At the interrogation room - 

Sue and Eric took their seats at the other end of the room, as they arrived.

For the next few minutes the room is silent as Sue studies the man's statement on the paper he has written down.

"Good afternoon sir. I am Sue, the head investigator of Ridgemount brunch."

"Would you like to share with us your statement of what happened.... to your niece?" She introduces herself and asks him.

"I just told you all on that piece of paper.... However even if I told you guys, the man won't even admit his mistake" The guy told them.

"No worries sir, as long as you cooperate with us and give us the correct statement. We are willing to help you give your niece an answer" Eric told him.

"Then... Should I start now?" He asked them.

"Yes you may. Please sir." Sue summoned him.

"This is my statement..."

Then he begins telling them the whole situation from the start...

Charlie Ginovo statement -

On one fine day - 

I remembered that day, we were told to prepare for a tea-party at the bar for a family's newborn celebration. I am more or less inside the kitchen mending on the preparation. Whilst we were all busy with the preparation, so my mind is not that really occupied.

When lunch-time rolls in. My best friend, Luke, one of the bartenders, let me spend some time with him at the bar area, as it is also his lunch time too.

"We been really busy this days huh"

"Yeah.... true man. I have been working overnight shift for the last two weeks."

"Basically we were both talking away, when a young waitress walked towards us.

"Hey Char, how's life tho?" She asked me.

"Tired," I replied, chewing on my food.

"You know what... I think you better watch that niece of yours" she says.

"That what?" Luke asks her.

"Niece" she repeated. Then pointed towards the other direction....

We then saw my boss trying to seduce her as they talked casually. On the table, they are just casually talking. However at the bottom. He is trying to touch her area as she tries her best to get away from him. Shifting on her seat.

We all saw how uncomfortable she was...

My jew hard, and my mouth forms into a thin line, looking at the scene in-front of me.

Thank goodness. The waitress, Jane, her name. Step in to distruct our boss as my niece gets away from him...

However the situation didn't end there.

As time goes by, my boss continues to get really close to her. A few waitresses aside from Jane were slightly jealous of her as she got all the attention from my boss. Some of my male colleagues notice it too, and advise me to try taking it out with my sister.

The last straw came for her when one day, she faked being sick and didn't go to work for the week. Things grow suspicious as she is even more cautious and refuses touches from anybody, even my sister.

Then my sister and I have a talk, and that's when I told her the whole situation. Which led us to a major quarrel, because I am at the workplace there and I should take responsibility and protect her from any harm.

That very night, my brother-in-law came home, and we talked things out. Afterwards, the next day we manage to bring her to a psychologist and that's where the police are involved.

As the police question him, the man denies his act. He just says that it is normal for a colleague and a boss to talk, as she is new to the work and is very young, he just wanted to give her some advice about life and share with her his work-life experience.

However my niece told the police that beside those talks he occasionally will ask her if she could meet him at his office, mostly after work. Alone.

That's where we heard that he will sexual harress her, and try to have sex with her. Despite being underage, he just go on with his act towards her. He even tried to groom her by doing sexual acts.

My niece has no choice as he threatens her and says if she doesn't comply with him, he will make sure that she is only allowed to work night-shift and will only serve drinks to male customers only, as he knows a few of them are interested in her.

That's when I am on my limit and the following day, when I see my boss. I immediately punched him. Start a fight with him.

A week later, I was fired from my job.

The room once again fell silent as the man finished his statement while Sue and Eric write down the information....
