The kids returned.

"Alright, since you people are a little shaken up by that last universe, here's a more lighthearted one. In it, a number of people are swapped with those their close with, look up to, or are similar with. For example, in this, Izuku and All Might are swapped. Izuku is the eighth holder of One For All and All Might is the ninth and Izuku's successor. Now we're gonna see a quick parallel of your universe where things are a bit different" Luke explained.

It began with a 4-year-old All Might running in the apartment that belonged to Izuku and Inko in the audiences' universe, only here it belonged to All Might and his mother.

This is what young All Might looks like:

"KAWAIIIII!!!" all the girls said.

"Tiny Might looks so cute!" Ochako squealed.

All Might blushed from all the attention his younger self was getting.

Toshinori ran into the kitchen, holding a Deku action figure, where a woman with blonde hair was, cutting food on a counter.

"Mom, it's computer time!" Toshinori said as he jumped up and down.

His mother stopped cutting food, turned to him, and smiled.

"Someone's excited" she said.

"That's your mom, All Might?" Izuku asked.

"Yes. She died a long time ago in our universe, but it's good to see her face and hear her voice again" All Might said with a smile.

They went into a room with a computer in it and Toshinori's mother turned the on while Toshinori sat in a chair in front of the computer.

"Geez, I think you gave this video a thousand views yourself, Toshinori" his mother said as she clicked on the video while Toshinori excitedly rocked back in forth in the chair.

The video played and it showed an adult and extremely buff Deku in his hero costume rescuing a number of people. This video was the same video that the audiences' Izuku watched in their universe, only here Izuku's and All Might's roles were reversed.

"Do not worry! For I am here!" Deku said in the video before laughing.

Toshinori smiled brightly and raised his Deku action figure in the air.

"He's the coolest hero in the whole universe! And when I get my quirk I'm gonna be just like him!" Toshinori said before laughing like Deku.

It then cut to Toshinori and his mom at the doctor's office with Dr. Garaki.

"Sorry, kid. It's never gonna happen" said Dr. Garaki.

Toshinori sat there in shock.

The League recognized Dr. Garaki.

"Hey, isn't that-" Dabi was about to say before All For One shushed him.

The rest of the scene played out similarly to the actual MHA until we cut back to Toshinori and his mother in their apartment with Toshinori watching the video of Deku again, this time in tears.

He turned to his mother.

"M-Mom? Can I still be a hero like Deku? E-Even if I don't have a quirk?" he asked.

His mother broke down in tears, then ran over to her son and hugged him.

"I'm sorry, Toshi. You can't" she cried.

"All Might, did your mom really say that to you? Did she also tell you you couldn't be a hero without a quirk?" asked Izuku.

All Might was silent for a few moments.

"Yes. When she told me those words it nearly broke me, and I made the same mistake when I said them to you, Midoriya... I'm sorry" All Might said.

It then fast forward ten years later where we see Toshinori in middle school and we see Bakugo destroying his notebook with his quirk, then throwing it out the window.

"You know if you really want to be a hero without a quirk that badly, there might actually be another way... Just pray that you'll be born with a quirk in your next life, then take a swan dive off the roof of the building!" Bakugo said before laughing.

Bakugo was angry that even in an alternate universe he insulted his hero.

As Toshinori walked home, he was attacked by the Sludge Villain but then saved by Deku.

Toshinori woke up and saw Deku standing in front of him.

"No need to worry, young man! I've taken care of the villain!" Deku said as he held up a plastic bottle that had the Sludge Villain in it.

"Hey, Deku! Can you sign my-" but then Toshinori noticed it was already signed by Deku.

Toshinori immediately bowed to Deku repeatedly.

"Thank you so much, sir! This will be a treasure that will be passed on in my family for generations!" Toshinori said.

Deku chucked.

"I'm glad you're happy. Goodbye, now!" Deku said before jumping high in the air, but then he noticed Toshinori holding onto his leg.

"WAIT! I HAVE A QUESTION TO ASK YOU!" Toshinori screamed as they soared through the air.

They landed on the roof of the building from the original MHA and Toshinori asked the big question.

"I'm quirkless, but I want to know... is it possible to be a hero without a quirk?" asked Toshinori nervously.

"You don't have a quirk?" Deku said.

He then accidentally reverted to his skeleton form and Toshinori screamed.

"Calm down, kid. Let me explain" Deku said as he sat down and lifted his shirt, revealing his injury.

"About five years ago I got seriously injured fighting a villain. Now my respiratory system is pretty much destroyed" said Deku.

"Wow. Was it Plasma Chainsaw?" Toshinori asked.

"Huh. You really know your stuff. But no, it was someone else" said Deku.

"He's not referring to All For One. AFO's swapped with someone else here" said Luke.

Deku stood back up.

"But in order to answer your question... no. You can't be a hero without a quirk" he said.

Izuku was angry at his variant for this.

Toshinori looked at the ground.

"Uh... I see, sir" he said.

"It's not bad to dream, young man. Just make sure your dreams are realistic" Deku said before leaving.

After that, Toshinori walked home when he saw the pros fighting the Sludge Villain.

'Oh, no! The bottle must've fallen out of Deku's pocket when we were flying! This is all my fault!' said Toshinori in his head.

He then noticed the Sludge Villain holding Bakugo hostage and rushed in to save him.

The rest of the scene played out the same as in the original BNHA, only Izuku and All Might are switched.

After Toshinori saved Bakugo and the pros yelled at him, he walked home. Bakugo chased after him and yelled at him, the left, and then Deku appeared.

"Young man, you too can become a hero" Deku said.

Toshinori cried.

We then fast forward ten months later as Deku had Toshinori clean up Dagobah Beach.

"Eat this" Deku said as he held up a piece of his hair in front of Toshinori.

"Wha?" Toshinori said.

It then cut to after Toshinori ate Deku's hair and he stood outside UA.

'Well... here we go' said Toshinori in his head before taking his first step, then tripping on his shoelace.

'Never mind. Goodbye, world' he said in his head.

But then, he felt a vacuum pull him back up. He turned around and saw a girl the same age as him with blue and yellow hair standing there.

"Sorry to use my quirk without asking. But it would be bad luck to fall on the first day" said the girl.

"Who's that girl? I've never seen her before" said Ochako.

"It's me" said 13 as she removed her helmet.

"In this universe Ochako and 13 have also swapped places" said Luke.

"So, 13 and I are dating?" All Might asked.

"No. One of the few things that stays the same in this universe is that Izuku and Ochako are still together. They're secretly married and the only people who know are you, their families, and a few others. You and 13 are just besties here" Luke explained.

Toshinori was in the UA auditorium with all the other teenagers, ready for the presentation to begin, but it wasn't presented by Present Mic, it was presented by an adult Kaminari.

"Alright, everyone! Can I get a 'Hey?!'" Kaminari shouted out.

The rest of the scene played out similarly, only it was a teenage Tensei who interrupted the presentation and called out Toshinori for mumbling.

Tenya was worried what was going to happen to his alternate self in this universe, as he realized he was switched with his brother.

It then cut to them outside the fake city. Toshinori saw 13 at the front of the group and was about to go thank her for earlier, but then he was stopped by Tensei.

"What are you doing? Are you trying to sabotage her?" he asked.

"No, I was just gonna-" was all Toshinori could say before Kaminari interrupted.

"ALRIGHT! BEGIN!" he shouted through the speaker.

The students entered the city and the scene once again played out the same. At the end the Zero Pointer came out but this time it was 13 who was trapped underneath rubble and Toshinori who saved her. When Toshinori was falling to his death,13 was able to create a reverse black hole and break his fall.

(A/N: I don't know if this is something 13 can actually do but let's just roll with it.)

After that, Toshinori was accepted into UA and now we see him entering the 1-A classroom where Tensei was scolding Bakugo, before he went to greet Toshinori.

"Hey, I recognize that blonde hair! Falling boy!" 13 said from behind him.

"If you're here to make friends, then leave" said a voice.

Toshinori, 13, and Tensei all looked to see an adult Shinso in a sleeping bag lying on the floor.

"Welcome to UA's hero course" he said before taking a sip from an apple sauce pouch.

"As you can probably guess, Shinso and Aizawa have swapped places" said Luke.

"We kinda figured that when we saw Mic and Kaminari had swapped places" said Aizawa.

It then fast forward to them in the USJ, where Uravity was the rescue hero teacher there.

"Welcome, students, to the USJ!" Uravity said.

"Oh, my God, it's Uravity! I'm her biggest fan!" 13 whispered in glee.

Shinso walked over to Uravity.

"Where's your husband? He's supposed to be here" he whispered to her.

Uravity held up three fingers.

"There's an incident across town. Don't know when he'll be here" she said.

The lights flickered and the League of Villains arrived. Only this time, instead of Tomura, it was a young man with white hair. The audience recognized him as a young All For One.

"As you can also see, Shigaraki and AFO are swapped. Tomura's sister was the first holder of One For All and he gave it to her. And All For One's grandmother was the seventh holder of OFA and he accidentally killed his brother and family before Tomura took him in" explained Luke.

The scenes played out pretty much the same way. Although there were some other differences. Instead of Momo being there, it was a teenage Midnight.

"Why am I swapped with Midnight?" asked Momo.

"Because you both wear very inappropriate hero costumes" said Luke.

"My costume is only so revealing because of my quirk. It's not like I want to dress like that" Momo protested.

"I don't care. You're 16 and you dress like a stripper. If you actually have any sense of shame, then use this costume design" said Luke as he threw a paper airplane at Momo, which she then unfolded to see that it was a design for a costume that covered up almost all of her skin. It had ports and zippers that she could pull objects she created through while still being dressed appropriately.

"Wow, thanks. Why didn't I think of this? I'll be sure to show this to the Support Department" she said.

Luke turned his attention to Ochako, Toru, Tsu, and Setsuna next.

"I also have less inappropriate costume designs for you girls as well. Since yours are also a bit inappropriate" he said as he tossed them all paper airplanes.

When they unfolded the airplanes they were pleased with the designs. Ochako's, Tsu's, and Setsuna's were less tight, and Toru's new costume was made of a material that could absorb light and turn invisible like her, that way she wouldn't have to be naked in battle, anymore.

"Thanks. This will be easier to breathe in" said Ochako.

"It'll be easier to move in this costume, ribbit. Thanks, Luke" said Tsu.

"I'll be a lot less cold in the winter. Thank you" said Toru.

"I kinda like my costume the way it is. Plus if it's tight then it stays on my detached body parts easily" Setsuna said.

"This new design senses when parts of you are about to detach and which parts are going to. So it automatically tightens around the parts that detach as they do so they stay on. The costume will be made of a space-age fabric from another universe that I'll give you some of" said Luke.

"That'll do. Thanks" said Setsuna.

Luke then brought his attention to Midnight.

"And as for you, Midnight. You work at a school, not a brothel. So maybe dress a little more appropriately when you're doing hero work and teaching kids from now on?" he said.

"Fine" Midnight sighed.

"NOOOOOO!!! I LIKED THEIR OLD COSTUMES!!!" Mineta screamed before Luke shot him in the leg with a glock.

"I hate guns. But I make an exception using them on you, Mineta" Luke said.

After Recovery Girl patched up Mineta, they continued with the universe.

The universe continued and we see a teenage Endeavor, who had a burn on the left side of his face. Also the right side of his hair was white and his right eye was brown. Ice came out of his right side and fire came from his left.

"Endeavor and his son have swapped places. No, Shoto isn't married to his mother in this. He's married to some other random woman who has an ice quirk who became Enji's mom" Luke explained.

After Deku arrived and saved them, we cut to the Sports Festival. Which was hosted by and adult Momo, Kaminari, and bandaged Shinso. We also see that Monoma and Vlad King are swapped. Things played out similarly, although Toshinori instead went up against a teenage Aizawa, then teenage Enji. It ended with Bakugo winning against Enji the same way.

Next we cut to Toshinori, Enji, and Tensei fighting an adult Toga in an alleyway in Hosu.

"Toga and Stain are swapped. Since both use blades and have blood related quirks" said Luke.

Then we see them on I-Island, where Deku is reunited with an adult Melissa and Toshinori befriends a young David.

"Instead of David and Melissa being father and daughter, their mother and son" Luke explained.

Next we cut to Deku fighting an adult Shigaraki in Kamino, with Toshinori, Enji, Tensei, Nemuri, and Kirishima nearby.

At the end, Deku pointed to the camera and spoke.

"Next it's your turn" he said, obviously to Toshinori.

Next we see the scene of Deku in the Yagi apartment, persuading Toshinori's mother to let him stay at UA and live in the dorms. Then we cut to Class 1-A meeting the Big 3, which consisted of a young Nighteye, Ryuku, and Fatgum.

"As you can see, the Big 3 have switched places with their mentors. Mirio is instead Izuku's former sidekick who went separate ways from him after Izuku kept hurting himself" said Luke.

It cut to after they saved Eri, where we now see Mirio in a hospital bed, dying. Toshinori, Nighteye, and Deku were all there.

"Sensei, you can't die! I saw the future where you did and it can't come true! It can't!" Nighteye cried.

"I'm sorry I won't be around to see you become a hero, Mirai. Keep on smiling" Mirio said before dying.

The screen went black.

"The rest of the story played out pretty much the same as yours, but with differences, obviously" said Luke.

This wasn't actually my idea for a universe. Someone else had it on a Discord server I used to be on a long time ago. They were gonna turn it into a book but I never saw it so I guess they changed their mind. So I figured I'd do it here, with my own spin on it of course. Also I'm aware that this all seemed super rushed, but I just needed to get it out of the way and I wasn't gonna copy every single scene and only swap the characters. Thx for reading.
