These last couple weeks have been very difficult and stressful things in my life always go crazy I don't know why but nothing can ever be simple. Lucas is always trying to help the family with tasks yes. My mother asked him to clean the garage as well as clean out the gutters so of course he tries his best and does whatever my mom asks.

First starts to clean out all the garbage out of our garage he continues to do all the chores that my mother asked. He continues to work hard as we all watch from The cool air condition from inside the house.

Next he climbs up on the roof and starts to clean out the gutters as he's cleaning the gutters he loses his balance and begins to fall off the roof grabbed onto the gutters to catch himself he rips them off the siding of the house and crashes on top of my mother's car damaging her sunroof as well as the gutter panel goes to the window immediately jump up to see if he's okay we can clearly see that he is very hurt but he gets up and runs off.

For being someone who is hurt he is very quick we are on outside but we can't find him we look all for the neighborhood for about 2 hours and still can't find him I'm crying and desperately worried about him there is no way he is not hurt. My mom cleans up the car and we begin to look all over

We continue to look for him all night long we still can't find him I go to the school the comic book shop the storage said where he used to live I even go to the animal rescue place I can't find him I'm desperately worried where he is and I still can't find if my mom calls the hospitals as well as the police we look all over and we can't find him I don't know where he is and I'm getting worried.

I send out a mass text as well as a mess social media post about Lucas and how he is hurt and we need to find it my sister's friends my mom's friends are friends from the ballet troupe all spend time looking for him. We all desperately are looking for him nobody can find him it's getting very late so we go back to bed but I am unable to sleep and neither is my mother she blames herself because she shouldn't always put all these tasks on Lucas sometimes you have to help out but other times you need to get profession.

I cry all night with my mother we don't know where he is I'm extremely nervous I get up early I put my Heelys shoes on and I begin to go look for him this time I decide to go down to the beach to look for him I don't know why I go to the beach he hates water but just something tells me to go there I begin to look all around I still can't find him I cry and scream.

He continues to elude me I asked everyone I see if they've seen him showing them his picture on my phone. I see a trail of blood and I immediately think that it's him so I follow the trail and it leads to a fish processing plant so I guess I was wrong. I call his phone one more time and this time I hear it ring so I begin to call the sound before it goes out I follow it to a lifeguard stand and underneath I find Lucas passed out he is severely hurt. I immediately flag down a lifeguard and we begin CPR as we take him to one of the small hospitals goes to the beach. Upon entering the hospital clinic they tell us after performing a few tests and x-rays that he has a collapsed lung and has internal bleeding they think he needs to go to the main hospital but they will stabilize him and then transfer him to the main hospital as I'm calling my mother and sisters to let them know that I have found him I'm crying and they can barely understand me they meet us at the main hospital the doctors work 4 hours or able to stabilize him and they tell us he will be able to go home and at least 10 days or so.

We are concerned about Lucas and when we are allowed to go in my mother and my sister Erin go in with me and my mother immediately tears him a new one asking him why he ran away how dangerous that could be. Why did he run away? What was he thinking. Lucas has a pad of paper and a pen and he writes furiously that he is sorry he broke the window damage the car ripped out the gutters. He did not want my mother mad at him and he didn't know how to fix it. He thought it would be best for him to leave because he caused all that damage this stuff has happened in the past when he has had accidents so he didn't know what to do now he's in the hospital and he doesn't know how he's going to pay for it it begins to cry.

My mother my sister and myself begin to hug him and my mother apologizes telling him he is now part of the family is one of us and how we spent all that time looking for him and he doesn't have to pay her back for the hospital bills or the damage to the property or car that was her fault and don't worry he's covered under our insurance as an employee of the ballet troupe remember she tells him she reminds him that he is officially a bookkeeper of the ballet troupe so he's covered under the insurance the house and the car or covered under insurance and they will take care of everything the main important thing is that he is safe and healthy and remember that he's a part of the family and we are here to help him and love him and support him.
I am happy that my boyfriend and love is safe I do not leave his side for the next 10 days I sleep at the hospital in a very uncomfortable chair as long as I know that he is safe and will be coming home soon that's what matters come up I talk to our professors and we do all our school work if I have a laptop so we don't fall behind.

Sometimes when I don't get what I want in my mom gets upset at me and we have a fight over stupid things like address pair of shoes or something and I say things that I don't mean. Events like this make you realize the important things in life

when 1 small accident and I could have lost one of the most important people in my life.

I remember every day that I must say thank you for all the blessings I have I may not have everything I want but sometimes you have to work for it but I will not lose my love again I will make sure when my mother gives him test that I helped him to make sure he's safe and I assist him just because we are women and young lady doesn't mean we should let him do everything because he's the male of the house. I understand that he believes that he must do these things to pay my family back but we must work hard to show him that he is a member of the family

My sister Eleanor my sister Erin my grandmother Memaw and my mother and I must all work together to build a family unit with Lucas and make sure that he doesn't feel like an outsider and that he is included we all must work together to support each other and remember that we are all equal Partners except my Mema and my mother are the matriarchs and they are in charge of the ultimate say but we must work together to become a loving family.

I'm sorry diary / journal for all the Ramblin but I really do love and care about Lucas and if I lost him I don't know what I would do. But for now I will close this diary entry with how much I love and care about my family especially my loving boyfriend who's always there for me I'm crawling into his bed now and we're cuddling in the hospital bed the nurse even took a picture of us with her phone. She told me that she turns off the light how adorable we are. Hugs and kisses to everyone who loves to read this book although it's just me goodnight diary I love my family.
