Dipper's POV

Bree whipped around angrily and stormed out, her good eye blazing with anger. I glared at the shut door and clenched tightly onto my journal. Mean while, Mabel was jumping around excitedly and pumping her fists.

"What's wrong Dip?" She asked once she settled down.

"Bree can't just choose to be human. It's literally impossible, it'll upset the balance of nature!" I exclaimed.

"Ok come on Dipper. It's not that bad! Aren't you happy for her that she made a human friend?"

"Well, no, she can't choose what she wants to be! I mean, not like that, she cant be human." I slammed my journal closed. "I am happy for her, but she cant be like this."

"You should just be happy for her!"

"I am! But, she is going to get hurt if she tries to become or act human. I know it." I whispered.

"Oh stop worrying, she'll be fine! Just let a good thing be." Mabel sat down next to me. "So I heard you trying to tell her something about Dream Demons. Is it about the blood thing?"

"Yes...and it's bad." I pulled the journal out again and held it. "Dream Demons don't have regular human blood and don't tend to need our blood, because they are immortal. But, the sight of blood makes them starve...especially Bree. She wants to be human and seem human so bad, that her human blood lust is sky high. If she somehow becomes human...which it seems to be happening, kind of, then she'll kill to live."

Mabel had gone ridged as I spoke. "Ooh..."

"And that's not just that." I continued. "She'll have to repeatedly kill to maintain human blood, like a vampire or whatever, she'll be forced to kill people, Mabel." My voice was stern.

"Do we have to tell her? It'll break her heart." Mabel asked meekly.

"No. Don't tell her." I said. "We don't have to, but, just don't let her become human...ok? Its too dangerous." I instructed her.

"Thanks Dip, for at least considering her feelings." Mabel said forcing a smile.

"You're welcome, but just be careful around her. Ok? For me."

"Ok Dip."

I went and hugged Mabel, but the entire time I kept picturing Bree trying to kill Mabel.
