A week later

I can't believe it today was the day I left for Hogwarts! I was getting ready to go to the train station and say goodbye to mom and board the Hogwarts Express!
As mom and I drove to Kings Cross Station I was busy checking my list to make sure I had everything I needed.
"Carmen." Mom said.
"Yes, mom?" I ask. 
"Please sit with someone who know when you board the train." She told me."
"Why?" I ask quite confused.
"Cause Hogwarts can be very dangerous." She warned. 
"Okay mom." I replied.
"I'm gonna miss you Carmen." My started to tear up.
Oh, no not this I thought to myself.
"Mom, please don't do this to me." I replied.
"I'm sorry sweetie, I just know how dangerous Hogwarts can be I don't want anything to happen to you." Mom answered.
"Don't worry mom I'll be fine." I said.  We arrived at the train station and me walked onto the platform.  When we walked closer to the train my mom spotted Draco and they exchanged friendly smiles which really surprised me.  Draco walked over to us with us son Scorpius.
"Hello Hermione." Draco said with a smile.
"Hello Draco long time no see." Mom responded.
"This is my son Scorpius." Draco said.
"It's his first year to and who might this be?" Draco asked as he smiled at me.
"This is my daughter Carmen." Mom replied.
"Hello Draco." I said.
"Hey Carmen." Scorpius said.
"Hey Scorpius." I replied with a smile.
"You can call me Scorp that's what all my friends call me." Scorpius replied.
"Well ok then Scorp it is." I laughed.
It was time to board the train I turned to mom and gave her a hug.
"I love you Carmen see you at Christmas." My mom whispered
"Love you to mom." I replied.
Then me and Scorpius boarded the train. We sat down in a compartment together and the train began to move.
"So, what house do you want to be put in? Scorpius asked me.
"Um, I think Gryffindor." I replied.
"What about you?" I asked him.
"Slytherin I wanna be just like my dad!" He exclaimed.
After a few hours we arrived at Hogwarts. I was ready to start the best 7 years of my life!
