The next morning, it was Saturday, I woke up at 11:06 in the morning and I was extremely terrified. You're probably wondering why, and I'll get to that in a second. I had awoken to a tall, scary, pale man with blood red hair standing at the foot of my bed. I didn't recognize him at first, but then he looked at me, and I knew exactly who he was. "D- Darkiplier..." I said in fear. Darkiplier looked at me with his cold, dead eyes and said "Hello, Emily..." I was in utter shock. How did he know my name? I thought this was a dream and was telling myself to wake up. I was so wrong.

   "I see you are afraid..." Darkiplier said to me. He was right. I was afraid. "Who are you!? What have you done with Mark!?" I screamed. Darkiplier just stood there, smiling. "Don't worry. He is in a better place now..." I wasn't confused. I knew what he was talking about. Mark was dead. "Why did you do it? Why did you kill Markiplier?" I said to him. He didn't respond. Instead, he just stood there. Then, I noticed something. In his red, bloody hair, I saw a speck of blue. Mark was still alive! I knew he was. I just had to let him know.

   "Mark! I know you're in there! You're still alive!" I screamed at Darkiplier. I then heard a familiar voice. "I. Am. Alive." I could tell it was Mark. It had to be. Darkiplier then grabbed his head, and fell over, screaming. This was my chance to break Mark free of this evil curse. I ran in my kitchen, and grabbed a knife. I stood in front of Darkiplier and said "Be gone, you evil beast! Let Mark free!" And I stabbed him.

  After I had stabbed Dark with a kitchen knife, I could hear a scream. Then, black mist oozed from the body, and it disappeared. "What did I just do? Did I kill a YouTube legend?" I said to myself. Then I heard another voice. "Thank. You." It was Mark. I had freed him from the evil being known as Darkiplier. Mark was back to his old self again, and was uploading videos as usual. He eventually did delete that Mark is No More video, which I'm really glad about. I have never told anyone my story, not even Nicole. I hope this never happens again, and one more thing. Darkiplier is coming... He always is...
