As I stand there in my underwear no shirt next to Lucas who's also in his underwear and no shirt my two older sisters staring at me smiling and my mom's face getting deep red I tried to find my words to explain myself. But all I do is cry uncontrollably. Through my crying crying I explain what happened with my boyfriend and how Lucas save me and took care of me and I was trying to pay him back by taking him shopping because I know he doesn't have many clothes.

I also try to explain that we weren't doing anything wrong it's just that Lucas is very dirty and afraid of water but I don't know how much my mother understood. My sisters are laughing at me. I am trying to control myself Lucas moved closer to me and gives me a hug and the funny part he remembers to squeeze my butt. I think that just makes my mother more upset but she still doesn't say anything. I finally calm down and able to clearly State what happened.

And to my amazement an embarrassment my mother and sisters laugh at the whole situation. My mother looks at Lucas and says so you're a hero but you don't talk or bathe that's okay. She walks over to him gently moves him away from me give him a hug tell him thank you and squeezes his butt and then gives his bottom a little snack Lucas jumps and turns red. Both of my sisters fall on the floor laughing I'm embarrassed and begin to cry again. I don't know why but my family loves to embarrass me.

After everyone in my family stops laughing at my expense I put a pair of shorts shorts on as well as a tiny tank top and I help Lucas into his pajamas. My mom thinks there are adorable on him she even makes the comment there should be a trap door in the back my face turns red with embarrassment and anger at the whole ordeal. Per usual Lucas doesn't say anything he just sits there quietly next to me as my sisters and mother go on about the upcoming dates of the ballet company we're going to spend three weeks in our local counting doing performances at various locations the Community College the community theater and the community center as well as put on recitals for the three local private academies that my parents and sisters and I have been giving lessons at to spoiled Rich Kids 4 years. My mother teaches ballet at a private school for rich kids and my sisters do the same at the school's other to satellite campuses. It provides 1/3 of our family income the second third of our family income comes from private lessons at the ballet school that my mother runs. She's a wonderful ballet artist but not a very good business woman the last third of our family income comes from donations and government grants as well as our showcase that we put on every year for 4 months one month in each County in 3 different states all very affluent communities that support the Arts most of our shows are for school children or a flow members of the community who support the Arts.

And of course as we continue the evening my sisters Eleanor and Erin continue to embarrass me along with my mother bringing up on beerus and stories about me. Right before dinner Erin asks when my significant other will be going home? I'm not sure how to respond before I can answer my mother turned in after dinner Lucas will go home we have to feed him first look how skinny he is. My sister Erin chimes in and states that will were all skinny here. Eleanor gets upset yells and screams Stomps her feet and goes off to her room she has her own room and me and my sister Erin share room you would think two twin girls with the same egg inside my Mother's tummy could get along and our bedroom but no most of my life it's been me and my sister Erin because Eleanor always wants to do her own thing. Erin goes after her to find out what the problem is.

Why my two older sisters are off arguing in Eleanor's room my mother asks more questions about Lucas I tell her that he goes to the school with me from what I have gathered from asking around he's very smart good at math and science he's also very helpful but shy. My mother asks him why he doesn't talk he writes on a notepad bad past. She asks him what that means he writes foster parents were mean. My mother begins to move closer to him and offer him a little bit of a hug her eyes have tears in them she asks what happened to his family period with no emotion he writes on the pad that he never met his mother and father they died in a car accident and he was born he live with his grandmother until he was 11 when she passed away and then was in foster care until he was 18.
Erin comes back after about 10 minutes my mother asks her what Eleanor's problem was my sister states that Eleanor's upset because she doesn't want to wear clothes and she wants to walk around the house naked like we always do and have done for years but she can't because somebody has a male guest over. I looked down at my feet and think oh boy this is going to cost me my sister is kind of a bitch and when she doesn't get what she wants she will make your life miserable. As I'm thinking about how I'm going to deal with my sisters anger when my mother yells out oh big deal she has to wear clothes for a little while it's not going to kill her.

Us three ladies laugh as we get up and go to the kitchen to decide what to make for dinner Lucas quietly falls behind and when the four of us arrived in the kitchen he immediately begins to help my mother Winx and tells me looks like we have a keeper here such a good helper.

We have a nice Greek salad a lots of feta cheese and my mom throws in some chicken and sliced turkey the four of us are setting the table when it Eleanor comes out of her room wearing very short shorts and a bra but no top. My mom says to her see it's not that bad. Eleanor States she'd rather be naked. Erin laughs and tells her to to grow up and just deal with it for now it's only going to be for an hour. We all enjoyed dinner laughing telling jokes and a family Lucas sit there quietly next to me and Erin he doesn't make a sound but he does smile and when he's asked a question he writes a message on his Pad and holds it up. My mom is so sweet to him she even gives him cookies and chocolate milk for dessert when we are finished with dinner of course the three young ladies and my mother are all on diets to keep our ballerina bodies. People don't think about Arenas are athletes but we have to work out and train for our craft.

When it is time to go to bed in the evening Lucas changes out of his pajamas and put on a pair of pants and a skateboard t-shirt puts on his Vans shoes and grabs his skateboard we are about to step out the door when it begins to pour rain really hard. So we may wait a few minutes to go when Lucas sees hortus the tortoise in our yard I explained to him that that is a gopher tortoise they are illegal to have as a pet but my mom got a permit from the wildlife officer that allows us to keep him because he was raised by a human illegally and does not know how to look for his own food when they arrested him they had nowhere to put orders to tortoise my mom applied for a permit and now he is our pet. Lucas runs outside in the pouring rain and make sure that hortus the tortoises little house will keep him dry he quickly fixes a leak in the roof that we have been meaning to fix for month but haven't done so horse goes inside his little Hut and digs a hole to stay dry Lucas grabs a few worms that he finds in the grass and puts it in the hut for Horace to eat for dinner along with his other greens and fruits in his food bowl. Lucas comes back inside soaking wet before I can say anything to him my mother runs over takes his shirt off and his pants and dry Sam off of the towel and tells him that now he has to stay here for the night when my sister Eleanor here then she drops 5 f bombs in a row my mother tells her she better knock it off or she'll get a spanking and she's not too old for one Eleanor goes back in her room and slammed the door closed. Erin reaches inside Lucas his backpack and pulls out his pajamas pushes him to the floor puts his pajamas on his feet and then pulls them up she lives him up and puts his pajamas top on him she gives him a hug and tell him I guess we're going to have a sleepover. LOL. An hour goes by and it is time to go to bed Lucas doesn't say anything he just continues to yawn. I begin to make up the couch for him in my mother asks what I'm doing. I tell her that I'm making up the couch for the kids to sleep in and she tells me no that's not what's going to happen she picks him up and Carries him into my room I quickly follow and notice that my sister already has her bed pulled down and has my teddy bear on her bed my mother puts Lucas in the middle he looks at the teddy bear hug and a kiss. It's so adorable I climb into the bed and my sister climbs in the other side the three of us can fit in the bed comfortably Lucas and me and the teddy bear as my sister turns off the light clicking the remote next to her bed my mother blows us a kiss as she closes the door the three of us go to sleep as the thunder and rain come pouring down.
