Name: Vigil

Age: No one is quite sure

Backstory: Some say that Vigil was the product of a tragedy. Many rumors have spread, but the most popular one is that he was once a father. They say that he had a seven year old daughter whom he walked to the school bus stop every day. One day, he'd been running behind and his boss had already told him that if he were to get another strike he'd be fired. Being a single father, he couldn't afford to lose his job as he'd be unable to feed and support his daughter. The little girl had told him that she'd be fine going to the bus stop alone as it was only a few blocks away. Vigil, thinking that he lived in a safe neighborhood, agreed to that and allowed her to walk to the stop. He got into his car and hurried off to work while his daughter made her way down the sidewalk. The little girl saw a sleek blue car headed towards her, slowing down once its door was right next to her. It didn't take long for the man inside to convince her to get into his car, the man had posed as a family friend. Vigil received a call asking about his daughter and why she'd not been at school. He left work early, immediately driving back home. She wasn't there. Vigil went to the police to report a missing child. They may have come onto the scene and conducted several search parties, but nothing came up. Soon the case was cold. It was like his daughter had just vanished. Several years later the body was found and the police were able to narrow it down to a few suspects. Once they had the killer, he went to court. He wasn't given the death penalty for the crimes he'd committed. Vigil was angered at the system, how a man like that could escape death. So he took upon himself to deliver true justice for those who'd been wronged.

Personality/A little about him: Vigil is said to have a sense of humor, often dry. He doesn't speak much, but when he does he is known to have a very broad vocabulary and sound quite intelligent. The outfits he has been spotted with usually stick to the gothic or punk style. Vigil isn't easily tricked and he is very observant. Some who have come in contact with him say that he likes to tell riddles and solve them. He has only been spotted at night, lurking the streets and hiding in the shadows.
