"Steve get ov...."
This can't be, one second he was here the next he wasn't. You see we were at a Wal-mart obtaining some screws to fix our fence with, and I went looking for some glue when he called for me. "Um dad where are you?" I waited a few seconds to see if I could hear anything.
"Hmm, no reply maybe he is in the next isle over" I thought
"This is not funny dad!!"
"Hey!! Do you know where my mom and dad are?" Said, a kid who looked to be around my age and had shaggy brown hair with brown eyes and a avrege build and fairly dark skin.
"No I don't, have you seen my dad he is a big and burly man" I asked,
"Nope sorry"
"Maybe we can help each other find our parents" I suggested, he thought about it for a few seconds and then said, "Ya why not." We looked for a good half-hour when finally I said, "Hey man I think they just disappeared I mean look. We have come across four others with parents missing."

"I think so too." he replied.
"I got to go man, I've got to help my sis if all grown-ups did disappear" as I started to walk out he asked, "Can I go with you?"
"Why?"
"Because I don't have any one that needs help, I'm a only child."
"I guess so."
"Thanks."
"Well, if your going to stay with me you need to know my name which is Steve what's yours?"
"Dave."
After that we walked out towards the parking lot towards my dads 1978 Dodge Ram (which was complty beat up and rusting on the sides and bed and just barly running.) Dave asked, "Why are we going to your dads truck?"
"Because I have keys for it and I can drive it."
"Really?"
"Ya my dad taught me how to." I said, then I got it started, and drove it towards the open road.

About half a hour later we stopped in a neighborhood that was just on the outskirts of town. All the houses looked pretty much the same. With perfectly cut grass, three car garages, and fences three feet high.
"Well I need to stop here, and get some friends." I said,
"Okay."
"Hey John, Spencer get out here!!" "I'm Right here man." John said, "You don't need to yell."
"Where's Spencer?"
"He went on vacation yesterday."
"Oh ok."
John looked at the truck, and asked
"Who's the new guy?"
" That's Dave." I said.
Then John walked over to the truck.
"Hi I'm John nice to meet you."
"Dave"
Then the two shook hands, and John looked at me and asked,
"Why are you driving your dads truck?"
"He's gone, disappeared."
"Mine too"
"Hey you still have your off-road go-kart?"
"Ya why?"
"Just a hunch, but I think we might need it"
"You can have it, but only if I can go with you guys."
"Go where?" Asked, Dave
Only then did I realize I still didn't tell him where we where going.
"To my house" I said then I looked at John and asked, "Why? You've got a great place to stay, and plenty of food."
"Ya but if your hunch is correct then in a week this place will turn into a war zone"
"Okay but then you need to load all your food into your mom's van and the go-kart into the truck"
"Deal." Then Dave, John, and I started loading the food and the Go-kart. Half way through a gang of 5 kids all lean. They stopped us and the one leading the gang asked, "What are you guys doing with all that food, and that go kart?"
"Well If you must know we are going to his place till the grown-ups show up again." David said.
"Well then that's a pretty big task for only three guys"
"True but we'll manage" I interjected.
"Well how about you let us help you" "You would only be extra weight unless you can drive"
"Well we have three guys that can drive so we can't be to much extra weight"
"Okay fine get started by getting food." and so for about two hours and then I realized some thing and said,
"Hey any one got like three to four walkietalkies or short rang radios?" "I've got like six of the short range radios" answered the leader of the gang
"OK good we are going to need those if we are going to through this for the trip to my place..."
I was saying, when John got the idea and finished for me
"Just in case any of us get split up or run it trouble great idea man!" Then the leader of the gang got the radios, and we all headed towards my place.

I know that I did not get all the errors but I'm working them out. Again any help would be extremely helpful.
