Getting Jack into the building was wonderful. Luckily the reception was abandoned. Not even the doorman was there. I held open the door while the driver carried Jack inside and sat him in the wheelchair. We got in the elevator and we shot up back home. When I unlocked the door, I think Jack fell in love with the house right away. 

Jackie's apartment

"Wow!" Jack gasped. The kids dashed through the foyer and along the corridor to their rooms. "I'm impressed" Jack held his love's hand. Jackie escorted to the room that was originally Ari's but was now his. Jackie showed Jack around the house before they got changed into comfier clothes. Jack found Jackie in the library. 

She helped him onto the sofa before they sat, wrapped in each other's arms, enjoying each other's company. 

"Is it okay if I call you my wife, Mrs Onassis?" Jack laughed. Jackie giggled before kissing him. "Yes. Yes, you may". Jackie promised Jack that she would call it off with Ari. But when asked about financial matters, it was no problem. Ari and herself signed a permanant contract that she had in her posession, stating she'd receive $150,000 every year for the rest of her life. 

"I guess you're sorted then" Jack laughed, before they embraced again. Soon enough the kids burst in. 

They spent Jack's first night in the apartment talking and looking through photo albums.
