Can Allah be your best friend?

If by best friend you mean someone who

loves you fiercely;

supports you through the thick and thin; is always there for you; watches out for you; constantly showers gifts and blessings upon you; forgives you over and over and over; makes sure you’re okay; helps you grow; never abandons you; only wants the best for you; and understands you in ways you don’t even understand yourself, then yes, Allah (swt) can be and is your best friend.
وَاللَّهُ وَلِيُّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ -

Have you ever noticed that how beautifully Almighty Allah has created this universe?

Every day, He paints different colours in the sky that one cannot stop gazing. One see nothing but beauty everywhere.

The view of sunset and sunrise, the stars on the sky and the moon, flowers and their fragrance, mountains, rivers, little cute animals and a lot many things are the signs of how beautifully and perfectly He has designed this entire world.

But what happens when you look into a mirror and see your reflection in it? A list of complaints starts whenever you look at yourself. I've seen people hiding their smiles because they think that it looks horrible when they show up their teeth. People hide their scars because they think they make them ugly. You are created by the same creator, then why you don't see beauty in yourself? You start comparing yourself with other people. You complain .
I meet everyday a lot of people, I observed,how they are so ungrateful?
It makes me more greatful ,HOW blessed I am !
But have you ever compared yourself with the people who are less blessed than you? While complaining about the shape of your eyes, have you ever thought about that little kid who was blind?
While disliking your hair, did you think about that young lady who has lost them during her chemotherapy doses?

Having a dissatisfaction with your height, did that boy cross your mind who was on a wheelchair and has lost his leg in an accident?
Why you don't appreciate the way in which you are been created by 'Allahtaala'?

As you see beauty in all of HIS creations, why don't you find beauty in you?

You are beautiful the way you are because this is how Allahtaala has made you, HE who is the best of creators. When you will start to count the things He has gifted you, you will realise that how lucky you are. Stop disliking yourself and critisizing others. Love and adore your entire being.

Start thanking God for the things HE has blessed you with.

When nobody else celebrates you, learn to celebrate yourself.
When nobody else compliments you, then compliment yourself.
It’s not up to other people to keep you encouraged.
It’s up to you.
Encouragement should come from the inside.

believe compliments
be vulnerable and soft-hearted.
tell people you love that you love them. see beauty in everyday things. live life like you’re in a movie. don’t be afraid to begin again.

Reminder:
Try to show your loved ones how much they mean to you, how much you care about them.

Don’t neglect yourself because you think you should be grateful or your life seems nice compared to many others.
If you’re feeling sad, you don’t need to justify it to people. It means you have needs that aren’t being met or something is missing that you need to acknowledge.

Don’t compare how big or small your reasons seem. So don’t write off your sadness as nothing because you’re guilty.

You deserve to have feelings and accept them. your feelings are real and you deserve to be as kind towards yourself as you would to anyone else.

You know what is one of the greatest gifts Allah can grant you? 

The ability to sit down and reflect, contemplate, ponder over your actions and deeds. 
To think about all you’ve done, in relation to Him or His other creations.

Not many people can proudly admit their mistakes and feel the anguish in their heart. 
Not many people are willing to drop the faces on the dirt and admit that they were wrong.
It is such a blessing to take into account my dealings and transactions with someone and know exactly where I went wrong. 
What I could have done better?  This is all due to Him.  He’s the one that sends this inspiration upon us.  Sometimes it comes with tears, but the conviction in your heart is strong that you surely know it is God teaching you a lesson. 

And what a greater blessing when all that you have hasn’t become obsolete, but there is another chance to possibly redeem yourself.
