A few hours later...

Sue collected the result from the test lab and placed the papers on the table for the group to see.

"According to the result collected from the lab, It can confirm that the DNA on the knives itself has both Sally's and Mandy's DNA in it. And on the knives handles it can confirm that the person that owns both knives is Lemi Gevato's as there is his fingerprint on it. Over here, inside the report it clearly detects that Lemi has already washed those knives before placing it back to his car-boots. Beside those, earlier on we went through the content inside the bin and found out that it contained a pair of gloves and some used tissues too. We have taken these two items along with one of the used condoms to the lab to check through and we found that these three items have Lemi Gevato DNA in it too." She read out a brief detail of it.

"Did you all find any new details on those items?" She asked the group.

"Yes. Indeed. We have checked with all Ridgemount town shops that specially sell sharp items and check with the courier companies. Lemi Gevato did indeed purchase those two knives in the month of April. And he indeed purchased those items online. The details are here. One of the courier companies gave it to us." Eric said, placing the paper down.

"How about you both? Did you guys—" Sue stopped as a loud noise disrupted their discussion.

The door immediately opens and reveals two other cops rushing in.

"Yes?"

"Mdm. the tow driver called us and said that they can't move the vehicle away." One of the cops informed them.

"Can't move the vehicle?" Sue asks back. Wondering why they can't move the vehicle.

"Yes. They say a man suddenly appears from nowhere and demands them to not take his vehicle away." The other cops explain.

"Afterwards?" Sue questions further.

"The man managed to push them off and drove the vehicle away. Along with the tow truck." The cop explained finish.

Everybody looks at the two cops in utter shock as they finish explaining everything.

Now they have another unexpected task to handle at this time of the day.

Half an hour later at around 7.pm, the group came back to where the vehicle was found and to be towed away. They got off and only found two workers sitting at the side looking injured. With another one keeping a lookout.

"Sir, are you alright? We are the police officers. Could you explain to us what exactly happened?" Sue asks, as she crouches down and assists the workers up with a few others.

"Just now, a young man... c-came and suddenly pulled us away harshfully. Then he jumped into the vehicle and-and drove away..." He explained to them.

"What he means by is, when they are assisting me to tow the vehicle away while I am at the front controlling the truck. A man suddenly came and pushed them off quite harshly to the ground. I heard a shout at the back and got down to check what happened. However when I came down to help them up I was hit at the back by something and was unconscious for sometime. When I am finally awake the truck is gone and we are left here with nothing." The other worker explained.

"The ambulance is here, mdm." Rachel informs them.

"Ok... good. Sir we will assist you and your colleagues to the ambulance and y'all will be accompanied by four of our officers to the hospital to treat your injuries. Afterwards our officer will be on guard for your safety and question you a bit about the suspicious person... Could we have your truck number plate please." She asks them after finishing telling them that help has come and they will be escorted to safety by four of the officers in her group.

"Here. R7689E, is an orange truck... Please track down that truck, We don't want to get into trouble Miss." The worker told them as he handed them the plate number.

"No worries sir, we will be able to find your truck and will give your superior a clear statement of this incident." Sue promised them.

After that, the three workers were assisted into the ambulance and were accompanied by four of them, while the rest stayed back and began tracking down the truck and the blue coupe.
