New Evidence in Deegan Case

New evidence has uncovered further details on the death of attorney Jack Deegan. His assistant, Wayne Durham, discovered Deegan's body several weeks ago lying in a pool of blood.

Using consummate and professional skill, lab technicians matched minuscule blood-spatter on the gun barrel to the victim's blood type. The police who were first at the scene had failed to see the blood-spatter on the weapon. DNA also proved to be a perfect match. LA homicide detective, Les Newsom, believes the new evidence shows conclusively that the gun was instrumental in the death of Mr. Deegan.
