So after he got caught hurting someone he was outcast from his town and sent into the wild to die but instead found a dead body of a Grimm , Grimm's are large undead species of powerful demigods but most Grimm's are dead or live in a secret area
When shadow touched the Grimm he gained it's memories and its body ,with his new powers he killed everyone in his town as he gave into the hate
And has been a massive threat to any dimension he enters
