I was handed my high school diploma as my brothers and the Spare's clapped and cheered from the crowd.

"Ranked 42 in her class and will be attending the New York Film Academy" my principal smiled shacking my hand. "Congratulations Ms. Maddie Anderson"

"Thank you Mr. Johnson" I made my way back to my seat smiling.

I sat and waited for the other important people in my life.

"Graduating 29th in her class, Ms. Foxandrea Reass who is attending the California Institute of Technology" I got up clapping smiling big.

Foxy turned and smiled waving at me and her mom.

"Graduating top of his class Mr. Milo Spare. Who will be attending the New York film academy" I watched Milo get up on the stage and shake our principals hand.

The ceremony ended and I had taken off my glittery graduating hat, thank to Amber for decorating it.

"By special request can I please have Ms. Maddison Anderson come back to the stage" I stared for a second before standing and walking back to the stage.

Milo took the microphone from Mr. Johnson and smiled.

"Most of you know that I am mostly completely deaf" he keep his eyes on me and not the crowd. "I had the privilege of meeting this lovely and wonderful person a couple weeks into my senior year. Maddie you have been apart of my life for a complete year and I couldn't imagine being with anyone else."

I felt tears enter my eyes as I watched Milo get down on one knee putting a small box from his robes.

"Will you Maddison Anderson marry me?" He looked up at me smiling.

"Yes!" I signed and yelled running into his arms. "I do"

Cheers erupted from the stands as kids threw their hats into the air finalizing our high school experience.

Foxy ran up to the stage smiling holding her phone.

"Pictures!" She smiled. "Say the deaf boys bad girl!!"

We both smiled and laughed at the camera.

"Deaf boys bad girl?" I got up and ran to her hugging her. "I'm not that bad!"

Everything was falling into place for me. My brothers were here hugging me. I had a beautiful wedding band wrapped around my finger. I was going to a college I would have never thought would accept me with the love of my life.

"Maddie!" Amber hugged me making me fall over. "We're going to be sister!"

"Yes we are" I smiled hugging her close.

The night ended with a party at the Spare's. Milo's mom had a huge feast prepared and my brothers were perfect gentlemen around my future mother and father-in-law. I felt hand wrap around my waist as I was pulled into a hug.

" I love you" Milo smiled down at me.

"I love you too" I wrapped my arms around his neck as I kissed him.
