Clerk: The rules said you are not allowed to have dyed hair

Blue-haired human: Bullshit! My hair is not dyed!

The clerk pulls out a spray bottle full of liquid and sprays on his hair which the blue dye slowly melts off of his hair revealing

Clerk: Your hair isn't dyed Huh?

Red-haired human: ... FUCK YOU!

Clerk: And to you, next!

The red hair stomps off as the next contestant takes his turn. Today is finally the Championship! Fighters around the world come to Coltopia to fight against each other to see who the true champion is! The people who were able to get tickets are currently waiting in line which surrounds the entire colosseum while others are who couldn't get a ticket and are currently watching it on tv or watching it live on a Livestream on their phone, waiting for the event, making it the most crowded event of the decade! Last-minute fighters are in a small line where Tadayoshi and Kiryu are waiting

Kiryu: Man, even if we showed up early it feels like the entire world is here to see this event

Tadayoshi: Should've just let me stay home if we had to be waiting *yawn*...

Kiryu: I mean if you didn't want to join the colosseum then yeah, they are doing last-minute fighters who want to join so we might be lucky to get in

Tadayoshi: Yeah...

Kiryu: So why are you joining the colosseum, I thought you had no interest in it

Tadayoshi: I don't, I just need the money so I don't have to worry about the bills in the future

Kiryu: ... Right

Tadayoshi: By the way where are the others?

Kiryu: They're probably in line but Craig decided to stay home because he wants to make sure Alpha is transported to the prison

Tadayoshi: Uh-huh...

Clerk: Next!

Kiryu steps up to the clerk which she scans his hair and eye to make sure they are real.

Clerk: Name?

Kiryu: Kiryu!

Clerk: Ok! Any reasoning why you want to join this championship?

Kiryu: I'm hoping to get stronger if there is any strong fighter

Clerk: Alrighty!

She prints out a piece of paper and hands it over to Kiryu

Clerk: Here's your number, have fun in there!

Kiryu: *takes the paper* thank you, see you in there Tadayoshi!

Kiryu walks into the Colosseum as Tadayoshi walks up to the clerk. The clerk scans him but when the clerk finishes and find out his hair is hair, the clerk gives an annoyed look

Clerk: Name...

Tadayoshi: Tadayoshi...

Clerk: Any reasoning you want to join?... And if you are going to say kill yourself then I'm sorry to say but the colosseum fights won't kill you

Tadayoshi: I didn't say anything about suicide... I just want the money...

Clerk: Ok...

The clerk prints out and piece a paper and slides it towards him

Clerk: Here's your number... have-

Tadayoshi: I know

He takes the paper and walks away while looking back at the clerk in a bit of anger

Tadayoshi: Fucking bitch...

He walks in to find Kiryu waiting for him with a female worker

Kiryu: Hey, you made it in

Tadayoshi: Yeah...

Worker: Is this him?

Kiryu: Yes, you can bring us now

Worker: ... I see... Follow me...

Tadayoshi and Kiryu begins to follow the female worker as they arrive in a room with a lot of fighters who were just chatting, instigating each other, or just practicing

Worker: This is the waiting room for you fighters, feel free to practice and chat until we call you by the number you were given

Kiryu: Alright, Thanks ma'am

The worker walks off as they begin walking around to find a more open space. As they were walking past people, Tadayoshi starts to notice some people were looking at him in disgust

Human: Why is a Forgotten here?...

Demi-human: First a Colorless and now a Forgotten?

Human: Keep away from him or he'll infect you into a Forgotten...

Brute: Must be trying to commit suicide here, such a shame he doesn't know he won't be able to *snicker*

Tadayoshi: *tsk*

Kiryu: You alright?

Tadayoshi: I'm fine...

Kiryu: So what Number did you get?

Tadayoshi: *looks at his paper* 5

Kiryu: I got 9, but I don't get why we're given these numbers

Speaker: Anyone with a number 3 please come and make your way down the hall

Suddenly a portcullis opens up which the fighters with a number 3 approaches it. A lady walks out and starts to lead the fights down the hall

Demi-human: Guess the first fight is starting

Human: I gotta watch this!

The fighter runs to a cage window which Tadayoshi and Kiryu looks to see the arena outside with the crowd roaring in cheers

Tadayoshi: So this is the colosseum...

Kiryu: Big event, can't wait to see how this goes

Outside in the crowd, the girl got into their exclusive seat as they waited for the event to begin

Amber: I've been waiting for this day! COME ON! I WANNA SEE A FIGHT!

Diana: Calm down Ambie, and please don't swear by accident, we're live streaming this

Amber: I know, still hyped for this day!

Chum: *dies of boredom*

Rachel: I know it's boring to what but you'll see something

Chum: *grouchy noises*

Tracer: Thanks for letting us have the good seats

Rachel: Don't need to thank us and besides its hard to sit in a crowded area

The crowd roars as they hear the voice, knowing the event has begun

The ground opens below as a man on a floating device flies up, he wore shades, purple hair, and a suit with a bow tie. The tv screen appears on the stadium for people to see better and people around the world watch live begins

Announcer: Humans and Demi-Humans! Welcome... to the Colosseum of Champions!

People let out a roar in cheer as confetti burst onto the crowd

Announcer: As you all know, every 10 years we pull this event to have the whole world come together to fight against each other to see who is the true champion! And now after a long wait, we will begin our first match!

Some the floor opens up again, but this time with all of the fighters that were called from the waiting room being lifted from the ground onto the arena

Announcer: Now for this year things will be different! Since this year is our biggest Colosseum fight, we have gotten so many fighters, so we decided we will have 10 matches! Each match will have 50 fighters and these fighters will fight against each until only one stands and will be deemed a Champion! And after those 10 matches, we will put those 10 champions into a battle to see who! Is the true champion! Now without farther of do! LETS GET READY TO RUMBLLLLLLLEEEE!

The announcer floats away as the fighter pulls out their weapons to fight as the countdowns start on the giant screen above the colosseum and city!

The fighter begins to battle each other some clash against each other, some took out other fighters, it was an all-out battle! A fighter with a sword cuts down a fighter with a bat which he laughs until suddenly gets hit in the back, knocking him out

?: Jeez, people getting so cocky for taking down someone so weak, very pathetic...

Brute: You're wide open shorty!

The brute takes a swing at the fighter but he quickly blocks the attack with his mace

Brute: What??

?: Short...

The fighter pushes the brute back which he starts to lose balance as the fighter swings his mace back

?: WHO ARE YOU CALLING SHORTY YOU MINDLESS GIANT!

He takes a full hard swing at the brute stomach which he coughs out saliva and starts to fly, smacking into some other fighter until slamming into a wall beneath the stadium which the crowd roars

Amber: Holy-! Diana, did you get that?!

Diana: I did! We also got about 1 million watchers right now!

Amber: For real?!

?: ANYONE WHO INSULTS ME ILL KILL THEM!

Suddenly he hears someone firing at him with a firearm which he quickly blocks all of the shots before swinging a bullet right back at him

?: BRING IT ON, YOU BASTARDS!

He leaps at the fighter which some of them look back in shock in fear. Soon they begin to see fighters flying in the air as if they were ragdolls

Announcer: Ohhhh, look like a brute or something took a good swing!

Cassie: Ha Ha Ha, seeing people flying like that is funny for some reason!

Rachel: Yeah but they better not fall onto us

Chum: *question how are people flying while slowly eating a meatball sub*

Vivian: I don't see Tadayoshi...

Tracer: Maybe he'll appear on the next fight... or later

As the fight was continuing, Tadayoshi, Kiryu, and the rest of the fighters were watching through a cage window that is below the stadium

Kiryu: Man it looks very intense!

Tadayoshi: Eh...

Kiryu: Really? What are you even interested in if this doesn't look interesting?

Tadayoshi: Money...

Kiryu: -.-

Suddenly another fighter smacks against the cage window and slowly slides down to see only one person standing in the arena, surrounded by the unconscious bodies with dust around him. Soon the announcer levitates down from the arena

Announcer: And we have a winner for our first round!...

As the dust clears out, it was revealed the first Champion of the Colosseum. He had a red hair color, an open dark red shirt with a black jacket cape, black pants with mini skulls and boots

Announcer: The winner of the first round is... Oh! That's very interesting... The Red Madman, MARS!

Mars: WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME?!

The crowd roars to see the winner as Mars looks around with a very angry look

Mars: BOO ALL YOU WANT YOU BASTARDS! YOU THINK I COULDN'T IN THIS?! YOU ARE DEAD WRONG, YOU PIECE OF SHIT!

Tracer: But no one's booing...

Amelia: Anger issues...

The ground sinks below as the medical team rushes in to fix the injured while Mars stomps out of there

Speaker: Anyone with a Number 7, please make your way down the hall

Soon fighters with the number seven begin making their way to where Mars came from as one of them accidentally bumps into hi

Mars: Eh? You wanna fight

?: Relax man, I'm just walking by! Also congrats on the fight!

Mars: ... Shut up!

He walks away as the stranger shrugs it off and makes his way to the stadium

Mars: stupid little...

Suddenly he notices Tadayoshi and Kiryu who are watching the next match being announced, blocking his path

Announcer: With our first Champion being Mars chosen, we will finally announce our second match! Bring them up!

Soon the stadium rises from the ground as new fighters appear, ready for battle

Announcer: Now let the countdown begin!

The countdown slowly drops to zero and soon another match begins which the crowd roars in cheer again

Kiryu: Mars... why does that name sounds familiar?...

Tadayoshi: If you don't know then it wasn't important...

Kiryu: Well not exactly... but he also looks-

Mars: Oi... you bastards are both in my way...

Both Tadayoshi and Kiryu look at Mars who still has an annoyed look at them

Kiryu: Oh my bad...

Tadayoshi: You know you could've gone around us

Mars: Eh?!

Tadayoshi: I said you could've gone around us

Mars: I heard you, you bastard!

Tadayoshi: So why bother asking Red Planet?

Both Tadayoshi and Mars glares at each other bit until Swing his mace beside him, hitting the ground

Mars: What's your name boy?

Tadayoshi: Why do you want to know?

Mars: Because I want to remember that name when I pummeled you down, you cheeky bastard!

Tadayoshi: Tadayoshi...

Mars: Well Tadayoshi... *Looks at Tadayoshi*  show me what you got!

He swings his mace which Tadayoshi jump back avoiding the attack

Kiryu: Hey! We can't fight here!

Mars: Shut up, sword boy!

He lifts his mace and starts running towards Tadayoshi which he pulls out his spear and thrusts it at him until they clash against each other. Mars lets out a smirk which Tadayoshi notices and they pull their weapons back

Mars: Heh, you got some strength in yah, Huh

Tadayoshi: So what?

Mars: I've decided, if you win your match I'll consider you my rival!

Tadayoshi: ... Huh?

Mars: I've said-

Tadayoshi: I know

Mars: So why bother asking, Edgy lord?

Tadayoshi: ...

Mars: Though I find it odd for a Forgotten to be like that

Kiryu: Uh... what do you mean?

Mars: I'm saying that normally Forgottens don't have guts to talk shit! But this one does... *points at Tadayoshi*

Mars: I'm keeping my eye on you and hopefully beat your ass if you survive your round!

Mars puts his mace away and stomps past him as a bunch of fighters begins congratulating him on his win

Kiryu: Do you always try to pick up a fight or something

Tadayoshi: No

Kiryu: Then what the hell was that?

Tadayoshi: Just saying my opinion...

Kiryu: ... Are you really a Forgotten?

Tadayoshi: I am, now don't ask me any more questions about it

Kiryu: Alright

Suddenly they hear an explosion which they turn their attention to the arena

Announcer: AND WE HAVE ANOTHER WINNER!

Both Tadayoshi and Kiryu looks out the window to see another man sitting down with a futuristic gun, surrounded by a bunch of defeated fighters

Announcer: The winner of the second match is... The Blue Firefly... Cody!

The crowd cheers but at the same time feels very weird about his name. He wore a futuristic google with a blue and gray pixel design jacked with a v blue shirt, black baggy pants, and futuristic sneakers

Cody: Man, I knew this would happen because of my name, but that doesn't matter, I became a Champion!

Tadayoshi: ... Such a stupid name...

Kiryu: You can't blame the guy!

Back to where Mars is, he walks past the crowd and makes his way into a room away from people, and pulls out and device, calling someone

?: What did you call us this time

Mars: Just a simple question

?: It better be important or the higher up won't be happy with our job!

Mars: So what?! I work for them because I want to find a strong opponent! And I can quit whenever I want! And I know the higher-ups need me as much as they need you!...

?: ... State your question...

Mars: Do you know anything about a man named Tadayoshi?

Tadayoshi and Kiryu orders food from a stand that is in the waiting room, which Kiryu has takoyaki and Tadayoshi has a cup of coffee

Kiryu: These things are fucking overcooked...

Tadayoshi: I know, you try to start a fight with the chef that I had to drag you away from them

Kiryu: Yeah, it's just... grrrr how can they call themselves chefs when they can't tell their food is overcooked?!

Tadayoshi: You say that but why are you still eating it?

Kiryu: I can't let food go to waste *munch*

Tadayoshi: If you say so...

Suddenly they notice a crowd of fighters surround in an area in glee, which they look on in confusion

Kiryu: What's going on there?

Tadayoshi: If it has nothing to do with us, then it's nothing special...

Kiryu: Still, could be something going on

Tadayoshi: I'm not trying to stop you, I'm just saying I'm not interested in whatever is going on

Kiryu: Alright fair enough, but I'm still going to see what's going on

Kiryu walks over to the crowd while Tadayoshi decided just to follow him. As they reached the crowd, Kiryu tries to see what's going on but manages to see a girl looking nervous around the crowd

?: Guys, can I have some space, my hair is not a big deal

Human: How did you get that kind of hair color?!

Demi-human: You are so lucky to have that hair color!

Human: Such a legendary color!

The girl who was surrounded by a crowd has Multicolor hair, which is a color mix changing hair and is considered one of the legendary hair colors that only one out many could have

Kiryu: Wow, I didn't think we'll see a legendary hair color here fighting in the colosseum! Wonder if she's strong?

He looks back at Tadayoshi, who has a surprised face from seeing the multi hair girl

Kiryu: Tadayoshi?

Tadayoshi: ... Alex?

Kiryu: Alex?

Suddenly he jumps above the crowd and pulls out his spear, spinning it a bit

Kiryu: Hey! What are you-

The girl looks up to see Tadayoshi with his spear, which he thrust at her but she quickly dodges back as he falls past her. Tadayoshi quickly puts his spear away and the girl and Tadayoshi starts to hand-to-hand combat against each other

Human: What the hell?!

Brute: Why is the Forgotten fighting her?

Demi-human: Must be jealous of her hair color

Kiryu: He almost started a fight with a Champion and now her? What the fuck?!

After they fought a bit Tadayoshi grabs her by the neck and pins her down to the ground and goes to punch her but stops before touching her face which the girl smiles back at him

?: I guess I lost again

Tadayoshi lets go over her and help her up which she gets up and immediately hug him

?: It's been too long

Tadayoshi: Yeah... it's good to see you doing well...

Kiryu and everyone in the colosseum look at them in surprise and confusion after what just happened

Kiryu: Uhh... Tadayoshi... do you know her?

Alex: Oh sorry, are you Tadayoshi's friend? My name is Alex, I'm his former student!

Everyone: ... WHAT!?!
