for a split second that he had a small scuff of facial hair, and you could see his eyes lock onto yours as you passed each other.
Sighing as you continued walking without him in your line of sight, you suddenly gasped as a hand grabbed on to your wrist. You whirled around, prepared to tell someone off for touching you when you noticed it was the fella you just passed by.
He looked nervous as he let go of your wrist quickly "er, sorry, but I just...I thought you looked pretty nice, and....not many people wave to me" He grinned shyly "I was wondering if you'd like to grab a cup of coffee? I'll pay." He offered, motioning to the conveniently placed coffee shop right there beside ya'll
Shrugging, you chucked softly and nodded your head. After all, it wasn't every day when someone waved back at you..."Sure, I have nothing else to do. I'm (y/n)"
The male grinned looking happy af "Nice to meet cha. I'm Brian"
Masky/Tim
You were sleeping, like any normal person would be doing at....1:00 in the morning. Blinking, you yawned and sighed as you were woken up by some loud noise that sounded like a thud.
Looking around, you saw nothing out of the ordinary, just some thing in a white mask staring you down in the corner of your room.
With another yawn, you laid back down, snuggling into your covers, thinking that the thing was just part of a dream or something.
But it wasn't.
Waking up, you threw off your covers and started to roll out of bed, freezing with terror as you saw a man laying down on the floor of your room with something in his arms...he was kinda nice-looking, actually, with dark brown hair and a little bit on the chunky side. But you didn't mind. Chunky was kinda cute on guys. He had on a dark red flannel that seemed a bit wrinkly, and his ripped jeans and muddy boots didn't really make him seem too dangerous...
I probably should be more scared, you reasoned to yourself as you got out of bed and walked over to the man, nudging his side and whispering "Hello? Who the fvck are you?"
The man rolled over onto his back, one arm flopping out and revealing what he had in his hand: a white mask with black facial features. Gasping softly as you remembered what you saw last night, you cursed yourself mentally for not doing anything about it...he could've killed you...or worse...but....but he didn't.
Nudging his side once more, you got a bit more of a reaction out of the male. He let out a soft snort and sat up, opening his eyes and blinking in confusion. He yawned, then rubbed his eyes a bit, stopping when he noticed you looking at him like "wtf, dude-"
The stranger looked down at himself, then at his mask item, then at the room, and suddenly let out a long and colorful string of cusses. The only part that wasn't a curse word was: "AH **** I DID IT AGAIN-"
Toby
You were walking in the woods. Why were you walking on an old trail in the afternoon on a Monday, you might ask? Because why the heck not.
It was a nice day out, the sun shining brightly down on the Earth, and the trees provided a small source of shade. You were wearing a t-shirt and shorts, with the bill of a small hat shading your eyes. You fiddled with the straps of the backpack on your back boredly, humming softly to yourself as you walked. It was a shame you forgot your phone, or else you could've played music. But it was too late to go back now, seeing as how you were already halfway through the trail.
A small snap of twigs behind you made your head turn around, wondering who else could be on this trail with you?
A boy with dark brown, rather fluffy brown hair was not too far behind you, maybe just ten feet away. He had on a pretty cool-looking hoodie, with orange goggles resting on his head, and was nodding his head slightly to probably some random tune in his head as he walked.
But sometimes, some part of his body would do some grotesque movement, whether it just shuddered or his shoulder seemed to almost pop out of place. Based on all of the useless random knowledge in your head, you rightfully assumed he had tourrettes.
Slowing down, you stopped and squatted down, pretending to tie your shoe as you let the boy pass. As soon as he was ahead, you stood back up and sped up to walk next to him "Hiya."
The male twitched in surprise, blinking as he turned to look at you. He didn't say anything, just pursed his lips and waved shyly. Perhaps he had a lisp or something that made him not want to speak.
"It's a nice day here, ain't it?" you continued, ignoring his awkward silence "Nice day to be walking. I'm (y/n), by the way. I promise I'm not some sort of stalker or rapist." Yup, that was how you normally greeted people. Normal people would slowly walk away from you after nodding politely, but the weird ones-- the best ones-- would stay
And this boy was a weird one. He smiled at your conversation skills, his teeth showing in a grin "I-I'm T-Toby" he muttered softly, reaching out to shake your hand
Eyeless Jack-o boi.
aHhhhhhhhhhhhhHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-
I HATE COLLEGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was how your thought process normally went during and after your classes. How much you freaking hated learning. And people. People suck.
So, to celebrate your release from the day's hell, and to procrastinate on the ungodly amounts of homework you had waiting for you, you went to the park, and sat down on a bench that rested in the shade of the trees provided by the forest edge. It was dark here, so dark that not many people knew that this bench was here, probably because it was in the shade all of the time.
You were sitting and people watching. One of your favorite things to do. Judge people and laugh to yourself.
There was one guy in particular you were focused on, someone who kept on tripping over his own two feet so freaking much. Knowing that Karma would probably be a biatch later, you chuckled to yourself, a sick part of you enjoying watching the male struggle.
And then someone sat on the bench next to you. Which totally caught you off-guard. But what really got you was his dark gray skin, and the fact that he seemed to have no eyes. He was wearing a dark-colored hoodie, and his eyes were focused ahead of him. Maybe it was just how it was so dark here, but it really did look like he had no eyes!
"I could kill you right now, you know." the stranger muttered, still looking ahead of him
This caught you off guard. Like, what the heck, dude??
"I know." You replied casually "Most people do. You'll have to wait in line like the rest of everyone else."
Surprisingly, the male chuckled softly "Ah, I like you, (y/n). I'll have to come talk to you again."
And then he stood up and left again
Wow. Wait, how'd he know my name, tho-
