I laid at the bottom for about two maybe three minutes unable to hold my breath any longer.. giving up on life as I slowly close my eyes.. Until a pair of arms grab me and I was slowly lifted up to the surface to see Toby's worried face.. He crouches and pulls me out of the arms of whom saved me and held me closely.. I turn my head to look back as someone climbs out of the pool.. It was the lonely girl from earlier.. She puts on her jacket, looks at us.. Smiles, and leaves..

Toby held me and quickly took off my jacket while giving me his.. I look up at him and he wipes away my tears.. "Let's get you to the nurse.. Your freezing.." he says worried before picking me up and walked out of the pool building..

He approached my coach with me shivering violently in his arms and the coach nods.. A sign of approval to take me.. Then Toby and his strong self ran through the hallway and into the office which was at the opposite end of the school.. Since I was in his arms, I held onto him but weakly..

We make it to the office and Toby sits with me in his lap as he tries warming me up. Eventually she walks in and looks at me worried..

"Oh Lord! What happened?" she says touching my forehead to feel how freezing I was before going to grab a thermometer..

"Well.. I was in weightlifting and he was in PE.. He was picked up and carried by two jocks.. I noticed this when they were about to enter the pool building .. I quickly ran towards the same building along with this girl who saw what was happening and jumped into action.. When I get in there I watch her jump in near the deepest end and a minute later came back up with Gabriel here.. I don't know how long he was down there but I can guess 2-3 maybe even 4 minutes, and now we're here.." Toby said as the nurse puts the thermometer into my mouth and under my tongue.. After a minute she pulls it out and reads it..

"97.8..Your a bit cold Gabriel.. Toby.. Please keep him warm.. I'll fetch a wool blanket to help his temp rise back up.." she says before going into the closet and pulls out a light grey blanket.. Toby makes me stand up and once handed the blanket he wraps it around me before pulling me close, giving me his body heat.. I eventually stop shaking, well.. As much as I was.. I still was a bit, but the thing was that I was really starting to warm up.. I smile.. And before we knew it I stopped shaking.. Toby smiled and kissed the top of my head..

"Feeling warmer?" he asked and I nodded my head and buried it into his chest.. He held me closer and stroked my back.. There was a knock on the door and the girl who saved me walks in with my stuff from the bushes and my belongings from the locker room.. She set them down on one of the chairs before approaching me.. "By the way.. My name is Veronica.." she says with a smile before walking out.. The nurse leaves the room closing the door while Toby helps me into my school clothes and put my gym clothes into my bag for me..

"U-um.. Thanks.." I say sitting on the edge of the bed thing.. A few minutes later My sister runs in and tackles me with a hug.. She must have been called out of class after hearing about me.. I mean.. She had her stuff.. Or she snuck out and figured I was here..

"Omg I was so worried about you.. I'm glad your ok.. I can't believe they threw you into the pool like that.." she said holding me tighter.. I hug her back and smile.. So she didn't sneak out.. That solved that mystery.. Finally the bell rang and I get up and grab my stuff..

"Oh Toby do you want your jacket back?" I ask and he shakes his head..

"Eh.. Keep it.." he said before kissing the top of my head.. "Hey wanna hangout later..?" I freeze.. Shit my dad will kill me if he found out I had a boyfriend.. Or that I was going to a guy's house.. Shit.. I dug out my phone and headphones from my backpack.. Guess veronica put them there..

"Hey.. Um.. Instead of just a simple hangout.. Can I spend the night?"

"Sure.. My parents don't care.."

"Well.. I can't really go home anymore if I do go.. I guess I need to find a quick place to stay.." I mumble aloud.. Toby chuckles.. "Eh come live me.. My parents would understand..." I smile at this..

"Ok.. Imma take all I need from home and put it in a small bag I need your address.." he nods and writes on a slit of paper his address before handing it to me..
"Ok.. See ya soon.." I say walking with Natalie home..

"Are you really gonna leave me?" she said in a sad tone.. I put my hand on her shoulder..

"You'll be fine.. If you want you can run away too.."

"I might as well.."

"Ok we leave at 5 you go to a friend house.. But don't follow me.."

"Whatever.. I don't care.. I'm going to Caroline's... She's my goto.."

"Ok.. Whatever.."

((So how was this chapter? Sorry for not posting in a while.. Testing and family issues.. And... Issues.. ;-;..
I'm sure to post often now.. Maybe.. We'll see..))
