(No POV)

Chaos ensured when Asia, Xenovia, Irina, Yuuto, Gasper, and even Koneko all piled on Y/N, hugging her, holding her arms and legs, and just generally very cuddly on a very....personal level. Rias and Akeno wanted to watch this for a bit for amusement but that's how they feel about Y/N too. How they want to join the fun but they held themselves...for now at least. When the right time happens, they will not let her go in a cuddle. 

Rias- *Laughs* All right everybody, get off of Y/N now. The poor girl needs to catch her breath.

Koneko/Asia/Xenovia/Irina/Yuuto/Gasper- Awww, but do we have too?

Akeno- I'm afraid so, so please get off of her....now.~

They pouted at her but did get off of Y/N. Y/N then got up and took a minute to catch her breath and process what the hell just happened right now?

Y/N- That....was something. *Burp* Sorry.

Rias- *Chuckling* It's no problem Y/N, now that you had some desert and had a 'good time' with the others, I think it's time to discuss that proposed offer I talked about in the letter i wrote. 

Y/N- Oh..sure then. 

Rias- Excellent.~

Rias and Y/N walked out of the dining room with Y/N saying bye to the girls and said she would see each other again later. Rias felt a bit jealous of that but she understands the importance of sharing Y/N with her peerage members so it doesn't bother her too much but still...the feeling is there. 

Ria's mind- I will soon have time with her to myself.~ I just need to wait but it will be worth it in the end. ~

(Y/N's POV)

I followed Rias to wherever we were going so I took the chance to look around the house and holy shit, it's the fanciest place I've ever been in. I wonder what kind of jobs her parents have to afford this, I bet a very good job. 

Rias- We're almost there Y/N.

Y/N- Got it.

We soon went to a door that leads to a nice-looking room with a desk, chair, desktop, and the decor looks like something that a CEO would work in.

Rias- Please take a seat Y/N and we shall get to talking.

I went to a black comfy chair and sat down waiting for her to take her seat behind the desk.

Rias- Now that we are in privacy, I think I should jump straight into this.

Y/N- Ok, so what's up?

Rias- Do you know why we came here from Kouh, Japan to the U.S?

Y/N- No..why?

Rias- Well, my parents want me to one day take over their 'kingdom' and to prove myself, I will have to build a successful business and possibly make myself well known in this country. 

Gee, her parents are those kinds of extremists. That is intense pressure all already.

Rias- And I figured out a way to do this but there is one problem...I don't have anyone willing to deliver these flyers to promote my business.

She then handed me this said flyer and the way it looks like...I wonder what kind of business she is doing cause it doesn't look like anything I have seen before. But I didn't want to ask anything to not upset her or anything like that, plus she did welcome me to her home so...yeah.

Rias- Now, I know what are you thinking? "Rias, why are you talking to me about if there are thousands of people who can do this for you?"

That's exactly what I was thinking too actually. This girl is good. 

Rias- You have something that no one else: Earnest.

Y/N- ...Do I?

Rias- Based on what I see with your interactions with my friends and how they speak of you, I come to believe that you don't stop at anything till you are satisfied with the results. Even though you didn't know them for very long, you still made sure they were happy, making them feel welcome here and even answer their questions no matter how odd they are. That's Earnest, the firm believes in reaching a goal no matter how big or small it is.

I mean, yeah I do like to see those girls happy as I think they are really good people to hang out with and they saved my ass once. So I think it's good to repay the favor by helping them out too. That's the goal I was want to do...the goal of helping people out no matter how big or small the action is.

Rias- I think you would be an excellent candidate to take a job that involves putting these flyers into spots that people can see so it can raise awareness. 

Y/N- So...are you offering me a job to help you build this 'business of yours so you can prove yourself to your parents?

Rias- In a nutshell, yes.

Wow.

 Rias- But don't worry, you will be paid for this. I'm thinking about $200-$300 hundred dollars every time you do a run. 

WAIT...200 TO 300 HUNDRED DOLLARS?!? HOLY SHIT?!

Y/N- Are..y-you s-serious?

Rias- Absolutely, even though I'm away from my original home, I managed to persuade my parents of giving me a loan of 2.1 million dollars to start up. So I can afford to pay you so high.

This is every young freshman's dream of earning that much money, but it doesn't come easily. But I have someone who can be right in front of me. But, the question is...do I take this?

Rias- So that is my offer from me to you...do you want to come work for me and help me achieve my goal? You don't have to take it, it won't hurt my feelings at all and I understand if this is a bit much for what you are used too. 

Y/N- ...Rias.

Rias- Yes?

Y/N- This offer of yours.....is the best damn thing I have ever heard in my life. I am willing to work for you cause you and the rest of your friends have been nothing but nice and friendly to me and I feel like I need to repay the kindness to you, so yes I'll do it. 

Rias- Then it's settled, congratulations Y/N for being my 'first' employee.

We shook hands and that is it. I'm gonna be working even though I'm not old enough but who cares, I'm gonna be making the dough.

Y/N- It's an honor Rias.

Rias- then that's it with the meeting, now I will be telling you the details tomorrow. Right now, let's go meet up with the rest, I'm sure they want to hang out with you.

Y/N- Ok!

We exited the room and went to the living room where they were at. But oh boy, once I set foot in that living room, the girls turned in our direction and I was bracing for it.

Akeno/Asia/Koneko/Xenovia/Irina/Yuuto/Gasper- Y/N, we missed you!

Y/N- Yeah! Now please don't do what you just did in the dining room ok?!

Akeno- *Giggle* I bet that was something that has never happened to you.~

Y/N- Yeah! Pretty much!

Akeno- Well, not to worry, I just told them not to do that anymore.

Y/N- Thank you.

Akeno- *Wisper* At least for now.~

Y/N- What?

Akeno- Oh nothing.~

Y/N's mind- I'm gonna have to press X for doubt of that but let's move on.

Y/N- Ok then....so...

Akeno- Come here Y/N, come on, we don't bite.~

Y/N- Uhh...

Rias then pushed me a little towards them and I was about to trip but Asia caught you on time and gently sat you down on the couch.

Asia- Are you ok Y/N-sama?

Y/N- I'm good, thanks for that.

Asia- I-its no problem at a-all.

She was blushing red and I don't get why. Hope she doesn't get sick or anything like that. 

Y/N- So..what shows do you like?

Irina- There's like so much here you guys in America have, like wow!!

Y/N- I say.

Xenovia- Do you know anything interesting about this thing called...Netflix.

Y/N- Yeah I do. It's a streaming service, here I'll show you guys what they have.

I showed them the various shows from Breaking Bad to Stranger Things and there were very mixed reactions like Asia's concerns for some shows. Guess she never watched any kind of media growing up huh? Well, after some time showing them, I thought we go with something funny and that is Kung fu Panda.

Y/N- This movie is one of my favorites since I was little. I hope you guys like it too.

They all smiled and we paid attention to the TV when the moon Dreamworks logo showed. 

(Timeskip)

It was around 6 pm and I had to go home so I told Rias about it and she had Codsworth taking me home which was awesome. I said goodbye to the group and I would leave a little earlier if they weren't clingy especially Asia and Koneko for some reason.

Asia- We'll see you again in school tomorrow right Y/N-sama?

Y/N- Yeah of course.

Koneko- Promise?

She looked at me with those usual stone eyes but something about it this time had a little emotion in it this time.

Y/N- Promise.

I had to make a pinky promise to her and she let me go with a blush on her face.

Y/N- *Chuckle* Well, good night everyone.

Rias/Akeno/Koneko/Asia/Xenovia/Irina/Yuuto/Gasper- Goodnight Y/N~

Codsworth- Are we ready to go miss?

Y/N- Sure am, I'm beat.

Codsworth- Then let's be on our way then.

We headed to the car and began to go back to my house.

Y/N's mind- Tommowrow will sure be different than usual but...I don't mind a little bit.

(Ria's POV)

There she goes, oh it was nice having her here today and she got to spend time with the crew. But the best part of today was she accepted my offer which I knew would be wise not to pass on it. Don't worry, I'll make it worth her time. As I went to my office to do some paperwork, Akeno was already sitting on my chair with her usual big smile.

Akeno- It sure was nice having her here, yes?

Rias- Yes and I assume you feel such strong emotions for her don't you.

Akeno- You read my mind, and you and I know that the rest do too.

Rias- But we are sharing her.

Akeno- Of course, we are, cause after all....Sharing is caring.~

Akeno left my office giggling and I sat down thinking about what she said. Sharing her with my peerage was going to be final but with everyone outside of them. Well....I don't like it.

Ria's mind- I may have to do something about this much later on but for right now, I have to deal with it. One day, we have her to ourselves and there is nothing I won't do to make it happen.

Now, I shall prepare for when we do get potential clients and we can begin to get our hands in this town.  

Rias- We are now open for business.~
