Ravens POV

Strapping her pack to her back and tightening the straps she flicked her plait over her shoulder, glancing over at the prison. In it lay Luke, Dalus and Theo - a huddle of blankets and pillows.

Despite the promise that the boys would have good lodgings for the night, the Hunters still wouldn't allow boys to sleep in their tents. Aunt Thalia had been quite apologetic but Raven's blood still boiled from the confrontation.

She glanced at the two girls beside her, her best friend and a determined Hunter.

Poppy's silvery blonde hair was in a straight blonde ponytail and her twin daggers glimmered dangerously in the wane moonlight.

Isla's blue eyes were hard, and she had tied her curly hair back in a ponytail. She stroked her bow as if for comfort.

All three girls wore silver combat outfits.

Ravens attentions were brought back to the prison when an exhausted guard finally headed off to bed. This was their precious seconds, before the new guard came.

The trio rose from the bushes in unison, rushing to the cage. Isla brought out the key, and the boys raised heads as the key jiggled around in the lock.

"Raven!" Luke grinned instantly, getting up and heading to her. She beamed, hugging him tight and kissing his cheek as they met.

Theo looked up and was smiling as Poppy embraced him warmly. Raven noticed a scowl on Dalus' face. It soon faded as she muttered to Theo. "I've missed you brother."

Poppy let go and turned to Dalus. Theo started chatting to Isla as if they were old friends.

"I knew you'd come. You'd miss me too much" Dalus said cockily.

Poppy punched his shoulder and order returned. All eyes turned to Theo and Isla. They both turned red and looked away.

Cute, Raven thought.

"So where are the Pegasus'?" Luke asked, still holding Ravens hand.

"This way" Isla turned around and bumped straight into Bella.

"Well well" Bellas eyes were murderous and her brown and blonde windblown hair added to the menacing effect.

"Oh hey Bell!" Isla chimed. "I was taking the prisoners for a walk to stretch their legs." She smiled sweetly.

"Right" Bella rolled her eyes. "Why would you do that when I was about to go on duty?"

"Uhhhh" Isla looked lost.

"Look blame us" Dalus stepped in. "We convinced her to help us because she owed Theo for saving her life." The whole group was shocked but tried to hide it and nodded and tried to look convincing.

Bella sighed. "Look, if you get out of her quick I'll cover for you. But Isla, this is a big betrayal. You won't be a Hunter after this."

Isla nodded, biting her lip. "Yes" She looked quite upset.

"Let's go" Raven urged softly, breaking away from Luke and placing a hand on her shoulder.

Isla regained her composure then they snuck around to the stables.

Raven made sure the horses were calm as they snuck them out.

She slid on in front of Luke onto Cloud and whipped the reins.

The three Pegasus' with riders on backs shot off into the night.
