"Now you guys are going to explain me what's going on actually," Shiv warned Sanjay and Karthik seriously.

Sanjay understood the seriousness in his voice. But didn't speak. He didn't want to tell to Shiv.

Karthik wanted to help Sanjay. He was going nowhere. He just wanted everything to set right.

So, Karthik said to Shiv what had happened.

Shiv glared at him is enough to make Sanjay stay quiet.

" You're too cruel when it comes to her. What are you going to do now?", Shiv asked.

" I figured it out. It depends on Niha's decision finally," Sanjay said.

" She agreed to stay with you because she trusted you. Don't lose that atleast," Shiv said.

Sanjay stayed silent.

After mehandi function, Niha was waiting near Sanjay's car where he asked to.

After some time, Sanjay came towards her.

" Shall we go?", Sanjay asked.

Niha raised her eyebrow in return.

" What?", Sanjay asked.

" You're asking me for permission. You will always pull me with you. What's with you now?", Niha asked.

" No need to rub it on my face that I am jerk, Niha," Sanjay said.

Niha narrowed her eyes and said, " What did I say? I asked casually. What happened to you?

Why are you behaving like that," Niha asked Sanjay taking step towards him.

" Nothing. Shall we go?", Sanjay asked and walked towards the car.

Niha followed him.

He started driving the car. Niha initially stayed silent.

Realising she won't be able to get a chance to talk with him alone, she asked, " Where are we going?"

" Somewhere," Sanjay said.

" Tell me," Niha asked expectantly.

" No. But, you should stay even if you don't like to be stay there," Sanjay said.

" Why am I thinking something is going to happen?", Niha said impatiently.

" Nothing but stay patiently," Sanjay said.

Sanjay stopped infront of a house. He walked inside and Niha went along with him.

Both of them went inside.

Sanjay rang the calling bell of the house.

Vardhan opened the door.

Looking at him, Niha took a step back.

Sanjay turned to her and held her arm amd said, " Trust me, Niha."

Niha didn't respond to him.

Vardhan moved aside for both of them to enter inside.

" Can we just stay here and talk?", Niha asked pointing towards the chairs present in the garden.

" Your wish," Vardhan said.

Niha and Sanjay walked towards the chair followed by Vardhan.

There was a pin drop silence.

Niha pulled Sanjay by his arm and asked him, " What's going? Why did you even bring me here?"

" I told you to wait. It's becoming late. You can speak now. She will listen," Sanjay said to Vardhan.

Vardhan nodded his head and said, " I don't know where to begin with. I am ashamed of what I have done.

The duty of teacher is too make sure the student won't mislead the path.

When Viraj sir pointed towards you, I didn't tell anything. At that time, my responsibilities were infront of me.

If I speak more, my job will be at stake. I know my sorry won't be enough for what I have done.

I tried to speak to you most of the time. I don't have guts to face you. But you weren't available in the hospital.

Then I met him. I told him what I want to talk and he encouraged me.

I am sorry dear. I am not a good teacher. Please try to understand my situation," Vardhan pleaded.

" What happened sir?", Niha asked.

" My daughter was diagnosed of end stage leukemia. The cost for treatment is much more than my savings in the years.

I asked Viraj sir and he suggested my daughter for treatment under supervision of Manoj sir with very less cost.

So at that time, I shut my mouth. Forgive me," Vardhan said.

" How is she now?", Niha asked.

" Doing much better than before. First you tell me, Am I forgiven?", Vardhan asked.

" What happened is happen sir. No one can change it. Let's just forget it and move on. You will always be my favorite teacher," Niha said and silence followed.

Niha continued, " Can I see her?"

Vardhan nodded and took both of them to the room where Vardhan's child was present.

Niha saw the child. The child seemed age of 10 years. Child was sleeping with saline attached to it.

Vardhan walked towards the child and sat beside his child.

" I never thought my baby able to survive. It's all the grace of Viraj sir and Manoj sir.

But, I did a mistake regarding you," Vardhan said with teary eyes.

" Don't worry sir. You're graceful to Viraj sir, right. Same to his family right," Sanjay asked Vardhan.

Vardhan nodded his head.

" Then you will be to her too," Sanjay said.

Vardhan looked confused. Understanding him, Sanjay said, " She is your Viraj sir's daughter."

Vardhan widened his eyes and said, " I didn't know till now."

" She also came to know about it recently, " Sanjay said and looked over Niha.

Niha went towards the child and patted on her head.

She slowly opened her eyes.

" Niha, you're.... here," Vardhan's daughter asked and sat erect slowly.

" Yes, baby. You grown big. Your father didn't even tell me about you. I am angry now," Niha glared at vardhan.

" He.. spent... so..many.. days..without... sleep. He..didn't...even...eat," Vardhan's daughter said.

" I was never angry on him to forgive him. So, there's no problem. If he ever does those you need to tell me," Niha said.

Vardhan's daughter nodded his head.

" Pinky promise," Niha asked.

" Promise," both of them joined their hands.

" Take rest baby. I will come again later," Niha said.

" We will leave now. We need to go to somewhere, " Sanjay said scratching his head on backside.

Niha looked at him questioningly.

" Sure. Come again both of you when you're free," Vardhan said to Niha and Sanjay.

Niha got up and walked towards Sanjay.

" Shall we go?", Sanjay asked.

" Sure," Niha said. Sanjay tok Niha's hand.

" Next time, whatever happen tell us sir," Niha said to Vardhan and walked with Sanjay.

" Won't you get angry on any one? You forgiven me easily, even your father and your sir", Sanjay questioned when he reached the car.

" Why should I be angry on my people. Come let's go.  Niha said leaving Sanjay surprised.

Niha sat on the passenger seat. Sanjay sat on the driving seat.

Niha asked, "By the way, Where are we going?,"

" Surprise," Sanjay said looking at Niha.

Suddenly Niha pulled Sanjay by his collar and kissed on his lips.

Before he could even initiate, she left him and sat properly.

" Woah! What was that for?", Sanjay asked surprised by the sudden gesture.

" If I hadn't known about sir's position, I would have still been upset for his behaviour. Thank you so much, Jai. It mean a lot for me," Niha said.

Sanjay repeated the word Jai and smiled pronouncing it again.

" Of all, you heard only this," Niha asked nodding her head.

" It's been so long to hear Jai from you. Now I think I am succeding," Sanjay said speeding the car.

" What's next then?", Niha asked.

" Seems like you're keen on proceeding forward. Shall we go to our house? No one is there. What do you say?", Sanjay asked driving the car.

Niha answered him with smacking him on his head.

Sanjay groaned in response.

" I asked what will we be doing now?", Niha asked stressing the word now.

" Now? Your wish. As you say baby," Sanjay said taking the turn which lead them onto the highway.

" Ok then. We are in secluded road. So, speed up the car. You didn't able to achieve your dream to be a racer.

That doesn't mean you can't drive fast, right. Let's go as much speed and as much distance we want," Niha said.

Sanjay for a fraction of second slowed his car and looked at her and focused back on his driving.

" You know what Jai, we can't achieve everything what we want in our life. Sometimes we have to let somethings go.

Then only you can see what have stored for you. Or else your path will be filled with darkness," Niha said.

" Is this the reason why you choose your profession of becoming doctor?", Sanjay asked.

" After death of my mom..", Niha eyes filled with tears.

" It's ok if it's difficult for you to say," Sanjay said.

" No, let me tell you. I wanted to tell this with someone one day. Didn't find the right one? Today I feel like I have the person I can share with," Niha said.

She continued, " My mother is my everything since I born. She and Varun are the only one I have. When I lost her, I felt like I am lost. I felt dumb. I don't know what will I do without her.

For many days, I blamed myself for her death. Those were days where I acted very immature.

Varun is present for me during all the time. He started doing all the works he could so he can earn some money.

But I was damn stubborn that I was the sole reason for everything happened.

Days passed by. One day I felt as a useless person looking at Varun completely exhausted.

He also lost mother. But he came out from the sadness to support me.

But, I am worrying him a lot.

That day I decided I won't be like this again whatever happens.

I don't want to be pathetic person.

Then I decided to become a doctor.

It wasn't even easy, Jai. The drops of blood I see during the operation remainded me the day I was on the road completely helpless.

I even ran out from the operation theater.

Slowly I started to begin with small things like inserting cannula.

From then onwards, I went against all my fears.

The path I felt that was dark was soon filled with colors.

Then I decided what ever happens in my life, I will fight with it.

I did very much hardwork.

Then you entered in my life. You don't even know that I am present.

When I saw you, I saw myself in you. That's the reason why I wanted to be with you what ever happens.

Though you're unhappy, I wanted to be the person who brings you out.

When I lost my job and everyone put the blame on me, I wanted to prove them they are wrong.

I resigned it. I joined in another hospital to prove them, I am wrong.

Then I came to know Viraj sir is my father. The person who wiped off my hard work became my father.

I even forgave him. Will you believe that? I even forgive the person who put the blame on me. Am I mad or what?," Niha laid back on the seat and folded her arms.

" May you wanted to have your father to refil the position of your mother who supported you all the time," Sanjay said.

Niha was lost of words after hearing that.

She started stammering.

" It's ok Niha. He is your father. You can take the decision you like," Sanjay said placing his hand on hers.

Silence was prevailed for sometime.

After sometime Sanjay stopped the car infront a beach.

" Why did you stop?", Niha asked.

" Come with me. Surprise waiting for you," Sanjay said.

He walked to other side of the car and opened Niha's car door.

He held her hand and Niha followed.
