ANDREW POV:

I went towards the food section to buy snacks for Kryz when I noticed Parth standing there. So, I went towards him and patted on the back.

He turned to look at who it was and seeing me, he smiled.

"What's up buddy? I feel like someone was cuddling during the movie ",Parth dragged his words trying to make it sound cheesy.

"So, what?? ",I asked him back with a cheeky grin on my face.

"One butter salt popcorn and two soft drinks ",I ordered at the food section.

"Wow, a great change of mood from Andy!! So, tell me what happened? ", Parth asked curiously.

"Akansha asked for time to think ",I grinned.

"Looks like you will be together again ",he said with a smile.

Parth got his order and then I too took my order placing the money.

"Do you think Krystle would have walked away? ",Parth asked all of a sudden.

I stopped walking when I registered his words. What if she was gone?

"Don't worry. Akansha would have convinced her to stay ",he said soothingly.

I nodded my head and entered the theatre to see Krystle sitting there. So, she is really re-considering. Thank you god! Thank you!

I went towards her and sat next to her. She looked at me and gave me a faint smile. Then her eyes went down to see her favorite popcorn in my hand.

She squealed happily, "Thank you, you are my savior! My favorite! ",she exclaimed.

"Yeah, your favorite ",I mumbled.

"You remembered it?? ",she asked, shocked.

"Of course Kryz, the days I spent with you were the most memorable days of my life ", I said looking at her.

She smiled hearing my reply. "Did you come here alone? "

It's better not to talk about Parth. "Yes. I just had so many things running on my mind. So, I thought about diverting my mind. But, I think it was the best decision I had made. You are now with me ",I said with a smile.

Suddenly, the lights went off as the movie was about to start.

I then felt her palm slowly engulfing my hand and she started watching the movie.

I held the popcorn in one hand and took the soft drink and gave it to her. She mumbled a quick thank you and took it.

The time passed with us watching the film, eating popcorn. When she gets scared, she tightens her hand around me and sometimes, she hides her face slightly on my shoulders which she used to do when we watch scary movies before!

AKANSHA POV:

I looked at Parth to see him carrying my favorite popcorn with him.

"So nice of you! ",I smiled brightly and took it from his hand and started eating it.

"I bought it for myself too. It's not only for you ",he said and sat down.

I gave him a look and then put a mouth full of popcorn inside my mouth.

He gave me an unbelievable look and chuckled looking at me.

"You are one of a kind. You know that, right? ",he asked with a chuckle.

"Well, I will take that as a compliment Mr. partner. "

He chuckled in response. 'He looks more charming when he laughs', the inner voice in me voiced out.

'Shut up! I didn't ask you!'

"Is Theo sick? ", I asked, hoping for him to answer.

"You won't leave me until you get the answer, right?"

I nodded my head eagerly to know the answer.

He sighed, "Theo's girlfriend met with an accident."

"WHAT? ",I shouted aloud, gaining the attention of the nearby people.

"Quiet ",he shushed me.

"Is she okay? ", I asked worriedly.

"Yes. Theo just went to check her in person. "

"Thank the lord ", I closed my eyes and prayed for her well-being.

I opened my eyes to see Parth looking at me strangely. I raised my eyebrow asking what?

He shook his head, " Do you know Theo's girlfriend? ",he asked.

"No. But since she is Theo's girlfriend, she will be an amazing girl. I am excited to meet her ",I said cheerfully.

He gave me that strange look again!

"What? ",I asked quizzically.

"Nothing ",he said and put his hand inside the popcorn and ate it.

By then, the movie had started.

I looked at Parth who is clearly trying to be brave. This boy!

I then held his hands as a moral support to him.

I felt him looking at me. "It is not necessary to act as a brave boy. Each and everyone has their own strength and fears. "

I felt his gaze on me but I ignored it and watched the movie.

The popcorn was held between our seat handles. While I took the popcorn to eat, Parth would snatch it from my hand and eat it.

What the? "I took it first ", I whisper-yelled at him.

"I didn't notice ",he would say.

Other than him snatching my popcorn and gripping my hand unknowingly when a scary scene comes, the movie was amazing. I loved it!

After the movie ended, I stood up and went out with Parth following me.

When we reached outside, Parth suddenly pulled me aside and held my shoulders, "Tell me ",he demanded.

"What should I say? "

"What are you scared of? "

I smirked in reply," Why should I say that to you?? "

"You know mine. So, I should know about yours ",he said it as if it is a matter of fact.

"I found it myself. You didn't tell me. If you are too smart, you find it yourself. I can put that in a better sentence too; 'It's for me to know and for you to find out' ",I quoted in the air.

"You go to your car before Krystle comes. ",I pushed him slightly.

He looked at me wanting to say more and then looked behind me, "This is not over ",he said and walked away fast.

I turned to look at Andrew and Krystle coming. So, I went towards them. "Hi Andrew. "

"Hi Akansha, shall I drop you both home? ",he asked.

"We came in the car only ",Kryz told him.

"Okay then, see you ",Andy said and went away.

I went and hugged Kryz, feeling happy for her.

"It seems like someone is happy ",I said with a smile.

"Where shall we go now? ",she asked.

"Can't we just go home? ",I asked with a puppy-face.

"Since even I am tired, we shall go home today. "

"Yes ",I shouted and hugged her after hearing the news.

I entered the car and Kryz started driving. My phone started to ring. I looked at the screen to see Parth calling me.

Didn't we just meet a few minutes back? Maybe he is planning some revenge? So, I didn't attend the call.

"Who is it?? ",Kryz asked curiously.

"No one important. "

Before she could reply to me back, my phone started to ring again. I looked at the screen to see Parth calling me.

"Who is it? "

"Parth ",I said the truth.

"Maybe he is calling you to inform you of something important. Just attend it. "

"Okay ",I said and answered the call.

"So, Miss. Partner, won't you take the call when I called you first? "

"I am with Krystle outside. So, if there is something important for you to tell me, then say it soon ", I said silently warning him about Kryz being with me.

"I need you here at my house. When will you come? "

"Why should I come? "

"Since we didn't do anything about the project, I thought that we should start something. "

"I told you to do the hard copy. We can discuss our notes on the weekdays. I am not at all interested in spending my weekend doing these creepy things. "

Even though I will prepare my notes at night, I won't tell him.

"Hard copy? So, have you started doing soft copy? "

"Yes. "

"Okay. Bye Miss. Partner ",he said, surprising me.

"Bye ",I replied back and cut the call.

Soon we reached home and I set the alarm for my evening shift at Green World and fell flat on the bed for the sleep to overtake me.

The sounds of the customers were buzzin all over the place while I was busy doing my job. Since it was a weekend time, the whole restaurant was swarmed with people.

Only during the weekend, I could get to meet the other co-workers here since I look into the last shift during weekdays. Gwen and Kyle are the ones who speak with me other than Sophie and her mom Grace.

Kyle, a sixteen year old boy, is working here to have his own pocket money. He just wishes to be independent. He is quite a naughty, flirty boy but good at heart. Gwen, a twenty-six year old lady, working full-time here to meet her needs. I love the way she lives her life. Even though her earning is not much, she enjoys her life the most with the things she has! She is just an energetic soul!

"Kryz, stop dreaming about me. Go and take the order from the table Thirty-two ",Kyle nudged me with a wink.

I shook my head and presumed my work. Soon, the closing time came and the last customer went. "A very hectic day is over! ",Gwen shouted happily.

"Yeah but you still have your energy left ",I said with a chuckle.

"It's just running in my genes ",she said with a laugh.

"Hello beautiful ladies ",Kyle said while entering inside.

"So, how is high school treating you? ",I asked before he could start his flirty jokes.

"Boring studies. Partying life! Having fun! Hot girls! Se--", I stopped him before he could complete, " Stop!! Stop!! I understood! "

I don't know how but he somehow brings those topics. "You joined the college this week, right? ",Gwen asked.

"Yeah, it was quite an eventful week of my life ",I said thinking about this whole week which felt like a month.

"So, did anyone ask you out? ",Kyle asked.

Like seriously? "No one ", I shook my head unbelievably for him to ask that question.

"What? No one? Unbelievable! If I was in your college, I would have surely asked you out. I think no one has eyes to see the beauty in front of them. "

"I have nothing to say to you in reply ", I responded. If I say something, he will find something to say.

"And I think you should find a girlfriend for you. What do you think? ",I asked him, changing the topic.

"You think he will get one? ",Gwen laughed.

"I am very happy with my single life. I don't want someone controlling me. "

In response, I ruffled his hair. He doesn't like it if someone does that. I laughed looking at his annoyed reaction.

"Okay then, see you guys tomorrow ",Gwen said.

"Yeah, see you guys tomorrow ",Kyle said and ran outside.

He sometimes acts as a small kid too. I took my belongings from the cupboard and turned to leave but saw Kyle smirking at me.

"What happened? ",I asked him.

"You didn't tell me ",he said more like a statement. I raised my eyebrow asking what.

"You have a partner. "

Partner?? Wh- Parth?? "How do you know about him? "

"He has just arrived here to see you ",he dragged his words in an exciting way.

Parth? Here? I walked past Kyle to see Parth speaking with Gwen.

What is he doing here? Sensing my gaze, he looked at my direction and smiled at me.

Now, why is he here? It seems like this day is not over yet!
