So I couldn't wait for people to start reading it before I started that second chapter. I also released there was a couple of grammar mistakes in the last chapter, sorry!

My mum is glaring at me. I am afraid to ask but I do "w-what did I do?" I ask stammering. My my can get really scary at times. "You know on Wednesday how you went shopping with Brittany?" she said obviously trying to stay calm but failing, "yeah?" I say trying to stay casual, at least Ben had gone to his room.

"And remember how I gave you my credit card and you SWORE to me that you would spend no more than $30!?" She shouted at me, "y-yeah?" my voice was getting more shaky as I got more afraid. "Well you spend $200!" my mum almost screamed with rage. I was terrified, I knew I may of spent a bit over $30 but $200! I couldn't believe it!

"Now you know how we don't have much money right now and losing $200 is hard" she says trying to keep the volume of her voice low but it comes right back up again "you are lucky that I cannot think of a suitable punishment for you but I know that when your father gets back from work he will bring it down hard young lady!"

I am terrified, my mum is right, my dad will have a terrible temper about it when he hears and I will certainly get a horrible punishment! I cannot take it, I will not take it! My mum lets me go to my room, I can only think of one solution, to leave.

I am planing to try live it out for a little while in till my parents forget what happened. I can't go try live in town or at a friends, I would be found instantly. My only real option is the forest.

I pick out warm clothes because it's winter. I also grab my wallet with all my money, my phone and charger. I sneak down stairs and my mum is watching TV in the living room, I quietly walk into the kitchen and grab some food. I decide on some fruit, chips, a water bottle, I even make my self a couple of sandwiches.

I know this won't last me but I know there is a small village on the other side of the forest. It might take me a day or two to get there but I should last. I have been on a few school camps in the bush so I know the basics like how to start a fire and get fresh water etc.

I pack all my stuff in a backpack. I also pack my pocketknife, matches, compass (I taught myself which direction the village is in) and more survival things I might need. I also grab my small role up tent and blanket which I manage to stuff in my backpack.

One problem. I don't know when to leave. I could leave now but my mum would notice to soon, I could leave at night but I can't really navigate first time at night. my only option is sunrise tomorrow morning, at least it will be a Saturday.
