Amber's p.o.v

I went out to the cemetery. It is midnight on the night before Halloween. On the night of Halloween demons come out and walk the earth. It’s the one night we’re mostly safe. I sat under a tree and looked around. All I can see is the gravestones and the other trees. I heard a stick break. I got up and changed into my human form. “Hello?” I asked. I heard footsteps. “Hello?” I heard a voice say. It sounded like a guy. I looked around. “Show yourself.” I said sternly. I saw a figure of a guy approach me. His hands were up. “I’m not gonna hurt you.” He said. He seems to be saying the truth. I relaxed a little. “Who are you?” I asked. “My name is Bryce. Yours?” he said. “Amber.” I said. “Nice to meet you.” He said. I nodded. “You as well.” I said. “What are you doing here at this time of night?” He asked. I smirked. “I should ask you the same.” I said. He chuckled. “Just taking a midnight stroll.” He said. “Same” I said chuckling. “You got family members in here?” he asked. I shook my head. “No. But I was looking for a friend’s grave.” I said. “Did you find it?” He asked. I nodded. "Yes. I was just relaxing a bit.” I said. I started to get a feeling about him. Not a bad one. We both decided to walk around and get to know each other. As we got to know one another I got this strange feeling. I’ve never felt this before. I don’t know what it is. He walked me to where I am staying. “Thank you for walking with me here.” I said. He smiled. “Any time” He said. I smiled. Then I wrote my phone number on a piece of paper and gave it to him. “Talk to ya later” I said and kissed his cheek. He froze for a sec and smiled more nodding. “Bye” I said. “Bye” He said. I went into the house. Amanda was on the couch. She looked at me. “How was your walk?” she asked. “Awesome” I said. “OOOOOOOOOOOO” she said. “What?” I asked. She giggled. “You met someone didn’t you?” She asked. I felt my face heat up. “OOOOOOOOO!!! YOU DID!!!” She yelled. “Yes. I did” I said. She giggled more. “So who’s the guy?” she asked. “His name is Bryce” I said. “Is he a demon as well?” she asked. “I don’t know. He might be human. But he doesn’t know I’m a demon.” I said. “Careful, remember Angels disguise themselves as humans as well.” She said. I nodded. “I know. Crap. Tomorrow I'll be stuck in my demon form all day.” I said. “Oh yeah. Cause all demons have the chance to walk up here.” she said. I nodded. “Perfect time to take out the demons too for the Angels..” I said to myself thinking. “Oh crap! I didn’t think about that.” she said. “I’ll need to patrol in the shadows tomorrow to make sure everyone is safe.” I said. “Ok. So when do all the demons come out?” she asked. “At dusk” I said. “Ok. So you become demon at dusk?” She asked. I nodded. “Halloween can be fun. But also can be a curse for demons. For example the war with us and the Angels.” I said. “And the demons up here who want to stay hidden have no choice but to hide on Halloween.” she said. I nodded. “I’m gonna get some sleep. Got a long day tomorrow.” I said going upstairs. I went to my room and laid on the bed on my back and stared at the ceiling. Then my eyelids got heavy and before I knew it I fell asleep.
